We understand it was inconvenient and apologize for any disruption this caused. Similarly, the fire extinguisher installation was part of a scheduled safety upgrade and should not have interfered with your stay – we’re sorry if it did. As for the hand soap and tissues, this items are not supplied by us. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in this region is not always stable, as it depends on the local provider.
