Questo splendido appartamento al 2° piano, con vista ininterrotta sulle montagne e a soli 230 metri dagli impianti di risalita, è la fuga alpina perfetta per gli amici o la famiglia, in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno. Questo appartamento contemporaneo può ospitare comodamente 6 persone. La spaziosa zona giorno, con soffitto in pino e moderne finiture in pietra, è dotata di un divano chic e di una Smart TV, oltre che di un'ampia finestra e di una porta a vetri che conducono a un balcone con una splendida vista sulla foresta e sulle montagne. La cucina e la sala da pranzo a pianta aperta, adiacenti alla zona giorno, rendono l'intero spazio ideale per rilassarsi e stare con gli amici dopo una giornata di sci o di escursioni. Il balcone è dotato di un tavolino dove gli ospiti possono gustare una tazza di caffè o un aperitivo. Per mangiare, c'è un grande tavolo in legno con 6 posti a sedere, accanto alla cucina ben attrezzata. La cucina è dotata di piano cottura a induzione, forno, frigorifero, bollitore, macchina da caffè Dolcegusto, lavastoviglie, per un self-catering senza stress. Posizione L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla, ma molto vicina al centro del villaggio di Argentière, a contatto con la natura, ai margini della foresta e del fiume, a soli 230 metri a piedi dalla funivia di Les Grands Montets, dalle piste da sci e dai bus navetta. È anche vicino ai servizi di Argentière, con negozi e ristoranti a portata di mano. Le piste intorno ad Argentière sono adatte a sciatori intermedi ed esperti. Alcune piste più alte offrono la possibilità di sciare più tardi nella stagione, a volte fino all'inizio di maggio. Per gli sciatori più giovani, il Panda Club offre lezioni di sci e altre attività. Il villaggio ospita alcuni eccellenti ristoranti e bar per tutte le tasche. Tutte le strutture della regione di Chamonix sono a portata di mano. Durante i mesi estivi, ci sono splendidi sentieri di montagna per escursioni a piedi o in mountain bike, rafting, golf, arrampicata, parapendio ed equitazione. Per qualcosa di più rilassante, c'è il rinomato centro termale QC Termes a Chamonix (12 minuti di auto). L'aeroporto di Ginevra dista 1 ora e 25 minuti di auto dall'appartamento. Ci sono servizi navetta gratuiti tra Argentière e Chamonix, sia in autobus (22 minuti) che in treno (18 minuti), con il Mont Blanc Express.

I had a truly wonderful stay! The place was exactly as pictured - beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. We loved our stay here, perfect location walkable shops, the apartment was warm with a well equipped kitchen, it was very clean and the beds and bedding were so comfortable even the pull out bed. The apartment has a small terrace overlooking the mountains and a small creek we really the best time here the host was easy to contact and had lots of useful information we even used their recommendation for the ski instructor school for the kids. Thank you so much!!

The apartment was very nice. Clean, new, nice views. As expected from the description. The instructions to get into the apartment were clear, although they said the office would be open and there was no one there. We could easily pick the keys from the save box.

tout était parfait, le logement ce trouve en face de la montagne ce qui était très agréable de plus tout était propres a notre arrivée cependant la porte du balcon n'est pas très facile à ouvrir mais dans l'ensemble tout était parfait. il faudrait je pense au préalable laisser des capsules de cafés pour que les clients puissent prendre un café a leur arrivée. merci encore

Great location a lot of trips nearby. Also good connection to Chamonix (bus, train) and it is very close. Nice view on Mountains, including Mont Blanc directly from balcony and also from our bed. Appartment is nice equipped, we found there everything what we needed.

Très bien, bien rénové, vue sur la montagne, calme. Très bien placé, proche du centre et des balade. Petit bémol, dommage que la télé n’allait pas et pas de wifi pour compenser car la connexion téléphone n’était pas toujours top. Sinon top RAS.

Séjour en famille avec appart bien équipé (vaisselle, literie, salle de bain), et place parking dans la copropriété. Cartes d’accès sur Chamonix / Vallorcine en train ou bus super pratique pour sortir ou partir en rando/trail. Seul bémol, la propriété est en grands travaux. Mais une fois dans l’appartement, on se sent bien.

This is not in Chamonix Mont Blanc it’s a 10km drive away. It is in a place called Argentière. The description is inaccurate. Also spend 24 hours with no hot water as it’s communal and the boiler broke. So we could not shower after a days hiking. I’m sure in ski season it would Be ok as near a lift but there is no dry room for boots or to store skis so not sure how that would work.

The apartment was very nice. Clean, new, nice views. As expected from the description. The instructions to get into the apartment were clear, although they said the office would be open and there was no one there. We could easily pick the keys from the save box.

Maly apartman se vsim vsudy, ucelne zarizeny, clovek vic nepotrebuje. Mycka velka vyhoda. Balkon s vyhledem na hory. Je zde vytah. Dokonala zvukova izolace, sousedy neni slyset. Vino na uvitanou velmi prijemne, stejne jako balicek s hubkou/jarem v kuchyni a kosmetikou v koupelne.

tout était parfait, le logement ce trouve en face de la montagne ce qui était très agréable de plus tout était propres a notre arrivée cependant la porte du balcon n'est pas très facile à ouvrir mais dans l'ensemble tout était parfait. il faudrait je pense au préalable laisser des capsules de cafés pour que les clients puissent prendre un café a leur arrivée. merci encore

Great location a lot of trips nearby. Also good connection to Chamonix (bus, train) and it is very close. Nice view on Mountains, including Mont Blanc directly from balcony and also from our bed. Appartment is nice equipped, we found there everything what we needed.

Très bien, bien rénové, vue sur la montagne, calme. Très bien placé, proche du centre et des balade. Petit bémol, dommage que la télé n’allait pas et pas de wifi pour compenser car la connexion téléphone n’était pas toujours top. Sinon top RAS.

Séjour en famille avec appart bien équipé (vaisselle, literie, salle de bain), et place parking dans la copropriété. Cartes d’accès sur Chamonix / Vallorcine en train ou bus super pratique pour sortir ou partir en rando/trail. Seul bémol, la propriété est en grands travaux. Mais une fois dans l’appartement, on se sent bien.

This is not in Chamonix Mont Blanc it’s a 10km drive away. It is in a place called Argentière. The description is inaccurate. Also spend 24 hours with no hot water as it’s communal and the boiler broke. So we could not shower after a days hiking. I’m sure in ski season it would Be ok as near a lift but there is no dry room for boots or to store skis so not sure how that would work.
