Au bord d'un lac à niveau variable et au cœur d'un parc régional protégé se trouve un domaine abritant une maison magnifiquement aménagée, au bord de son propre ruisseau, dans un cadre soigneusement entretenu.
Cette résidence de vacances de deux chambres, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes, est conçue pour vous offrir de merveilleuses vacances entre amis ou en famille. On y séjourne confortablement tout au long de l’année. Dans le jardin, les hôtes peuvent se détendre sur une chaise longue et profiter d’un moment de tranquillité, accompagnés du chant des oiseaux. Ils peuvent également préparer de délicieux repas au barbecue, dîner à la belle étoile et laisser les conversations s’engager naturellement. Il est également possible de faire du rafting sur le ruisseau jusqu’à la scierie. Un potager situé à côté de la maison permet aux hôtes de cueillir des fruits et légumes de saison selon leurs goûts et leurs besoins. Une terrasse couverte en demi-cercle, attenante au salon et donnant sur la verdure, est un endroit idéal pour dîner et se détendre, en particulier les jours de pluie.
Le salon ouvert est spacieux et dispose d’un canapé-lit double en L, de la télévision par câble et d’une cuisine avec coin repas, d’une machine à café à l’américaine, d’un four, d’un grille-pain, d’une plaque de cuisson, d’une bouilloire électrique et d’un réfrigérateur avec compartiment congélateur. À cet étage, on trouve également une pièce spéciale équipée d’un poêle à bois, idéale pour se retrouver les jours de grand froid.

Chambre 1 : Cette chambre accueillante dispose d’un lit double.
Chambre 2 : Cette chambre reposante est meublée de deux lits simples.
En supplément : deux personnes peuvent dormir sur le canapé-lit double du salon.

Salle de bains 1 : cette salle de bains spacieuse est équipée d’une cabine de douche, de toilettes et d’un lavabo.
Une salle de bains de service se trouve également à côté du salon.

Situation
Cette maison avec vue sur la montagne est idéale pour explorer les paysages naturels et passer un séjour en harmonie avec la nature. Le propriétaire met à disposition des vélos que les hôtes peuvent utiliser pour faire des balades dans les environs. Ils peuvent également se promener en forêt et cueillir des fruits du terroir en chemin. Parmi les autres activités intéressantes, citons la photographie, l’équitation, la navigation de plaisance, la pêche, la chasse à l’ours, l’observation des oiseaux, ainsi qu’une balade panoramique en charrette agricole ou en calèche autour du lac (situé à environ 5 kilomètres d’ici). Les sites incontournables sont le lac intermittent de Cerknica, Rakov Škocjan, le monde souterrain mystérieux des grottes de Postojna et de Škocjan, Križna Jama avec ses plus de 40 lacs émeraude, les châteaux, le haras de Lipica, ainsi que la capitale, Ljubljana. Si les clients souhaitent dîner à l'extérieur, un restaurant se trouve à seulement un kilomètre d'ici.
L'aéroport le plus proche est situé à environ 75 kilomètres.
Malheureusement, les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis dans cet établissement.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und sehr schön ausgestattet.Stane und Milena sind wunderbare Gastgeber.Stane spricht Deutsch und Milena Englisch.Es war sehr nett beim Begrüssungsbier sich mit Milena über Land und Leute und das Leben zu Unterhalten.Beide sind sehr herzlich und wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Хозяева были ОЧЕНЬ дружелюбными, мы приехали компанией из 5 человек, нас приняли как дома, было очень приятно общаться или что-то спрашивать у хозяев, жильё находится в комфортном месте если есть машина, можно легко доехать до Любляна до Хорватии, Италии. Сам дом находится в очень тихом месте с маленькой речкой, там очень спокойно.

eine großzügige, sehr gut ausgestattete Dachgeschoßwohnung mit Balkon, Toilette und Bad getrennt genügend Platz für 4 Personen das Beste war die Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermieter, man war umsorgt, hatte das Gefühl zu den Eltern zu kommen dabei unaufdringlich und zurückhaltend, aber zu jeder Hilfe bereit, Einladung zum Frühstück, gute Grespräche....

We really enjoyed our stay in Grahovo. The appartement is located at the second floor of this very large house. The kitchen is complete and functional. The two bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. The bathroom is newly renovated (the toilet is in a small separated room). The living room is spacious and comfortable. Everything is super clean and in good condition. The house owners are living on the first floor. They are truly sympathetics, welcoming, and they love kids. The house is located at about 15 minutes from the highway, and makes a good base camp to explore the south west of Slovenia and the multiple caves.

De zeer aardige en gastvrije eigenaren, erg lekker en goed verzorgd ontbijt (verse producten en zelf gebakken cake),de rust en de natuur, een zeer schoon appartement met goede bedden, gebruik kunnen maken van de mooi verzorgde tuin. Goed om te weten: je zit hier wel wat verder weg van hot spots zoals meren van Bled en Bohinj en de Soca kloof. De wegen er naar toe zijn erg druk, bepaalde delen zijn erg/veel toeristischer dan wij hadden verwacht (ondanks dat we er over hadden gelezen ;-)).
