Een prachtig appartement op de 2e verdieping met ononderbroken uitzicht op de bergen en op slechts 230 meter van de skiliften. Dit is het perfecte uitje in de Alpen voor vrienden of familie, in elk jaargetijde. Dit eigentijdse appartement is comfortabel voor 6 personen. De ruime woonkamer, met zijn grenen plafond en moderne stenen afwerking, heeft een chique bank en een Smart TV, evenals een groot raam en glazen deur die leiden naar een balkon, met een prachtig uitzicht over het bos en de bergen. De open keuken en eetkamer, grenzend aan de woonkamer, maken de hele ruimte ideaal om te ontspannen en rond te hangen met vrienden na een dag skiën of wandelen. Het balkon heeft een kleine tafel waar gasten kunnen genieten van een kopje koffie of een aperitief. Om te dineren is er een grote houten tafel voor 6 personen, naast de goed uitgeruste keuken. De keuken heeft een inductiekookplaat, oven, koelkast, waterkoker, Dolcegusto koffiezetapparaat en vaatwasser, voor stressvrije self-catering. Slapen Slaapkamer 1: De lichte ouderslaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed en grote ramen die uitkijken over het bos. De schoonheid van de natuur komt direct de kamer binnen. Slaapkamer 2: Een koele tweepersoonskamer, ingericht in een moderne bergstijl, met een stapelbed. Extra: De bank in het woongedeelte is om te bouwen tot een tweepersoonsbed. Badkamer Deze gloednieuwe badkamer, met klassieke stenen tegels, heeft een glazen douche, wastafel en toilet. Extra - Geen wifi - Lift - Smart TV - Gemeenschappelijke tuin - Elektrische radiatoren - Rookmelder - Gratis openbare parkeerplaats, maar auto niet nodig Houd er rekening mee dat een borg van €1000 vereist is voor groepen jonger dan 21 jaar. Locatie Het appartement ligt in een rustige omgeving, maar zeer dicht bij het centrum van het dorp Argentière, dicht bij de natuur, aan de rand van het bos en de rivier, op slechts 230 meter lopen van Les Grands Montets kabelbaan, skipistes en pendelbussen. Het is ook dicht bij de voorzieningen van Argentière, met winkels en restaurants voor de deur. De pistes rond Argentière zijn geschikt voor gemiddelde en ervaren skiërs. Op sommige hogere pistes kun je later in het seizoen skiën, soms tot begin mei. Voor jongere skiërs biedt de Panda Club skilessen en andere activiteiten. Het dorp heeft een aantal uitstekende restaurants en bars voor elk budget. Alle faciliteiten van de regio Chamonix liggen voor de deur. Tijdens de zomermaanden zijn er prachtige bergpaden om te wandelen of te mountainbiken, wildwatervaren, golfen, rotsklimmen, paragliden en paardrijden. Voor iets meer ontspanning is er de beroemde QC Termes spa in Chamonix (12 minuten rijden). De luchthaven van Genève ligt op 1 uur en 25 minuten rijden van het appartement. Er zijn gratis pendeldiensten tussen Argentière en Chamonix, ofwel met de bus (22 minuten) of met de trein (18 minuten), met de Mont Blanc Express.

We loved our stay here, perfect location walkable shops, the apartment was warm with a well equipped kitchen, it was very clean and the beds and bedding were so comfortable even the pull out bed. The apartment has a small terrace overlooking the mountains and a small creek we really the best time here the host was easy to contact and had lots of useful information we even used their recommendation for the ski instructor school for the kids. Great location a lot of trips nearby. Also good connection to Chamonix (bus, train) and it is very close. Nice view on Mountains, including Mont Blanc directly from balcony and also from our bed. Appartment is nice equipped, we found there everything what we needed.

Très bien, bien rénové, vue sur la montagne, calme. Très bien placé, proche du centre et des balade. Petit bémol, dommage que la télé n’allait pas et pas de wifi pour compenser car la connexion téléphone n’était pas toujours top. Sinon top RAS.

Séjour en famille avec appart bien équipé (vaisselle, literie, salle de bain), et place parking dans la copropriété. Cartes d’accès sur Chamonix / Vallorcine en train ou bus super pratique pour sortir ou partir en rando/trail. Seul bémol, la propriété est en grands travaux. Mais une fois dans l’appartement, on se sent bien.

This is not in Chamonix Mont Blanc it’s a 10km drive away. It is in a place called Argentière. The description is inaccurate. Also spend 24 hours with no hot water as it’s communal and the boiler broke. So we could not shower after a days hiking. I’m sure in ski season it would Be ok as near a lift but there is no dry room for boots or to store skis so not sure how that would work.

The apartment was very nice. Clean, new, nice views. As expected from the description. The instructions to get into the apartment were clear, although they said the office would be open and there was no one there. We could easily pick the keys from the save box.

Maly apartman se vsim vsudy, ucelne zarizeny, clovek vic nepotrebuje. Mycka velka vyhoda. Balkon s vyhledem na hory. Je zde vytah. Dokonala zvukova izolace, sousedy neni slyset. Vino na uvitanou velmi prijemne, stejne jako balicek s hubkou/jarem v kuchyni a kosmetikou v koupelne.

tout était parfait, le logement ce trouve en face de la montagne ce qui était très agréable de plus tout était propres a notre arrivée cependant la porte du balcon n'est pas très facile à ouvrir mais dans l'ensemble tout était parfait. il faudrait je pense au préalable laisser des capsules de cafés pour que les clients puissent prendre un café a leur arrivée. merci encore

Great location a lot of trips nearby. Also good connection to Chamonix (bus, train) and it is very close. Nice view on Mountains, including Mont Blanc directly from balcony and also from our bed. Appartment is nice equipped, we found there everything what we needed.

Très bien, bien rénové, vue sur la montagne, calme. Très bien placé, proche du centre et des balade. Petit bémol, dommage que la télé n’allait pas et pas de wifi pour compenser car la connexion téléphone n’était pas toujours top. Sinon top RAS.

Séjour en famille avec appart bien équipé (vaisselle, literie, salle de bain), et place parking dans la copropriété. Cartes d’accès sur Chamonix / Vallorcine en train ou bus super pratique pour sortir ou partir en rando/trail. Seul bémol, la propriété est en grands travaux. Mais une fois dans l’appartement, on se sent bien.

This is not in Chamonix Mont Blanc it’s a 10km drive away. It is in a place called Argentière. The description is inaccurate. Also spend 24 hours with no hot water as it’s communal and the boiler broke. So we could not shower after a days hiking. I’m sure in ski season it would Be ok as near a lift but there is no dry room for boots or to store skis so not sure how that would work.
