Een stijlvol studio-appartement in het zuiden van Chamonix, dicht bij alle voorzieningen en met ononderbroken uitzicht op de bergen. Het appartement is een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een alpien avontuur in elk jaargetijde. Dit appartement ligt op de vierde verdieping (met lift) van een moderne residentie en is geschikt voor 4 personen. De eigentijdse inrichting, met overal houten vloeren, biedt een ontspannen omgeving. De woonkamer is goed ingedeeld met een werkruimte voor een laptop en een hoekbank, naast de glazen deur die uitkomt op een privébalkon. Binnen staat een glazen eettafel met stoelen en een bank. Daarnaast is er een kleurrijke, open keuken die goed is uitgerust met inductie- en kookplaten, magnetron, vaatwasser, koelkast en Nespresso-apparaat. Slapen De bank in de woonkamer kan worden omgetoverd tot een tweepersoonsbed en er is een 2e tweepersoonsbed dat via het plafond naar beneden kan worden gelaten. Badkamer De badkamer heeft een glazen douche, wastafel, wasmachine en WC Extra - Gratis Wifi - Privé balkon - Elektrische radiatoren - Rook & CO detector - Wasmachine - Bibliotheek - Gratis openbare parkeerplaats (parkeerplaatsen kunnen niet gegarandeerd worden) maar auto niet noodzakelijk - Skiberging - Dichtbij skigebied - Kindvriendelijk - Geschikt voor oudere gasten - Toegang voor rolstoelen Locatie Het appartement ligt in het centrum van het zuiden van Chamonix, op slechts 5 minuten lopen van het kabelbaanstation van de Aiguille du Midi. Het treinstation Chamonix Aiguille du Midi, voor de Mont-Blanc-Express, ligt op slechts 5 minuten lopen. De nabijgelegen pistes zijn populair bij zowel skiërs als snowboarders. De top van de Aiguille du Midi, vlakbij de Mont Blanc, is een trekpleister voor bergbeklimmers, rotsklimmers en paragliders in de zomermaanden. Er zijn ook paden voor wandelaars en mountainbikers. Alle faciliteiten van de regio Chamonix liggen voor de deur, waaronder wildwatervaren, golfen en paardrijden. Chamonix heeft alle voorzieningen die bezoekers het hele jaar door nodig hebben, waaronder veel bars en restaurants voor elk budget. Voor self-catering is er elke dinsdagochtend een wekelijkse markt. Hier vind je de allerbeste lokale producten, van kaas tot wijn, om thuis te proberen. De luchthaven van Genève ligt op 1 uur en 10 minuten rijden van het appartement. Vanwege de unieke topografie, locatie en weersomstandigheden in de Mont Blanc-vallei kan de internetverbinding onbetrouwbaar zijn. Parkeerplaatsen zijn wie het eerst komt, wie het eerst maalt en beschikbaarheid is niet gegarandeerd.

It's in the centre of Chamonix, right by the aguille du midi cable car. Easy check in and great location. Amazing, clean and comfortable and very aesthetic for an apartment in Chamonix. Not very many instructions on arrival regarding wifi or the television, a welcome pack would have been helpful. Thank you!

We arrived 1 hour earlier and we could get keys earlier, the room was ready. Having a car parking area is a good advantage. Room view is excellent. There was a small problem when we were in the room and staff from Happy Rental helped in 5 minutes.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement parfait pour 2 personnes. Le lit est atypique mais très sympa. Très bien équipé mais pas de four ni de congélateur, pas grave en soit mais bon à savoir ! Le logement est géré par une agence très réactive en cas de besoin. Merci pour ce séjour !

The appartement is great. The location also. We were in the middle of everything close to shops, restaurants, attractions. Inside the appartement you have everything you need. The check in was easy and explanations very clear. I think for a couple alone this appartement is a great choice . If I may say something is that maybe you should fix the glass table and put a foundation on the structure of it because with 2 babies we had to find a way that they don't get hurt with them. A part this everything was ok.
