La plage Analipsi est située dans le quartier paisible de Kastro Kyllini, entre des plantations d\'oliviers et d\'eucalyptus, à côté du bord de mer. Il s\'agit d\'un complexe de 8 maisons indépendantes, situées autour d\'un merveilleux jardin vert donnant sur la mer, et chaque maison peut accueillir jusqu\'à 5 personnes. La maison dispose d\'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur, plaque de cuisson, cuisinière, cafetière, grille-pain, chauffe-eau, matériel de cuisine. Toutes les maisons sont construites sur un seul étage et comprennent deux chambres à coucher, l\'une avec un lit double et l\'autre avec deux lits simples, un salon avec télévision et un canapé-lit pour un invité et une salle de bains avec douche et machine à laver. Le WIFI et la climatisation sont disponibles dans la maison. La maison dispose également d\'une véranda meublée offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer Ionienne. Un parking gratuit est disponible pour les clients à l\'entrée du complexe. Le front de mer est une belle plage privée, juste en face des îles de Zakinthos et de Kephalonia. Elle offre un espace spacieux avec une terrasse en bois ombragée et des cabanes, offrant des chaises longues confortables qui attendent les clients de chaque appartement pour se détendre et profiter des eaux cristallines de la mer Ionienne. Les clients peuvent également utiliser les chaises longues sur le front de mer. Le jardin du complexe est équipé de trois barbecues, d\'une aire de jeux pour enfants et d\'un bar de plage garantissant des moments de plaisir pour tous les âges. Juste à côté des appartements, vous trouverez le Kalamias Sea Side, un restaurant grec authentique ouvert pour le déjeuner ou le dîner. Des supermarchés sont disponibles à Kastro, à seulement 3 km du complexe.

The property is beautiful, with wonderful plants. In front of our house there was an old beautiful olive tree. The house is equipped with everything you need and there is also a large terrace. At the end of the property is a larger sunbathing dock (you choose whether you want direct sun, partial or complete shade - because there are possibilities for everything). And most importantly - a fantastic vacation for those who want peace! There are beautiful sunsets behind Kefalonia... and if you're lucky, you might even see a Mediterranean seal at sunset :-). And finally, everything is even more beautiful in person than in pictures. PS. Not to forget the excellent restaurant right next to the property (you will never have noise from it and the food is excellent).
