A stylish studio apartment in southern Chamonix, close to all the amenities and with uninterrupted mountain views. The apartment makes an ideal base for an alpine adventure at any time of year. On the fourth floor (with a lift) of a modern residence, this apartment can sleep 4 people. The contemporary décor, with wooden flooring throughout offers a relaxing environment. The living room is well laid out with a workspace for a laptop and a corner sofa, next to the glass door, which leads out onto a private balcony. Back inside, there is a glass dining table with chairs and banquette seating. Next to this is a colourful, open-plan kitchen that is well-equipped with induction and cooker hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and Nespresso machine. Sleeping The sofa in the living area converts into a double bed and there is a 2nd double bed that is lowered down from the ceiling. Bathroom The bathroom has a glass shower, basin, washing machine and WC Additional • Free Wifi • Private balcony • Electric radiators • Smoke & CO detector • Washing machine • Books library • Free public parking (parking spaces cannot be guaranteed) but car not necessary • Ski storage • Close to skiing • Child friendly • Suitable for elderly guests • Wheelchair access Location The apartment is in the centre of south Chamonix, just 5 minutes’ walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car station. The Chamonix Aiguille du Midi railway station, for the Mont-Blanc-Express, is only 5 minutes’ walk away. The nearby slopes are popular with skiers and snowboarders alike. The peak of Aiguille du Midi, close to Mont Blanc, is a magnet for mountaineers, rock climbing and paragliding in the summer months. There are also trails for hikers and mountain bikers. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, including white water rafting, golf and horse riding. Chamonix has all the amenities visitors need throughout the year, including many bars and restaurants to suit all budgets. For self-catering, the weekly market takes place every Tuesday morning. Here you can find the very best local produce, from cheese to wine, to try at home. Geneva airport is a 1 hour 10 minute drive from the apartment. Due to the unique topography, location, and weather conditions in the Mont Blanc Valley, internet connectivity may be unreliable. Parking spaces are first-come, first-served, and availability is not guaranteed.

It's in the centre of Chamonix, right by the aguille du midi cable car. Easy check in and great location. Amazing, clean and comfortable and very aesthetic for an apartment in Chamonix. Not very many instructions on arrival regarding wifi or the television, a welcome pack would have been helpful. Thank you!

We arrived 1 hour earlier and we could get keys earlier, the room was ready. Having a car parking area is a good advantage. Room view is excellent. There was a small problem when we were in the room and staff from Happy Rental helped in 5 minutes.

The appartement is great. The location also. We were in the middle of everything close to shops, restaurants, attractions. Inside the appartement you have everything you need. The check in was easy and explanations very clear. I think for a couple alone this appartement is a great choice . If I may say something is that maybe you should fix the glass table and put a foundation on the structure of it because with 2 babies we had to find a way that they don't get hurt with them. A part this everything was ok.
