Situato in posizione strategica nel villaggio turistico Residence I Fari, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e vicino al centro di Porto San Paolo, ricco di boutique, supermercati e ristoranti, questo monolocale è un'ottima scelta per una vacanza tranquilla con la persona amata. La struttura dispone di una veranda coperta e di un giardino privato, ideale per cenare all'aperto o per sorseggiare un drink al termine di un'intensa giornata di esplorazione. All'interno, la luminosa e ariosa zona giorno a pianta aperta si affaccia sul giardino attraverso ampie porte-finestre. Questa zona è arredata con un letto matrimoniale, un tavolo da pranzo, un divano, un grande mobile contenitore e una TV a schermo piatto. La cucina è dotata di piano cottura e frigorifero con congelatore. Posti letto: Nella zona giorno c'è un letto matrimoniale e un armadio. Bagno: Bagno: Il bagno è dotato di doccia, bidet, lavabo e WC. Il mare circostante è famoso per il suo splendido colore turchese e per l'isola di Tavolara che domina il paesaggio costiero. Porto San Paola è incentrato su un piccolo porto turistico (8 minuti a piedi) dove i visitatori possono prendere un traghetto per visitare Tavolara e altre isole vicine. I visitatori possono anche godersi le numerose boutique, i ristoranti e i bar. Nelle vicinanze si trovano diverse spiagge, raggiungibili a piedi, che sono ottime per lo snorkeling. (La Spiaggia Pizzichina Corallina si trova a 11 minuti di auto e la Spiaggia di Porto San Paolo a 15 minuti a piedi). Due delle spiagge più famose della Sardegna settentrionale sono facilmente raggiungibili: La Cinta (a 15 minuti di auto) e Lu Impostu (a 11 minuti di auto), mentre Capo Coda Cavallo è un suggestivo promontorio rinomato per le sue drammatiche scogliere e le sue calette idilliache. Spesso definita la "Tahiti della Sardegna", qui potrete esplorare le spiagge nascoste di Cala Brandinchi e Salina Bamba (entrambe a 15 minuti di auto). Nelle vicinanze è possibile praticare numerose attività sportive, tra cui surf, immersioni, equitazione, tennis e golf. L'aeroporto di Olbia si trova a 30 minuti di auto dalla struttura, mentre il porto di Olbia è a circa 35 minuti di auto dall'alloggio.

Mycket fint boende med en mysig trädgård och gångavstånd till centrum och stränder. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam värd som gav oss en rundtur av staden på väg till boendet. Jättenöjd med vistelsen!

Appartamento in una zona splendida, tranquilla e organizzata. Comoda posizione per raggiungere vari lidi con spostamenti limitati. My friend and me stayed in this airbnb for 8 days & we were really happy about everything! You have everything you need there & in the evening you can cook and enjoy eating dinner in the garden or have breakfast at the sunrise 🌞. Also the beach, where you only have to go about 5-10 mins to, is a dream. It‘s not really crowded & a beautiful sand beach with perfect blue water :) When you needed help or had a question, you got an answer almost immediately.

The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of Tavolara, visible right from the house. The neighborhood is home to a number of friendly cats, which we enjoyed seeing each day. The area is peaceful and private, though the neighbors can occasionally be a bit noisy in the morning. There is easy access to the beach, along with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The room had a TV, but the outside table was plastic rather than wood, as shown in the pictures, which was a little disappointing. I would recommend coming with a rental car, and there are many free parking options available.

Très beau logement, propre bien situé et bien équipé, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Porto San Paolo. Le point fort est la communication avec l’hôte qui est parfaite, elle est toujours disponible et très gentille, toujours là pour nous aider ! Encore merci pour ce professionnalisme.

Our stay was lovely and peaceful. Our host, Chicca, was easily the greatest host I’ve ever had with Airbnb. She went above and beyond. The yard and outside area is serene and perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kitchen is full of everything you need. There were also lots of cats in the neighborhood who were quite friendly and curious :)

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Man kommt zu Fuß ins Dorf und zum Hafen, ans Meer. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt. Insgesamt gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Esperienza di check in con personale molto positiva, ci hanno accettato mezz’ora prima del orario previsto di check in. Una volta arrivati in appartamento, ci hanno spiegato e dato consigli sulla zona, spiagge, ristoranti ecc. Purtroppo la struttura aveva un problema, il bidet perdeva acqua tutto ciò però era causato da una fonte esterna all’appartamento che aveva colpito le tubazioni del bagno, ma prontamente e molto gentilmente ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero cambiato di appartamento.

Die Wohnung war schön gelegen in einer alten Ferienanlage und verfügte über eine ausreichende Terasse mit privatem Garten und tollem Ausblick. Die Wohnung selber war funktionell eingerichtet. Einige Möbel waren stark in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch dennoch nutzbar und ausreichend. Leider war aus dem Unterschrank der Küche, sowie dem Kleiderschrank und einer Kommode ein stark störender Geruch wahrzunehmen. Den Ursprung des Geruchs konnten wir nicht ermitteln und auch ausreichendes Lüften verschaffte keine Linderung. Der Bettbezug führte bei uns an einigen Abenden zu einer laufenden Nase und die Bettdecke war für eine Reise im Oktober nicht mehr wirklich ausreichend wärmend. Wir würden empfehlen an den oben genannten Punkten etwas zu ändern, um für mehr Wohlbefinden in der Wohnung zu sorgen!
