A fantastic stay! The apartment exceeded our expectations - it looked even better in person than in the photos. It was spotless and all the essentials were provided. We would definitely stay here again! Things to keep in mind: 1. There is no dishwasher, so dishes need to be washed by hand. It’s not a huge issue but it can be a bit time consuming. 2. The keys must be picked up and dropped off at a different location, which is fine for those with cars but could be inconvenient for guests without one.

Diese konnten wir aufgrund der Dachbox nicht nutzen, jedoch gibt es im gesicherten Hof ebenfalls Parkplätze. Dort kann man parken, falls was frei ist. Die letzte Nacht haben wir auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz vor dem Haus geparkt. Auch sehr sicher und anscheinend wird in ganz Riva de Garda nicht kontrolliert, ob jemand Parkkosten zahlt oder nicht. Ich habe niemanden gesehen:-)

Clean, bright, spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen, and a large balcony in a quiet residential neighborhood a short walk from the town center. Comfortable beds, roomy bathroom, and excellent information from the hosts made this an stress-free place to stay while exploring the region. It’s a quick and scenic drive to the gondola in Malcesine, too.

I was most concerned about picking up the keys, because I had to drive to Nago-Torbole to get them, but the instructions I was sent were very clear and well described, so everything went smoothly. Der Balkon und die Größe der Wohnung, ruhige Lage, Nähe zum See. Bis auf den Herd in der Küche, ist die Einrichtung leider extrem alt. Der Bettrahmen im kleinen Schlafzimmer war total kaputt. Die Schränke in beiden Schlafzimmern mit einer zentimeterdicken Staubschicht bedeckt. Das Geschirr im Schrank teilweise schmutzig.

Vi är nöjda med vår vistelse i lägenheten. Vi hade bara några problem. Badrumsdörren gick i baklås, en fläkt var trasig och vi upptäckte en vattenläcka i köket. Vår värd Daniela (Happy rentals) var dock väldigt tillgänglig och kunde hjälpa oss. Det var lite smutsigt golv och dammigt, men annars fint. Vi njöt väldigt mycket av balkongen med en vacker utsikt över bergen. Vi fick ofta besök av en liten gråsparv som vi döpte till Torrbollen. Grannarna var trevliga och det var smidigt att promenera till stranden och stan.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral aber ruhig in Riva. Zu Fuss sind es ca 10 Minuten (mit Kindern) bis zum Strand. Zum Appartment gehört eine Garage wo man die Fahrräder und Fahrradträger unterstellen kann. Ein Kleinwagen hätte auch Platz. Das Internet im Appartment funktioniert auch einwandfrei. Ein Parkplatz für sein Auto findet ma auch entweder im Hof oder auf der Straße vorm Haus problemlos.

Расположение жилья очень хорошее: до озера меньше 10 минут, рядом много ресторанов и магазинов. Жилье чистое и комфортное. Не удобство было из-за того, что ключи получать и сдавать надо в другом месте. Не хватало, что в квартире не было минимально необходимых вещей: соль, Сахар, мыло, туалетная бумага.

The dishwasher that was in the offer description is missing. The key collection point should be close to the apartment (e.g. a coded box). We lost a lot of time in traffic going to the office and back.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und es war alles da, was man braucht. Sogar ein Tiefgaragestellplatz. Die Auststattung ist schon etwas älter, an mancher Stelle etwas abgenutzt, aber im großen Ganzen ok.

Das Fehlen einer Kaffeemaschine, die nur auf Italienisch verfügbaren Fernsehprogramme und abgenutztes Mobiliar können die Erfahrung sicherlich beeinträchtigen. A fantastic stay! The apartment exceeded our expectations - it looked even better in person than in the photos. It was spotless and all the essentials were provided. We would definitely stay here again! Things to keep in mind: 1. There is no dishwasher, so dishes need to be washed by hand. It’s not a huge issue but it can be a bit time consuming. 2. The keys must be picked up and dropped off at a different location, which is fine for those with cars but could be inconvenient for guests without one.

Fotos erläutert, so dass alles ohne Probleme abgelaufen ist. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Es ist sogar eine Garage für die Wohnung vorhanden. Diese konnten wir aufgrund der Dachbox nicht nutzen, jedoch gibt es im gesicherten Hof ebenfalls Parkplätze. Dort kann man parken, falls was frei ist. Die letzte Nacht haben wir auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz vor dem Haus geparkt. Auch sehr sicher und anscheinend wird in ganz Riva de Garda nicht kontrolliert, ob jemand Parkkosten zahlt oder nicht. Ich habe niemanden gesehen:-)

Clean, bright, spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen, and a large balcony in a quiet residential neighborhood a short walk from the town center. Comfortable beds, roomy bathroom, and excellent information from the hosts made this an stress-free place to stay while exploring the region. It’s a quick and scenic drive to the gondola in Malcesine, too.

I was most concerned about picking up the keys, because I had to drive to Nago-Torbole to get them, but the instructions I was sent were very clear and well described, so everything went smoothly. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The Emma apartment is large and well-equipped, and the only thing we missed was air conditioning. Der Balkon und die Größe der Wohnung, ruhige Lage, Nähe zum See. Bis auf den Herd in der Küche, ist die Einrichtung leider extrem alt. Der Bettrahmen im kleinen Schlafzimmer war total kaputt. Die Schränke in beiden Schlafzimmern mit einer zentimeterdicken Staubschicht bedeckt. Das Geschirr im Schrank teilweise schmutzig.

Vi är nöjda med vår vistelse i lägenheten. Vi hade bara några problem. Badrumsdörren gick i baklås, en fläkt var trasig och vi upptäckte en vattenläcka i köket. Vår värd Daniela (Happy rentals) var dock väldigt tillgänglig och kunde hjälpa oss. Det var lite smutsigt golv och dammigt, men annars fint. Vi njöt väldigt mycket av balkongen med en vacker utsikt över bergen. Vi fick ofta besök av en liten gråsparv som vi döpte till Torrbollen. Grannarna var trevliga och det var smidigt att promenera till stranden och stan.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral aber ruhig in Riva. Zu Fuss sind es ca 10 Minuten (mit Kindern) bis zum Strand. Zum Appartment gehört eine Garage wo man die Fahrräder und Fahrradträger unterstellen kann. Ein Kleinwagen hätte auch Platz. Das Internet im Appartment funktioniert auch einwandfrei. Ein Parkplatz für sein Auto findet ma auch entweder im Hof oder auf der Straße vorm Haus problemlos.

Расположение жилья очень хорошее: до озера меньше 10 минут, рядом много ресторанов и магазинов. Жилье чистое и комфортное. Не удобство было из-за того, что ключи получать и сдавать надо в другом месте. Не хватало, что в квартире не было минимально необходимых вещей: соль, Сахар, мыло, туалетная бумага.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und es war alles da, was man braucht. Sogar ein Tiefgaragestellplatz. Die Auststattung ist schon etwas älter, an mancher Stelle etwas abgenutzt, aber im großen Ganzen ok.

Das Fehlen einer Kaffeemaschine, die nur auf Italienisch verfügbaren Fernsehprogramme und abgenutztes Mobiliar können die Erfahrung sicherlich beeinträchtigen.
