La plage d'Analipsi se trouve dans le quartier paisible de Kastro Kyllini, au milieu d'oliveraies et d'eucalyptus, à deux pas du bord de mer. Il s'agit d'un complexe de 8 maisons indépendantes, disposées autour d'un magnifique jardin verdoyant surplombant la mer, chacune pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes. La maison dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur, plaque de cuisson, four, machine à café, grille-pain, bouilloire et ustensiles de cuisine. Toutes les maisons sont de plain-pied et comprennent deux chambres, l'une avec un lit double et l'autre avec deux lits simples, un salon avec télévision et un canapé-lit pour une personne, ainsi qu'une salle de bains avec douche et lave-linge. Le Wi-Fi et la climatisation sont disponibles dans la maison. La maison dispose également d'une véranda meublée offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer Ionienne. Un parking public gratuit est à la disposition des hôtes à l'entrée du complexe. La plage est une magnifique plage privée située juste en face des îles de Zante et de Céphalonie. Elle offre un vaste espace avec une terrasse en bois ombragée et des cabines, où des chaises longues confortables attendent les hôtes de chaque appartement pour se détendre et profiter des eaux cristallines de la mer Ionienne. Les clients peuvent également utiliser les transats sur le front de mer. Le jardin du complexe est équipé de trois barbecues communs, d'une aire de jeux pour enfants et d'un bar de plage, garantissant des moments de plaisir pour tous les âges. Juste à côté des appartements se trouve le Kalamias Sea Side, un restaurant grec authentique ouvert pour le déjeuner ou le dîner. Vous trouverez un supermarché à Kastro, à seulement 3 km du complexe.

The property is beautiful, with wonderful plants. In front of our house there was an old beautiful olive tree. The house is equipped with everything you need and there is also a large terrace. At the end of the property is a larger sunbathing dock (you choose whether you want direct sun, partial or complete shade - because there are possibilities for everything). And most importantly - a fantastic vacation for those who want peace! There are beautiful sunsets behind Kefalonia... and if you're lucky, you might even see a Mediterranean seal at sunset :-). And finally, everything is even more beautiful in person than in pictures. PS. Not to forget the excellent restaurant right next to the property (you will never have noise from it and the food is excellent).
