Vivete il sogno toscano in questo casale del XVII secolo splendidamente ristrutturato, nel cuore delle colline del Chianti! Casale al Sole è stato un rifugio e un ritiro tranquillo per molti anni. Ha una magnifica vista sulla campagna incontaminata ed è una splendida destinazione per le vacanze durante tutto l'anno. La casa, che può ospitare 6 persone, si sviluppa su due piani. Il piano terra comprende una loggia e una sala da vino dove gli ospiti possono provare i pregiati vini locali del Chianti. Al piano superiore si trova un'altra loggia con vista panoramica sui vigneti e sul paese di Radda in Chianti. Qui gli ospiti possono gustare i pasti all'aperto. All'interno, l'ampia zona giorno conserva i pavimenti originali in cotto e gli alti soffitti con travi a vista. La zona giorno è arredata con un divano, tavolo da pranzo e sedie in legno e un grande camino aperto non funzionante. La cucina a vista è ben attrezzata con piano cottura e forno, lavastoviglie, frigorifero e caffettiera Moka. Il giardino di circa 1 ettaro circonda la casa. C'è un'area barbecue con tavolo e sedie per pasti rilassati. Posti letto Camera da letto 1: Questa ampia camera da letto comprende un'area salotto privata, con 2 divani e una Smart TV. La camera è arredata con un letto matrimoniale, un armadio e una scrivania. Camera da letto 2: La seconda camera da letto ha un antico letto matrimoniale in legno, con armadio, divano e Smart TV con lettore DVD. Una porta conduce a un piccolo balcone con una splendida vista. Camera da letto 3: salendo 3 gradini dalla camera da letto 2, questa incantevole camera ha un letto matrimoniale con divano, un grande armadio e una stufa a legna. Da questa stanza partono dei gradini che portano al 2° bagno. I bagni Bagno 1: Situato nel soggiorno principale, questo bagno diviso in due parti è dotato di lavabo nella prima stanza e di doccia, bidet, lavatrice e WC nella seconda. Bagno 2: situato nella camera da letto 3, questo ampio ed elegante bagno comprende una vasca da bagno completa con soffione, lavabo e WC. Ulteriori Wifi gratuito - Zona pranzo esterna - BBQ - Ping pong e badminton - Libreria - Impianto stereo e altoparlanti Bluetooth - Aria condizionata - Riscaldamento centralizzato - Adatto ai bambini - Giardino privato - Lavatrice - Parcheggio privato, l'auto è indispensabile per la visita - Gli animali domestici sono ammessi Deposito per gruppi sotto i 21 anni 2500 EUR IMPORTANTE: Per accedere alla proprietà bisogna percorrere 1,5 km di strada sterrata, gli ultimi 900 m devono essere percorsi con molta attenzione in quanto si tratta di un tratto di ripida strada di campagna non asfaltata che attraversa i vigneti. La strada diventa sempre più stretta e ripida, quindi si consiglia di mantenere un'andatura costante senza accelerare. Non è adatta alle auto basse. Posizione Nonostante la posizione appartata, la casa è vicina al paese di Radda in Chianti (10 minuti di auto), dove gli ospiti troveranno vari negozi di artigianato italiano, ingredienti tipici locali e prelibatezze. La casa si trova nel cuore del Chianti Classico, che offre agli ospiti un'ampia scelta di vigneti da visitare per degustare e acquistare gli eccellenti vini locali. Tutte le gemme della Toscana sono facilmente raggiungibili, da Firenze (1 ora), Siena (50 minuti) e Arezzo (1 ora e 10 minuti) a città più piccole come San Gimignano (50 minuti), famosa per le sue torri medievali. Per gli amanti della moda, il famoso centro commerciale di Incisa Valdarno (1 ora) è una grotta di Alladin di outlet di stilisti scontati di famosi marchi italiani, tra cui Fendi, Gucci e Armani. L'outlet di Prada, Space Outlet, si trova a Levane (38 minuti). Gli aeroporti più vicini sono Firenze (1 ora) o Pisa, a 1 ora e 50 minuti.

