A stunning 2nd-floor apartment with uninterrupted mountain views, and just 230m from the ski lifts, this is the perfect alpine getaway for friends or family, any time of year. This contemporary apartment comfortably sleeps 6 people. The spacious living area, with its pine ceiling and modern stone finishing, has a chic sofa and a Smart TV as well as a large window and glass door which lead out onto a balcony, with wonderful views across the forest and mountains. The open-plan kitchen and dining room, adjacent to the living area make the whole space ideal for relaxing and hanging out with friends after a day skiing or hiking. The balcony has a small table where guests can enjoy a cup of coffee or an aperitif. For dining, there is a large wooden table that seats 6, next to the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, fridge, kettle, Dolcegusto coffee maschine, dishwasher, for stress-free self-catering. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The bright master bedroom has a double bed and large windows looking out over the forest. The beauty of nature comes right into the room. Bedroom 2: A cool twin room, decorated in a contemporary mountain style, with a bunk bed. Extra: The sofa in the living area converts into a double bed. Bathroom This brand new bathroom, with classic stone tiling, has a glass shower, basin and W.C. Additional • No wifi • Lift • Smart TV • Shared garden • Electric radiators • Smoke detector • Free Public Parking, but car not necessary Please note that a damage deposit of €1000 is required for groups under 21 years old. Location The apartment is in a quiet area, but very close to the centre of the village of Argentière, close to nature, on the edge of the forest and the river, just a 230m walk from Les Grands Montets cable car, ski slopes and shuttle buses. It is also near to the amenities of Argentière, with shops and restaurants all on the doorstep. The slopes around Argentière are suitable for intermediate and experienced skiers. Some higher slopes offer skiing later in the season, sometimes right up to early May. For younger skiers, the Panda Club offers ski lessons and other activities. The village is home to some excellent restaurants and bars to suit all budgets. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, golf, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding. For something more relaxing, there is the renowned QC Termes spa in Chamonix (12 mins drive). Geneva airport is a 1-hour 25-minute drive from the apartment. There are free shuttle services between Argentière and Chamonix, either by bus (22 mins) or by train (18mins), on the Mont Blanc Express.

We loved our stay here, perfect location walkable shops, the apartment was warm with a well equipped kitchen, it was very clean and the beds and bedding were so comfortable even the pull out bed. The apartment has a small terrace overlooking the mountains and a small creek we really the best time here the host was easy to contact and had lots of useful information we even used their recommendation for the ski instructor school for the kids. Great location a lot of trips nearby. Also good connection to Chamonix (bus, train) and it is very close. Nice view on Mountains, including Mont Blanc directly from balcony and also from our bed. Appartment is nice equipped, we found there everything what we needed.

Séjour en famille avec appart bien équipé (vaisselle, literie, salle de bain), et place parking dans la copropriété. Cartes d’accès sur Chamonix / Vallorcine en train ou bus super pratique pour sortir ou partir en rando/trail. Seul bémol, la propriété est en grands travaux. Mais une fois dans l’appartement, on se sent bien.

This is not in Chamonix Mont Blanc it’s a 10km drive away. It is in a place called Argentière. The description is inaccurate. Also spend 24 hours with no hot water as it’s communal and the boiler broke. So we could not shower after a days hiking. I’m sure in ski season it would Be ok as near a lift but there is no dry room for boots or to store skis so not sure how that would work.

tout était parfait, le logement ce trouve en face de la montagne ce qui était très agréable de plus tout était propres a notre arrivée cependant la porte du balcon n'est pas très facile à ouvrir mais dans l'ensemble tout était parfait. il faudrait je pense au préalable laisser des capsules de cafés pour que les clients puissent prendre un café a leur arrivée. merci encore

Great location a lot of trips nearby. Also good connection to Chamonix (bus, train) and it is very close. Nice view on Mountains, including Mont Blanc directly from balcony and also from our bed. Appartment is nice equipped, we found there everything what we needed.

Très bien, bien rénové, vue sur la montagne, calme. Très bien placé, proche du centre et des balade. Petit bémol, dommage que la télé n’allait pas et pas de wifi pour compenser car la connexion téléphone n’était pas toujours top. Sinon top RAS.

Séjour en famille avec appart bien équipé (vaisselle, literie, salle de bain), et place parking dans la copropriété. Cartes d’accès sur Chamonix / Vallorcine en train ou bus super pratique pour sortir ou partir en rando/trail. Seul bémol, la propriété est en grands travaux. Mais une fois dans l’appartement, on se sent bien.

This is not in Chamonix Mont Blanc it’s a 10km drive away. It is in a place called Argentière. The description is inaccurate. Also spend 24 hours with no hot water as it’s communal and the boiler broke. So we could not shower after a days hiking. I’m sure in ski season it would Be ok as near a lift but there is no dry room for boots or to store skis so not sure how that would work.
