Dear Ioan Victor, Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the blocked sink, we arranged for a plumber to visit as soon as we became aware of the issue. We understand it was inconvenient and apologize for any disruption this caused. Similarly, the fire extinguisher installation was part of a scheduled safety upgrade and should not have interfered with your stay – we’re sorry if it did. As for the hand soap and tissues, this items are not supplied by us. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in this region is not always stable, as it depends on the local provider. We understand how frustrating this can be and are exploring better options to improve the connection in the future. We appreciate your comments, as they help us improve.
