A fantastic stay! The apartment exceeded our expectations - it looked even better in person than in the photos. It was spotless and all the essentials were provided. We would definitely stay here again! Things to keep in mind: 1. There is no dishwasher, so dishes need to be washed by hand. It’s not a huge issue but it can be a bit time consuming. 2. The keys must be picked up and dropped off at a different location, which is fine for those with cars but could be inconvenient for guests without one.

Doskonała lokalizacja 10-15 minut spacerem do centrum. Duży taras z pięknym widokiem na góry. Apartament przestronny i wygodny nawet dla większej grupy (6 osób). Łatwy i szybki kontakt z opiekunem mieszkania. Bardzo polecam!

Fotos erläutert, so dass alles ohne Probleme abgelaufen ist. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Es ist sogar eine Garage für die Wohnung vorhanden. Diese konnten wir aufgrund der Dachbox nicht nutzen, jedoch gibt es im gesicherten Hof ebenfalls Parkplätze. Dort kann man parken, falls was frei ist. Die letzte Nacht haben wir auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz vor dem Haus geparkt. Auch sehr sicher und anscheinend wird in ganz Riva de Garda nicht kontrolliert, ob jemand Parkkosten zahlt oder nicht. Ich habe niemanden gesehen:-)

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, bardzo miła obsługa, wszytko wytłumaczone jak należy, nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów. Bardzo ładne przestronne mieszkanie z super tarasem. Mam ogromną nadzieję że jeszcze tam wrócimy. Dziękujemy.

Clean, bright, spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen, and a large balcony in a quiet residential neighborhood a short walk from the town center. Comfortable beds, roomy bathroom, and excellent information from the hosts made this an stress-free place to stay while exploring the region. It’s a quick and scenic drive to the gondola in Malcesine, too.

Najbardziej obawiałam się odbioru kluczy, ponieważ trzeba było po nie jechać do Nago-Torbole, ale instrukcja, którą do mnie wysłano była bardzo czytelna i dobrze opisana, więc wszystko odbyło się bez najmniejszych problemów. Obsługa również była bardzo miła i pomocna. Apartament Emma jest duży, dobrze wyposażony i jedyne czego nam w nim brakowało to klimatyzacja. Plusem natomiast jest prywatny garaż, w którym można zaparkować samochód.

Der Balkon und die Größe der Wohnung, ruhige Lage, Nähe zum See. Bis auf den Herd in der Küche, ist die Einrichtung leider extrem alt. Der Bettrahmen im kleinen Schlafzimmer war total kaputt. Die Schränke in beiden Schlafzimmern mit einer zentimeterdicken Staubschicht bedeckt. Das Geschirr im Schrank teilweise schmutzig.

Vi är nöjda med vår vistelse i lägenheten. Vi hade bara några problem. Badrumsdörren gick i baklås, en fläkt var trasig och vi upptäckte en vattenläcka i köket. Vår värd Daniela (Happy rentals) var dock väldigt tillgänglig och kunde hjälpa oss. Det var lite smutsigt golv och dammigt, men annars fint. Vi njöt väldigt mycket av balkongen med en vacker utsikt över bergen. Vi fick ofta besök av en liten gråsparv som vi döpte till Torrbollen. Grannarna var trevliga och det var smidigt att promenera till stranden och stan.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral aber ruhig in Riva. Zu Fuss sind es ca 10 Minuten (mit Kindern) bis zum Strand. Zum Appartment gehört eine Garage wo man die Fahrräder und Fahrradträger unterstellen kann. Ein Kleinwagen hätte auch Platz. Das Internet im Appartment funktioniert auch einwandfrei. Ein Parkplatz für sein Auto findet ma auch entweder im Hof oder auf der Straße vorm Haus problemlos.

The dishwasher that was in the offer description is missing. The key collection point should be close to the apartment (e.g. a coded box). We lost a lot of time in traffic going to the office and back.

Расположение жилья очень хорошее: до озера меньше 10 минут, рядом много ресторанов и магазинов. Жилье чистое и комфортное. Не удобство было из-за того, что ключи получать и сдавать надо в другом месте. Не хватало, что в квартире не было минимально необходимых вещей: соль, Сахар, мыло, туалетная бумага.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und es war alles da, was man braucht. Sogar ein Tiefgaragestellplatz. Die Auststattung ist schon etwas älter, an mancher Stelle etwas abgenutzt, aber im großen Ganzen ok.

Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass nicht alles in Ordnung war. Das Fehlen einer Kaffeemaschine, die nur auf Italienisch verfügbaren Fernsehprogramme und abgenutztes Mobiliar können die Erfahrung sicherlich beeinträchtigen. Es ist schade, dass die Sauberkeit der Fliesen ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig ließ und der Babystuhl nicht in gutem Zustand war. Vielen Dank, dass Sie Ihre Erfahrungen geteilt haben. A fantastic stay! The apartment exceeded our expectations - it looked even better in person than in the photos. It was spotless and all the essentials were provided. We would definitely stay here again! Things to keep in mind: 1. There is no dishwasher, so dishes need to be washed by hand. It’s not a huge issue but it can be a bit time consuming. 2. The keys must be picked up and dropped off at a different location, which is fine for those with cars but could be inconvenient for guests without one.

