Détendez-vous et reposez-vous dans cette escapade en Sardaigne pour deux personnes, entourée de vues à couper le souffle, de plages immaculées et d'une cuisine délicieuse. Idéalement situé dans le village de vacances Residence I Fari, à quelques minutes de marche de la plage et à proximité des boutiques, supermarchés et restaurants de Porto San Paolo, ce studio est un excellent choix pour des vacances paisibles avec un être cher. La propriété dispose d'une véranda couverte et d'un jardin privé, idéal pour les repas en plein air ou pour prendre un verre à la fin d'une journée d'exploration bien remplie. À l'intérieur, l'espace de vie ouvert, lumineux et aéré, donne sur le jardin par de grandes portes-fenêtres. Cet espace est meublé d'un lit double, d'une table à manger, d'un canapé, d'un grand meuble de rangement et d'une télévision à écran plat. La cuisine est équipée d'une plaque de cuisson et d'un réfrigérateur-congélateur. Couchage : Il y a un lit double dans la salle de séjour et une armoire. Salle de bain : Salle de bain : La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche, d'un bidet, d'un lavabo et d'un WC. supplémentaire : - Enfants admis - Pas de Wi-fi - Jardin privé - Blanchisserie - Lave-linge - Animaux possibles - Parking public - Voiture indispensable - Il y a une piscine publique dans la résidence I Fari que les hôtes peuvent utiliser au prix de €15/personne pour la journée. Frais supplémentaires : Une taxe de séjour de 2 € par personne et par jour doit être payée sur place. Supplément pour l'éclairage, l'eau et le gaz de 5 € par jour à payer sur place. Emplacement : Porto San Paolo est situé dans une zone marine protégée sur la côte nord-est de la Sardaigne. La mer environnante est célèbre pour sa belle couleur turquoise et l'île de Tavolara qui domine le paysage côtier. Porto San Paola s'articule autour d'un petit port de plaisance (à 8 minutes de marche) où les visiteurs peuvent prendre un ferry pour visiter Tavolara et d'autres îles voisines. Les visiteurs peuvent également profiter des nombreuses boutiques, restaurants et bars. Il y a plusieurs plages à proximité, accessibles à pied, qui sont d'excellents endroits pour faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba. (La Spiaggia Pizzichina Corallina se trouve à 11 minutes en voiture et la Spiaggia di Porto San Paolo à 15 minutes à pied). Deux des plages les plus célèbres du nord de la Sardaigne sont facilement accessibles : La Cinta (à 15 minutes en voiture) et Lu Impostu (à 11 minutes en voiture). Le Capo Coda Cavallo, un promontoire impressionnant réputé pour ses falaises spectaculaires et ses criques idylliques, est également facile d'accès. Souvent appelé le "Tahiti de la Sardaigne", vous pourrez explorer les plages cachées de Cala Brandinchi et Salina Bamba (toutes deux à 15 minutes de route). De nombreuses activités sportives sont également disponibles dans les environs, notamment le surf, la plongée, l'équitation, le tennis et le golf. L'aéroport d'Olbia se trouve à 30 minutes de route de la propriété, tandis que le port d'Olbia est à environ 35 minutes de route.

Mycket fint boende med en mysig trädgård och gångavstånd till centrum och stränder. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam värd som gav oss en rundtur av staden på väg till boendet. Jättenöjd med vistelsen!

Appartamento in una zona splendida, tranquilla e organizzata. Comoda posizione per raggiungere vari lidi con spostamenti limitati. Gentilezza e organizzazione hanno contraddistinto l’ host e i suoi collaboratori. Grazie per il soggiorno! Per un eventuale viaggio in Sardegna saprò dove andare la prossima volta!.

My friend and me stayed in this airbnb for 8 days & we were really happy about everything! You have everything you need there & in the evening you can cook and enjoy eating dinner in the garden or have breakfast at the sunrise 🌞. Also the beach, where you only have to go about 5-10 mins to, is a dream. It‘s not really crowded & a beautiful sand beach with perfect blue water :) When you needed help or had a question, you got an answer almost immediately.

The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of Tavolara, visible right from the house. The neighborhood is home to a number of friendly cats, which we enjoyed seeing each day. The area is peaceful and private, though the neighbors can occasionally be a bit noisy in the morning. There is easy access to the beach, along with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The room had a TV, but the outside table was plastic rather than wood, as shown in the pictures, which was a little disappointing. I would recommend coming with a rental car, and there are many free parking options available.

Très beau logement, propre bien situé et bien équipé, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Porto San Paolo. Le point fort est la communication avec l’hôte qui est parfaite, elle est toujours disponible et très gentille, toujours là pour nous aider ! Encore merci pour ce professionnalisme.

Our stay was lovely and peaceful. Our host, Chicca, was easily the greatest host I’ve ever had with Airbnb. She went above and beyond. The yard and outside area is serene and perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kitchen is full of everything you need. There were also lots of cats in the neighborhood who were quite friendly and curious :)

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Man kommt zu Fuß ins Dorf und zum Hafen, ans Meer. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt. Insgesamt gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Esperienza di check in con personale molto positiva, ci hanno accettato mezz’ora prima del orario previsto di check in. Una volta arrivati in appartamento, ci hanno spiegato e dato consigli sulla zona, spiagge, ristoranti ecc. Purtroppo la struttura aveva un problema, il bidet perdeva acqua tutto ciò però era causato da una fonte esterna all’appartamento che aveva colpito le tubazioni del bagno, ma prontamente e molto gentilmente ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero cambiato di appartamento.

Die Wohnung war schön gelegen in einer alten Ferienanlage und verfügte über eine ausreichende Terasse mit privatem Garten und tollem Ausblick. Die Wohnung selber war funktionell eingerichtet. Einige Möbel waren stark in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch dennoch nutzbar und ausreichend. Leider war aus dem Unterschrank der Küche, sowie dem Kleiderschrank und einer Kommode ein stark störender Geruch wahrzunehmen. Den Ursprung des Geruchs konnten wir nicht ermitteln und auch ausreichendes Lüften verschaffte keine Linderung. Der Bettbezug führte bei uns an einigen Abenden zu einer laufenden Nase und die Bettdecke war für eine Reise im Oktober nicht mehr wirklich ausreichend wärmend. Wir würden empfehlen an den oben genannten Punkten etwas zu ändern, um für mehr Wohlbefinden in der Wohnung zu sorgen!
