Vivez le rêve toscan dans cette ferme du XVIIe siècle magnifiquement rénovée, au cœur des collines du Chianti ! Le Casale al Sole est un refuge et une retraite paisible depuis de nombreuses années. Il offre des vues magnifiques sur une campagne préservée et constitue une destination de vacances merveilleuse tout au long de l'année. La maison, qui peut accueillir 6 personnes, comporte deux étages. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une loggia et une salle à vin où les hôtes peuvent déguster les bons vins locaux du Chianti. À l'étage, une autre loggia offre une vue panoramique sur les vignobles et le village de Radda in Chianti. Vous pourrez y prendre vos repas en plein air. À l'intérieur, le salon spacieux conserve les sols en terre cuite d'origine et les hauts plafonds à poutres apparentes. La salle de séjour est meublée d'un canapé, d'une table à manger et de chaises en bois et d'une grande cheminée ouverte qui ne fonctionne pas. La cuisine ouverte est bien équipée avec une plaque de cuisson et un four, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur et une cafetière Moka. Le jardin d'environ 1 hectare entoure la maison. Il y a un barbecue avec une table et des chaises pour des repas détendus. Couchage Chambre 1 : Cette grande chambre comprend son propre coin salon privé, avec deux canapés et une Smart TV. Elle est équipée d'un lit double, d'une armoire et d'un bureau. Chambre 2 : La deuxième chambre est équipée d'un lit double antique en bois, d'une armoire, d'un canapé et d'une Smart TV avec lecteur DVD. Une porte donne sur un petit balcon offrant une vue magnifique. Chambre 3 : Trois marches plus haut que la chambre 2, cette charmante chambre dispose d'un lit double, d'un canapé, d'une grande armoire et de son propre poêle à bois. Des marches mènent de cette chambre à la deuxième salle de bains. Salle de bains Salle de bains 1 : Située à l'extérieur de la salle de séjour principale, cette salle de bains divisée comprend un lavabo dans la première pièce et une douche, un bidet, une machine à laver et des toilettes dans la seconde. Salle de bains 2 : Située à côté de la chambre 3, cette grande salle de bains élégante comprend une baignoire complète avec pommeau de douche, un lavabo et des toilettes. En plus Wifi gratuit - Salle à manger extérieure - Barbecue - Ping-pong et badminton - Bibliothèque - Chaîne hi-fi et enceintes Bluetooth - Climatisation - Chauffage central - Accueil des enfants - Jardin privé - Lave-linge - Parking privé, voiture indispensable pour votre visite - Animaux autorisés Caution pour les groupes de moins de 21 ans EUR 2500 IMPORTANT : Pour accéder à la propriété, il faut parcourir 1,5 km sur un chemin de terre. Les 900 derniers mètres doivent être parcourus avec beaucoup de prudence car il s'agit d'un tronçon de route de campagne non goudronnée et escarpée qui traverse les vignobles. La route devient plus étroite et plus raide, il est donc conseillé de garder un rythme régulier sans accélérer. Elle n'est pas adaptée aux voitures basses. L'emplacement Malgré sa situation isolée, la maison se trouve à proximité du village de Radda in Chianti (10 minutes en voiture) où les hôtes trouveront divers magasins vendant de l'artisanat italien, des ingrédients locaux typiques et des délices. La maison se trouve au cœur du Chianti Classico, ce qui offre aux visiteurs un large choix de vignobles à visiter pour déguster et acheter d'excellents vins locaux. Tous les joyaux de la Toscane sont facilement accessibles, de Florence (1 heure), Sienne (50 minutes) et Arezzo (1 heure 10 minutes) à des villes plus petites comme San Gimignano (50 minutes), célèbre pour ses tours médiévales. Pour les amateurs de mode, le célèbre centre commercial d'Incisa Valdarno (1 heure) est une véritable caverne d'Alladin où se trouvent des boutiques de créateurs à prix réduits de grandes marques italiennes, dont Fendi, Gucci et Armani. Le magasin Prada, Space Outlet, se trouve à Levane (38 minutes). Les aéroports les plus proches sont Florence (1 heure) ou Pise (1 heure et 50 minutes).

En arrivant, on a été subjugué par la grandeur de la propriété, par sa beauté et sa vue sur les collines avoisinantes ! Quelle surprise en découvrant l’intérieur…magifique !!!! On a entendu les loups au loin sous une lune rouge…inoubliable ! On reviendra !!!!

