Cet appartement d'une chambre, très bien entretenu, constitue un pied-à-terre idéal pour des séjours en famille ou en groupe. Idéal pour 4 personnes, l'appartement dispose d'un salon ouvert et convivial équipé d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un canapé-lit double et d'une cuisine-salle à manger bien équipée. Le salon donne sur une terrasse privée meublée d'un coin repas en plein air.
À l'intérieur, ce logement moderne situé au rez-de-chaussée est équipé de la climatisation. Une télévision à écran plat vient compléter le salon ouvert et lumineux. Un canapé-lit double et une cuisine-salle à manger moderne pour 4 personnes invitent les hôtes à se détendre et à se divertir, tandis que la terrasse pour les repas en plein air et les jardins communs situés au-delà invitent les hôtes à profiter des moments estivaux au soleil. Une spacieuse chambre principale avec lit double est complétée par une salle de douche contemporaine équipée. Au sein du domaine, le parc pour enfants, la piscine commune et les chaises longues (veuillez noter que le port du bonnet de bain est obligatoire) peuvent être appréciés par la famille et les amis.
Ce complexe de vacances de deux étages est situé à 5-8 minutes à pied des rives du lac et de la plage de Desenzano, tandis que les commodités de la ville se trouvent à 10 minutes à pied.

Situation
La résidence de vacances est située sur la « Via Dolarici », à 5-8 minutes à pied de la plage et des rives du lac. Les hôtes se trouvent également à moins de 10 minutes à pied des commodités de la station balnéaire et des attractions touristiques de la ville.
La célèbre station balnéaire de Sirmione est accessible en 30 minutes en voiture, tandis que les principaux parcs d'attractions de Gardaland, Caneva Aquapark et Parco Nature Viva se trouvent tous à seulement 28-34 minutes en voiture.
Les sites touristiques et les attractions de Vérone sont facilement accessibles pour des excursions d’une journée ou des sorties en soirée, à 34 minutes en voiture. Pour ceux qui arrivent en avion, l’aéroport de Vérone-Villafranca se trouve à la même distance en voiture.
Malheureusement, les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis dans cet établissement.

The apartment was perfect for us and there was great communication from the host. The complex is quiet and only a few minutes walk up from the main beach.

Huisje was schoon en netjes, zwembaden waren overdag heerlijk rustig en zien er netjes uit. Strand is op loopafstand en stad ook. In verband met 2 kids van 5 en 8 toch met de auto heen gegaan, genoeg parkeerruimte, behalve op dinsdag tijdens markt ochtend. De stad was niet overdreven druk. Mooi plaatsje met prachtige boulevard. Geen personeel aanwezig tijdens verblijf. Wel kun je bij vragen gewoon contact opnemen en wordt je in het Nederlands te woord gestaan. Badhanddoeken aanwezig en kun je wassen in een kleine wasmachine, dat is erg fijn.

We understand that collecting and returning the keys at our office, which is approximately 1 km from the apartment, may be less convenient than having a key box directly at the property. However, we feel that giving a rating of 6 solely for this reason is somewhat excessive. Please also note that the residence does not permit us to install key boxes in the building, so unfortunately this is not an option available to us. While we understand that walking or travelling 1 km to return the keys may be inconvenient, we do not believe this should significantly affect the overall rating of the stay. We appreciate your feedback and hope you also take into consideration the cleanliness, comfort, location, and all other aspects of the apartment when evaluating your overall experience.
