This well-presented 1-bedroom apartment provides a carefree holiday base for family and group-friendly stays. Ideally suited for 4, the apartment offers an easy-going, open-plan living room with a flat screen TV, a double sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen-diner. Accompanying the living space is the private terrace, furnished with an alfresco dining set.
Internally, the modern ground-floor accommodation is equipped with air conditioning. A flat screen TV also complements the uplifting open plan living room. A double sofa bed and modern kitchen diner for 4 invites guests to unwind and entertain, whilst the alfresco dining terrace and communal gardens beyond invite guests to soak up summertime moments in the sun. A spacious master double bedroom is complemented by a contemporary fitted shower room. Within the resident grounds, the kids' park, communal pool and sun loungers (Kindly note wearing a swimming cap is mandatory) can be enjoyed by family and friends.
The 2-storey holiday complex is located 5-8 minutes’ walk away from the lakeshore and Desenzano beach, whilst the amenities of the town are 10 minutes' walk away.

Location
The holiday residence is situated along ‘Via Dolarici’, placing guests 5-8 minutes’ walk away from the beach and lakeside. Guests are also placed within a 10-minute walk of the resort amenities and visitor attractions of the town.
The famous resort town of Sirmione can be reached by car in 30 minutes, whilst the top theme park attractions of Gardaland, Caneva Aquapark, and Parco Nature Viva are all within a short 28-34 minutes’ drive away.
The tourist sights and attractions of Verona can easily be reached for day trips and evenings out, a 34-minute drive away. For those flying in, Verona Villafranca Airport is the same driving distance away.
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at this property.

Huisje was schoon en netjes, zwembaden waren overdag heerlijk rustig en zien er netjes uit. Strand is op loopafstand en stad ook. In verband met 2 kids van 5 en 8 toch met de auto heen gegaan, genoeg parkeerruimte, behalve op dinsdag tijdens markt ochtend. De stad was niet overdreven druk. Mooi plaatsje met prachtige boulevard. Geen personeel aanwezig tijdens verblijf. Wel kun je bij vragen gewoon contact opnemen en wordt je in het Nederlands te woord gestaan. Badhanddoeken aanwezig en kun je wassen in een kleine wasmachine, dat is erg fijn.

We understand that collecting and returning the keys at our office, which is approximately 1 km from the apartment, may be less convenient than having a key box directly at the property. However, we feel that giving a rating of 6 solely for this reason is somewhat excessive. Please also note that the residence does not permit us to install key boxes in the building, so unfortunately this is not an option available to us. While we understand that walking or travelling 1 km to return the keys may be inconvenient, we do not believe this should significantly affect the overall rating of the stay. We appreciate your feedback and hope you also take into consideration the cleanliness, comfort, location, and all other aspects of the apartment when evaluating your overall experience.