WUNDERBAR! Unser Aufenthalt in Le Vecchie war einfach wunderbar! Die alte, unglaublich großzügige toskanische Villa wurde mit viel Liebe restauriert, jeder Winkel des Hauses mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl gestaltet und eingerichtet. Die Atmosphäre ist wirklich einzigartig! Das Haus hat alles, was es für einen sorgenfreien Aufenthalt braucht: eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Spiele, Bücher, Regenschirme, zusätzliche Decken etc. Der riesige Garten ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Tisch und Bank aus Stein vor dem Haus laden zum gemütlichen Abendessen im Freien ein. Einen Minuspunkt vergeben wir für die teilweise sehr gewagten Elektroinstallationen der zwar sehr originellen, technisch aber eventuell nicht ganz einwandfreien Lampen! Zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes flog mehrfach die Sicherung, was uns einen gehörigen Schrecken eingejagt hat. Was tatsächlich nicht einfach zu bewältigen ist: die Anfahrt zum Haus über die steile und abenteuerliche Schotterstraße. Wir waren sehr froh, dass wir mit unserem SUV in Italien waren. Unserer Meinung nach ist der Weg mit einem normalen PKW - zumindest bei Nässe - eher schwer zu erklimmen. Ein großes Lob an Roberto, den Ansprechpartner vor Ort: Sturm und Dauerregen ließen einen Baum auf die Zufahrtsstraße fallen. Binnen kürzester Zeit wurde er mithilfe der örtlichen Feuerwehr entfernt und wir konnten wieder problemlos passieren. Dies war der einzige notwendige Kontakt mit dem Happy-Rental-Staff. Alles andere lief über die sehr guten, im Vorfeld zur Verfügung gestellten Informationen und Beschreibungen. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Familie W., Wien.

We enjoyed our stay at Le Vecchie Villa near Radda Italy. The views from our villa were magnificent, olive trees and vineyards surrounding the property. It's a bit of a steep climb on the unpaved road to the property so drive slow and steady. I'd recommend guests get a vehicle with a sufficient ground clearance to avoid the ruts on the road. We experienced some rain, so it was nice to stay in for the day and play games and sample our many Italian food delights purchased at the local Coop grocery store. The beds were super comfy and being able to open all the windows and let the fresh air in was a treat. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed to make meals, and we made coffee each morning in the Moka machine supplied by our guests. I'd give our stay 5 stars!

We rented a house in Radda in Chianti for a week. The house was as described in the listing. Loved that it was so close to town. We were thrilled with everything. The views were incredible and the property was amazing! We were sad when it came time to leave . It was a vacation of a lifetime!. We highly recommend the property . I would highly recommend using Happy Rentals . They made the process so much easier. Responded quickly to all our questions and made check in a breeze.. Thank you

The Villa was beautiful and everything we imagined it would be! I'd recommend that travelers to the Villa rent a car that has a high clearance distance so that the car won't scrape bottom when you drive up the unpaved road to the Villa. Just a little suggestion, it would have been nice to have a small microwave in the unit so we could reheat food or warm things up without having to use the oven. The Villa grounds were stunning, and we often just sat outside and enjoyed the views. The beds were very comfortable, and we were able to open the windows to enjoy the vineyard air.

The house is located in a beautiful property, in a hill in the midst of beautiful vineyards, with a very nice garden and outside area and great views all around. It is in the middle of two lovely cities with excellent restaurants, right in the middle of the Chianti Classic region. It's a nice classic Tuscan house, but has a few issues regarding maintenance and cleaning, if the host sorts out these issues in the future it has all the potential for a 5 star Airbnb location.

The farmhouse is absolutely beautiful and in an amazing location. Waking up to a vineyard in the morning and looking across the countryside while relaxing with a glass of wine is how Radda in Chianti is supposed to be enjoyed. Everything about this place was exactly what was described, however, I feel like the preparation of the cleanliness of the house has some room for improvement. It has multiple light rugs that are laid out across the floors and therefore gathered dirt/dust. We were going to vacuum the house, however, when doing so the vacuum bag was overly filled and therefore not operational. Also, a few more basic supplies was needed then what was offered. Getting to the farmhouse is a little difficult. It is up at the top of hill, therefore, must have a car/SUV that is capable of making it up the dirt/rock road. Overall, I would recommend this place because the items listed above are very easy to correct. Also, Happy Rentals were very quick to respond.

