Un studio élégant dans le sud de Chamonix, à proximité de toutes les commodités et avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. L'appartement constitue un point de départ idéal pour une aventure alpine à tout moment de l'année. Situé au quatrième étage (avec ascenseur) d'une résidence moderne, cet appartement peut accueillir 4 personnes. Le décor contemporain, avec du parquet dans tout l'appartement, offre un environnement relaxant. Le salon est bien aménagé avec un espace de travail pour un ordinateur portable et un canapé d'angle, à côté de la porte vitrée qui donne sur un balcon privé. À l'intérieur, on trouve une table à manger en verre, des chaises et des banquettes. À côté se trouve une cuisine ouverte et colorée, bien équipée avec des plaques de cuisson à induction, un four à micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur et une machine Nespresso. Couchage Le canapé de la salle de séjour se transforme en lit double et il y a un deuxième lit double qui est abaissé au plafond. Salle de bains La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche en verre, d'un lavabo, d'une machine à laver et de WC. En plus - Wifi gratuit - Balcon privé - Radiateurs électriques - Détecteur de fumée et de CO - Lave-linge - Bibliothèque - Parking public gratuit (places de parking non garanties) mais voiture non nécessaire - Local à skis - Proche du domaine skiable - Accueil des enfants - Convient aux personnes âgées - Accès en fauteuil roulant Situation L'appartement se trouve dans le centre de Chamonix Sud, à 5 minutes à pied de la station du téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi. La gare de Chamonix Aiguille du Midi, pour le Mont-Blanc-Express, est à seulement 5 minutes à pied. Les pistes voisines sont très appréciées des skieurs et des snowboarders. Le sommet de l'Aiguille du Midi, proche du Mont Blanc, attire les alpinistes, les amateurs d'escalade et de parapente pendant les mois d'été. Il y a également des sentiers pour les randonneurs et les vététistes. Tous les équipements de la région de Chamonix sont à votre porte, y compris le rafting, le golf et l'équitation. Chamonix dispose de toutes les commodités dont les visiteurs ont besoin tout au long de l'année, y compris de nombreux bars et restaurants pour tous les budgets. Le marché hebdomadaire a lieu tous les mardis matin. Vous y trouverez les meilleurs produits locaux, du fromage au vin, à essayer chez vous. L'aéroport de Genève se trouve à 1 heure et 10 minutes de route de l'appartement. En raison de la topographie, de l'emplacement et des conditions météorologiques uniques de la vallée du Mont-Blanc, la connexion Internet peut ne pas être fiable. Les places de parking sont attribuées selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi, et leur disponibilité n'est pas garantie.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans le logement de Mark. La vue était très belle et on pouvait entendre le son de la rivière. Le logement est idéalement situé, près de tout! Nous recommandons!

It's in the centre of Chamonix, right by the aguille du midi cable car. Easy check in and great location. Amazing, clean and comfortable and very aesthetic for an apartment in Chamonix. Not very many instructions on arrival regarding wifi or the television, a welcome pack would have been helpful. Thank you!

The location of the house is perfect. Really close to center, market and main ski bus stop by walk. House was really clean and as same as the pictures. The happy rentals team was really helpfull and easy to reach. We enjoyed a lot. Thanks!

We arrived 1 hour earlier and we could get keys earlier, the room was ready. Having a car parking area is a good advantage. Room view is excellent. There was a small problem when we were in the room and staff from Happy Rental helped in 5 minutes.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement parfait pour 2 personnes. Le lit est atypique mais très sympa. Très bien équipé mais pas de four ni de congélateur, pas grave en soit mais bon à savoir ! Le logement est géré par une agence très réactive en cas de besoin. Merci pour ce séjour !

The appartement is great. The location also. We were in the middle of everything close to shops, restaurants, attractions. Inside the appartement you have everything you need. The check in was easy and explanations very clear. I think for a couple alone this appartement is a great choice . If I may say something is that maybe you should fix the glass table and put a foundation on the structure of it because with 2 babies we had to find a way that they don't get hurt with them. A part this everything was ok.

L’appartement est super. Mais il est en location via un prestataire et non via le propriétaire en direct. Ce qui rend les échanges plus compliqués, plusieurs interlocuteurs, etc. Et un peu cher !
