Questo grazioso appartamento con una camera da letto offre una base ideale per vacanze spensierate, perfetta per soggiorni in famiglia o in gruppo. Ideale per 4 persone, l'appartamento offre un soggiorno open space dall'atmosfera rilassata con TV a schermo piatto, divano letto matrimoniale e cucina-sala da pranzo ben attrezzata. Ad affiancare la zona giorno c'è la terrazza privata, arredata con un set da pranzo all'aperto.
All'interno, questo moderno alloggio al piano terra è dotato di aria condizionata. Una TV a schermo piatto completa l'accogliente soggiorno open space. Un divano letto matrimoniale e una moderna cucina-sala da pranzo per 4 persone invitano gli ospiti a rilassarsi e intrattenersi, mentre la terrazza per pranzare all'aperto e i giardini comuni invitano gli ospiti a godersi i momenti estivi al sole. Una spaziosa camera matrimoniale principale è completata da un bagno con doccia in stile contemporaneo. All'interno del complesso residenziale, il parco giochi per bambini, la piscina comune e i lettini prendisole (si prega di notare che è obbligatorio indossare la cuffia da bagno) possono essere utilizzati da familiari e amici.
Il complesso turistico a 2 piani si trova a 5-8 minuti a piedi dalla riva del lago e dalla spiaggia di Desenzano, mentre i servizi del paese sono raggiungibili in 10 minuti a piedi.

Il residence si trova lungo "Via Dolarici", a 5-8 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dalla riva del lago. Gli ospiti si trovano inoltre a 10 minuti a piedi dai servizi del resort e dalle attrazioni turistiche della città.
La famosa località turistica di Sirmione è raggiungibile in auto in 30 minuti, mentre le principali attrazioni dei parchi a tema Gardaland, Caneva Aquapark e Parco Nature Viva si trovano tutte a una breve distanza in auto, tra i 28 e i 34 minuti.
Le attrazioni turistiche di Verona sono facilmente raggiungibili per gite di un giorno e uscite serali, a 34 minuti di auto. Per chi arriva in aereo, l'aeroporto di Verona Villafranca si trova alla stessa distanza in auto.
Purtroppo, in questa struttura non sono ammessi animali domestici.

The apartment was perfect for us and there was great communication from the host. The complex is quiet and only a few minutes walk up from the main beach.

Huisje was schoon en netjes, zwembaden waren overdag heerlijk rustig en zien er netjes uit. Strand is op loopafstand en stad ook. In verband met 2 kids van 5 en 8 toch met de auto heen gegaan, genoeg parkeerruimte, behalve op dinsdag tijdens markt ochtend. De stad was niet overdreven druk. Mooi plaatsje met prachtige boulevard. Geen personeel aanwezig tijdens verblijf. Wel kun je bij vragen gewoon contact opnemen en wordt je in het Nederlands te woord gestaan. Badhanddoeken aanwezig en kun je wassen in een kleine wasmachine, dat is erg fijn.

We understand that collecting and returning the keys at our office, which is approximately 1 km from the apartment, may be less convenient than having a key box directly at the property. However, we feel that giving a rating of 6 solely for this reason is somewhat excessive. Please also note that the residence does not permit us to install key boxes in the building, so unfortunately this is not an option available to us. While we understand that walking or travelling 1 km to return the keys may be inconvenient, we do not believe this should significantly affect the overall rating of the stay. We appreciate your feedback and hope you also take into consideration the cleanliness, comfort, location, and all other aspects of the apartment when evaluating your overall experience.