WUNDERBAR! Unser Aufenthalt in Le Vecchie war einfach wunderbar! Die alte, unglaublich großzügige toskanische Villa wurde mit viel Liebe restauriert, jeder Winkel des Hauses mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl gestaltet und eingerichtet. Die Atmosphäre ist wirklich einzigartig! Das Haus hat alles, was es für einen sorgenfreien Aufenthalt braucht: eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Spiele, Bücher, Regenschirme, zusätzliche Decken etc. Der riesige Garten ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Tisch und Bank aus Stein vor dem Haus laden zum gemütlichen Abendessen im Freien ein. Einen Minuspunkt vergeben wir für die teilweise sehr gewagten Elektroinstallationen der zwar sehr originellen, technisch aber eventuell nicht ganz einwandfreien Lampen! Zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes flog mehrfach die Sicherung, was uns einen gehörigen Schrecken eingejagt hat. Was tatsächlich nicht einfach zu bewältigen ist: die Anfahrt zum Haus über die steile und abenteuerliche Schotterstraße. Wir waren sehr froh, dass wir mit unserem SUV in Italien waren. Unserer Meinung nach ist der Weg mit einem normalen PKW - zumindest bei Nässe - eher schwer zu erklimmen. Ein großes Lob an Roberto, den Ansprechpartner vor Ort: Sturm und Dauerregen ließen einen Baum auf die Zufahrtsstraße fallen. Binnen kürzester Zeit wurde er mithilfe der örtlichen Feuerwehr entfernt und wir konnten wieder problemlos passieren. Dies war der einzige notwendige Kontakt mit dem Happy-Rental-Staff. Alles andere lief über die sehr guten, im Vorfeld zur Verfügung gestellten Informationen und Beschreibungen. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Familie W., Wien.

We enjoyed our stay at Le Vecchie Villa near Radda Italy. The views from our villa were magnificent, olive trees and vineyards surrounding the property. It's a bit of a steep climb on the unpaved road to the property so drive slow and steady. I'd recommend guests get a vehicle with a sufficient ground clearance to avoid the ruts on the road. We experienced some rain, so it was nice to stay in for the day and play games and sample our many Italian food delights purchased at the local Coop grocery store. The beds were super comfy and being able to open all the windows and let the fresh air in was a treat. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed to make meals, and we made coffee each morning in the Moka machine supplied by our guests. I'd give our stay 5 stars!

We rented a house in Radda in Chianti for a week. The house was as described in the listing. Loved that it was so close to town. We were thrilled with everything. The views were incredible and the property was amazing! We were sad when it came time to leave . It was a vacation of a lifetime!. We highly recommend the property . The Villa was beautiful and everything we imagined it would be! I'd recommend that travelers to the Villa rent a car that has a high clearance distance so that the car won't scrape bottom when you drive up the unpaved road to the Villa. Just a little suggestion, it would have been nice to have a small microwave in the unit so we could reheat food or warm things up without having to use the oven. The Villa grounds were stunning, and we often just sat outside and enjoyed the views. The beds were very comfortable, and we were able to open the windows to enjoy the vineyard air.

The house is located in a beautiful property, in a hill in the midst of beautiful vineyards, with a very nice garden and outside area and great views all around. It is in the middle of two lovely cities with excellent restaurants, right in the middle of the Chianti Classic region. It's a nice classic Tuscan house, but has a few issues regarding maintenance and cleaning, if the host sorts out these issues in the future it has all the potential for a 5 star Airbnb location.

The farmhouse is absolutely beautiful and in an amazing location. Waking up to a vineyard in the morning and looking across the countryside while relaxing with a glass of wine is how Radda in Chianti is supposed to be enjoyed. Everything about this place was exactly what was described, however, I feel like the preparation of the cleanliness of the house has some room for improvement. It has multiple light rugs that are laid out across the floors and therefore gathered dirt/dust. We were going to vacuum the house, however, when doing so the vacuum bag was overly filled and therefore not operational. Also, a few more basic supplies was needed then what was offered. Getting to the farmhouse is a little difficult. It is up at the top of hill, therefore, must have a car/SUV that is capable of making it up the dirt/rock road. Overall, I would recommend this place because the items listed above are very easy to correct. Also, Happy Rentals were very quick to respond.