Doskonała lokalizacja 10-15 minut spacerem do centrum. Duży taras z pięknym widokiem na góry. Apartament przestronny i wygodny nawet dla większej grupy (6 osób). Łatwy i szybki kontakt z opiekunem mieszkania. Bardzo polecam!

Die Lage war super, alles fußläufig erreichbar (Gardasee, Supermarkt, Zentrum) Die Wohnung sehr sauber mit viel Platz für unsere Familie incl. 2 Kinder. Alles sehr gut schriftlich incl. Fotos erläutert, so dass alles ohne Probleme abgelaufen ist. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Es ist sogar eine Garage für die Wohnung vorhanden. Diese konnten wir aufgrund der Dachbox nicht nutzen, jedoch gibt es im gesicherten Hof ebenfalls Parkplätze. Dort kann man parken, falls was frei ist. Die letzte Nacht haben wir auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz vor dem Haus geparkt. Auch sehr sicher und anscheinend wird in ganz Riva de Garda nicht kontrolliert, ob jemand Parkkosten zahlt oder nicht. Ich habe niemanden gesehen:-)

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, bardzo miła obsługa, wszytko wytłumaczone jak należy, nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów. Bardzo ładne przestronne mieszkanie z super tarasem. Mam ogromną nadzieję że jeszcze tam wrócimy. Dziękujemy.

Clean, bright, spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen, and a large balcony in a quiet residential neighborhood a short walk from the town center. Comfortable beds, roomy bathroom, and excellent information from the hosts made this an stress-free place to stay while exploring the region. It’s a quick and scenic drive to the gondola in Malcesine, too.

Great location - quiet and close to old town and the beach. Exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again. No air conditioning but the 2 big fans were helpful.

Najbardziej obawiałam się odbioru kluczy, ponieważ trzeba było po nie jechać do Nago-Torbole, ale instrukcja, którą do mnie wysłano była bardzo czytelna i dobrze opisana, więc wszystko odbyło się bez najmniejszych problemów. Obsługa również była bardzo miła i pomocna. Apartament Emma jest duży, dobrze wyposażony i jedyne czego nam w nim brakowało to klimatyzacja. Plusem natomiast jest prywatny garaż, w którym można zaparkować samochód.

Der Balkon und die Größe der Wohnung, ruhige Lage, Nähe zum See. Bis auf den Herd in der Küche, ist die Einrichtung leider extrem alt. Der Bettrahmen im kleinen Schlafzimmer war total kaputt. Die Schränke in beiden Schlafzimmern mit einer zentimeterdicken Staubschicht bedeckt. Das Geschirr im Schrank teilweise schmutzig.

Vi är nöjda med vår vistelse i lägenheten. Vi hade bara några problem. Badrumsdörren gick i baklås, en fläkt var trasig och vi upptäckte en vattenläcka i köket. Vår värd Daniela (Happy rentals) var dock väldigt tillgänglig och kunde hjälpa oss. Det var lite smutsigt golv och dammigt, men annars fint. Vi njöt väldigt mycket av balkongen med en vacker utsikt över bergen. Vi fick ofta besök av en liten gråsparv som vi döpte till Torrbollen. Grannarna var trevliga och det var smidigt att promenera till stranden och stan.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral aber ruhig in Riva. Zu Fuss sind es ca 10 Minuten (mit Kindern) bis zum Strand. Zum Appartment gehört eine Garage wo man die Fahrräder und Fahrradträger unterstellen kann. Ein Kleinwagen hätte auch Platz. Das Internet im Appartment funktioniert auch einwandfrei. Ein Parkplatz für sein Auto findet ma auch entweder im Hof oder auf der Straße vorm Haus problemlos.

The dishwasher that was in the offer description is missing. The key collection point should be close to the apartment (e.g. a coded box). We lost a lot of time in traffic going to the office and back.

Расположение жилья очень хорошее: до озера меньше 10 минут, рядом много ресторанов и магазинов. Жилье чистое и комфортное. Не удобство было из-за того, что ключи получать и сдавать надо в другом месте. Не хватало, что в квартире не было минимально необходимых вещей: соль, Сахар, мыло, туалетная бумага.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und es war alles da, was man braucht. Sogar ein Tiefgaragestellplatz. Die Auststattung ist schon etwas älter, an mancher Stelle etwas abgenutzt, aber im großen Ganzen ok.

Kurzer Weg zum Strand und ins Centrum. Große Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Garagenstellplatz gehört zur Wohnung dazu. Schlüsselübergabe war kein Problem.

Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass nicht alles in Ordnung war. Das Fehlen einer Kaffeemaschine, die nur auf Italienisch verfügbaren Fernsehprogramme und abgenutztes Mobiliar können die Erfahrung sicherlich beeinträchtigen. Es ist schade, dass die Sauberkeit der Fliesen ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig ließ und der Babystuhl nicht in gutem Zustand war. Vielen Dank, dass Sie Ihre Erfahrungen geteilt haben. Solche Vorfälle können natürlich den Gesamteindruck und die Freude an einem Aufenthalt trüben. Es ist wichtig, solche Vorfälle unverzüglich dem Vermieter zu melden.