The house was wonderful, exceeded expectations! However it was very cold in some rooms, we only got four towels even though 6 guests and there was no hairdryer which is very useful in winter

The view from the hill was gorgeous. Evergreen trees, vineyards, forests. The house is big and pretty, so many nice touches inside and outside and the garden is huge and amazing. Nice area to sear and admire the view. Even sun-beds. It is fairly spacious and was very clean. It has a nice living room area that was ideal for late night movies watching and playing games. The beds were very comfortable. And the dining area was ideal. So many plates, cups, utensils. Dishwasher was there too. Overall a really lovely house with picture perfect environment, though there are few bits that I will have to comment on the “unhappy” section

Problème de débit d’eau courante ( petit filet d’eau en sortie des robinets des appareils sanitaires et de l’évier ) et de distribution d’eau chaude ( débit d’eau chaude entrecoupé d’eau froide) Bel emplacement, jolie villa ancienne mais très difficile d’accès ( accès peu carrossable difficile si vous n’avez pas un 4*4 ! ) Espérant pour les occupants futurs que ces problèmes de distribution d’eau soient résolus à l’avenir !

We loved and hated this place at the same time. Let me break it down for you... The location: BEAUTIFUL, STUNNING views! It was on a hilltop in the middle of a vineyard and we couldn't get enough of it! But getting there was treacherous! The road is in disrepair and needs some serious maintenance. Our SUV had trouble getting up the super steep, rocky, bumpy hill, and it made us really nervous and scared us every time we had to scale it. The grounds: The landscaping was beautiful, and we loved sitting outside and soaking up the views. The villa: It needs some serious TLC inside. We understand it's historic and old, but the electrical work was shotty and the area rugs everywhere were old and dusty and should be replaced. It just felt dirty. We did appreciate the history of this place, but it could be better.

We rented a house in Radda in Chianti for a week. The house was as described in the listing. Loved that it was so close to town. We were thrilled with everything. The Villa grounds were stunning, and we often just sat outside and enjoyed the views. The beds were very comfortable, and we were able to open the windows to enjoy the vineyard air.

The house is located in a beautiful property, in a hill in the midst of beautiful vineyards, with a very nice garden and outside area and great views all around. It is in the middle of two lovely cities with excellent restaurants, right in the middle of the Chianti Classic region. It's a nice classic Tuscan house, but has a few issues regarding maintenance and cleaning, if the host sorts out these issues in the future it has all the potential for a 5 star Airbnb location.

The farmhouse is absolutely beautiful and in an amazing location. Waking up to a vineyard in the morning and looking across the countryside while relaxing with a glass of wine is how Radda in Chianti is supposed to be enjoyed. Everything about this place was exactly what was described, however, I feel like the preparation of the cleanliness of the house has some room for improvement. It has multiple light rugs that are laid out across the floors and therefore gathered dirt/dust. We were going to vacuum the house, however, when doing so the vacuum bag was overly filled and therefore not operational. Also, a few more basic supplies was needed then what was offered. Getting to the farmhouse is a little difficult. It is up at the top of hill, therefore, must have a car/SUV that is capable of making it up the dirt/rock road. Overall, I would recommend this place because the items listed above are very easy to correct. Also, Happy Rentals were very quick to respond.

The house was wonderful, exceeded expectations! However it was very cold in some rooms, we only got four towels even though 6 guests and there was no hairdryer which is very useful in winter

The view from the hill was gorgeous. Evergreen trees, vineyards, forests. The house is big and pretty, so many nice touches inside and outside and the garden is huge and amazing. Nice area to sear and admire the view. Even sun-beds. It is fairly spacious and was very clean. It has a nice living room area that was ideal for late night movies watching and playing games. The beds were very comfortable. And the dining area was ideal. So many plates, cups, utensils. Dishwasher was there too. Overall a really lovely house with picture perfect environment, though there are few bits that I will have to comment on the “unhappy” section

Problème de débit d’eau courante ( petit filet d’eau en sortie des robinets des appareils sanitaires et de l’évier ) et de distribution d’eau chaude ( débit d’eau chaude entrecoupé d’eau froide) Bel emplacement, jolie villa ancienne mais très difficile d’accès ( accès peu carrossable difficile si vous n’avez pas un 4*4 ! ) Espérant pour les occupants futurs que ces problèmes de distribution d’eau soient résolus à l’avenir !

We loved and hated this place at the same time. Let me break it down for you... The location: BEAUTIFUL, STUNNING views! It was on a hilltop in the middle of a vineyard and we couldn't get enough of it! But getting there was treacherous! The road is in disrepair and needs some serious maintenance. Our SUV had trouble getting up the super steep, rocky, bumpy hill, and it made us really nervous and scared us every time we had to scale it. The grounds: The landscaping was beautiful, and we loved sitting outside and soaking up the views. The villa: It needs some serious TLC inside. We understand it's historic and old, but the electrical work was shotty and the area rugs everywhere were old and dusty and should be replaced. It just felt dirty. We did appreciate the history of this place, but it could be better.