The view from the hill was gorgeous. Evergreen trees, vineyards, forests. The house is big and pretty, so many nice touches inside and outside and the garden is huge and amazing. Nice area to sear and admire the view. Even sun-beds. It is fairly spacious and was very clean. It has a nice living room area that was ideal for late night movies watching and playing games. The beds were very comfortable. And the dining area was ideal. So many plates, cups, utensils. Dishwasher was there too. Overall a really lovely house with picture perfect environment, though there are few bits that I will have to comment on the “unhappy” section

Problème de débit d’eau courante ( petit filet d’eau en sortie des robinets des appareils sanitaires et de l’évier ) et de distribution d’eau chaude ( débit d’eau chaude entrecoupé d’eau froide) Bel emplacement, jolie villa ancienne mais très difficile d’accès ( accès peu carrossable difficile si vous n’avez pas un 4*4 ! ) Espérant pour les occupants futurs que ces problèmes de distribution d’eau soient résolus à l’avenir !

We loved and hated this place at the same time. Let me break it down for you... The location: BEAUTIFUL, STUNNING views! It was on a hilltop in the middle of a vineyard and we couldn't get enough of it! But getting there was treacherous! The road is in disrepair and needs some serious maintenance. Our SUV had trouble getting up the super steep, rocky, bumpy hill, and it made us really nervous and scared us every time we had to scale it. The grounds: The landscaping was beautiful, and we loved sitting outside and soaking up the views. The villa: It needs some serious TLC inside. We understand it's historic and old, but the electrical work was shotty and the area rugs everywhere were old and dusty and should be replaced. It just felt dirty. We did appreciate the history of this place, but it could be better.

The house is located in a beautiful property, in a hill in the midst of beautiful vineyards, with a very nice garden and outside area and great views all around. It is in the middle of two lovely cities with excellent restaurants, right in the middle of the Chianti Classic region. It's a nice classic Tuscan house, but has a few issues regarding maintenance and cleaning, if the host sorts out these issues in the future it has all the potential for a 5 star Airbnb location.

The farmhouse is absolutely beautiful and in an amazing location. Waking up to a vineyard in the morning and looking across the countryside while relaxing with a glass of wine is how Radda in Chianti is supposed to be enjoyed. Everything about this place was exactly what was described, however, I feel like the preparation of the cleanliness of the house has some room for improvement. It has multiple light rugs that are laid out across the floors and therefore gathered dirt/dust. We were going to vacuum the house, however, when doing so the vacuum bag was overly filled and therefore not operational. Also, a few more basic supplies was needed then what was offered. Getting to the farmhouse is a little difficult. It is up at the top of hill, therefore, must have a car/SUV that is capable of making it up the dirt/rock road. Overall, I would recommend this place because the items listed above are very easy to correct. Also, Happy Rentals were very quick to respond.

The house was wonderful, exceeded expectations! However it was very cold in some rooms, we only got four towels even though 6 guests and there was no hairdryer which is very useful in winter

The view from the hill was gorgeous. Evergreen trees, vineyards, forests. The house is big and pretty, so many nice touches inside and outside and the garden is huge and amazing. Nice area to sear and admire the view. Even sun-beds. It is fairly spacious and was very clean. It has a nice living room area that was ideal for late night movies watching and playing games. The beds were very comfortable. And the dining area was ideal. So many plates, cups, utensils. Dishwasher was there too. Overall a really lovely house with picture perfect environment, though there are few bits that I will have to comment on the “unhappy” section

Problème de débit d’eau courante ( petit filet d’eau en sortie des robinets des appareils sanitaires et de l’évier ) et de distribution d’eau chaude ( débit d’eau chaude entrecoupé d’eau froide) Bel emplacement, jolie villa ancienne mais très difficile d’accès ( accès peu carrossable difficile si vous n’avez pas un 4*4 ! ) Espérant pour les occupants futurs que ces problèmes de distribution d’eau soient résolus à l’avenir !

We loved and hated this place at the same time. Let me break it down for you... The location: BEAUTIFUL, STUNNING views! It was on a hilltop in the middle of a vineyard and we couldn't get enough of it! But getting there was treacherous! The road is in disrepair and needs some serious maintenance. Our SUV had trouble getting up the super steep, rocky, bumpy hill, and it made us really nervous and scared us every time we had to scale it. The grounds: The landscaping was beautiful, and we loved sitting outside and soaking up the views. The villa: It needs some serious TLC inside. We understand it's historic and old, but the electrical work was shotty and the area rugs everywhere were old and dusty and should be replaced. It just felt dirty. We did appreciate the history of this place, but it could be better.
