Sulle rive di un lago stagionale e nel cuore di un parco regionale protetto sorge una tenuta con una casa circondata da splendidi giardini, affacciata su un ruscello privato e immersa in un ambiente curato nei minimi dettagli.
Questa residenza per le vacanze con due camere da letto, che può ospitare fino a 5 persone, è pensata per garantire una vacanza meravigliosa con amici e familiari. Soggiornare qui è piacevole in ogni periodo dell’anno. Nel giardino, gli ospiti possono rilassarsi sulle sedie a sdraio e godersi momenti di tranquillità in compagnia del cinguettio degli uccelli. Inoltre, gli ospiti possono preparare piatti prelibati alla griglia, cenare sotto le stelle e lasciarsi andare a piacevoli conversazioni. È inoltre possibile organizzare gite in gommone lungo il ruscello fino alla segheria. Accanto alla casa si trova un orto dove gli ospiti possono raccogliere frutta e verdura di stagione secondo i propri gusti e le proprie esigenze. Una terrazza coperta semicircolare, annessa al soggiorno e affacciata sul verde, è il luogo ideale per cenare e rilassarsi, specialmente nei giorni di pioggia.
Il soggiorno a pianta aperta è di dimensioni generose e dispone di un divano letto matrimoniale a L, TV via cavo e una cucina con zona pranzo, macchina da caffè in stile americano, forno, tostapane, piano cottura, bollitore elettrico e frigorifero con congelatore. Su questo piano si trova anche una stanza speciale con una stufa a legna, ideale per stare in compagnia nelle giornate più fredde.

La casa con vista sulle montagne è perfetta per esplorare il paesaggio naturale e vivere in armonia con la natura. Il proprietario mette a disposizione delle biciclette che gli ospiti possono utilizzare per fare gite nei dintorni. È inoltre possibile passeggiare nel bosco e raccogliere frutta locale lungo il percorso. Altre attività interessanti includono sessioni fotografiche, passeggiate a cavallo, gite in barca, pesca, caccia all’orso, birdwatching, un giro panoramico su un carro agricolo o su una carrozza trainata da cavalli intorno al lago (che dista circa 5 chilometri da qui). I luoghi da non perdere sono il lago intermittente di Cerknica, Rakov Škocjan, il misterioso mondo sotterraneo delle Grotte di Postojna e delle Grotte di Škocjan, Križna Jama con oltre 40 laghi color smeraldo, i castelli, l’allevamento di cavalli di Lipica e la capitale Lubiana. Se gli ospiti desiderano cenare fuori, c’è un ristorante a solo un chilometro da qui.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und sehr schön ausgestattet.Stane und Milena sind wunderbare Gastgeber.Stane spricht Deutsch und Milena Englisch.Es war sehr nett beim Begrüssungsbier sich mit Milena über Land und Leute und das Leben zu Unterhalten.Beide sind sehr herzlich und wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Хозяева были ОЧЕНЬ дружелюбными, мы приехали компанией из 5 человек, нас приняли как дома, было очень приятно общаться или что-то спрашивать у хозяев, жильё находится в комфортном месте если есть машина, можно легко доехать до Любляна до Хорватии, Италии. Сам дом находится в очень тихом месте с маленькой речкой, там очень спокойно.

eine großzügige, sehr gut ausgestattete Dachgeschoßwohnung mit Balkon, Toilette und Bad getrennt genügend Platz für 4 Personen das Beste war die Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermieter, man war umsorgt, hatte das Gefühl zu den Eltern zu kommen dabei unaufdringlich und zurückhaltend, aber zu jeder Hilfe bereit, Einladung zum Frühstück, gute Grespräche....

We really enjoyed our stay in Grahovo. The appartement is located at the second floor of this very large house. The kitchen is complete and functional. The two bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. The bathroom is newly renovated (the toilet is in a small separated room). The living room is spacious and comfortable. Everything is super clean and in good condition. The house owners are living on the first floor. They are truly sympathetics, welcoming, and they love kids. The house is located at about 15 minutes from the highway, and makes a good base camp to explore the south west of Slovenia and the multiple caves.

De zeer aardige en gastvrije eigenaren, erg lekker en goed verzorgd ontbijt (verse producten en zelf gebakken cake),de rust en de natuur, een zeer schoon appartement met goede bedden, gebruik kunnen maken van de mooi verzorgde tuin. Goed om te weten: je zit hier wel wat verder weg van hot spots zoals meren van Bled en Bohinj en de Soca kloof. De wegen er naar toe zijn erg druk, bepaalde delen zijn erg/veel toeristischer dan wij hadden verwacht (ondanks dat we er over hadden gelezen ;-)).
