Dit stijlvolle studio-appartement ligt in het centrum van Chamonix Sud, dicht bij alle skifaciliteiten en al het après-skiplezier. Op de eerste verdieping van een nieuwe residentie, met een stijlvolle inrichting en houten vloeren in de hele woning, is deze studio geschikt voor 2 personen. De lichte woonkamer heeft een glazen deur die uitkomt op een privébalkon met een tafel en stoelen, waar gasten kunnen zitten en genieten van het uitzicht over het plein naar de bergen daarachter. In de woonkamer staat een bank, een Smart TV en een eettafel voor 2 personen. De kitchenette is uitgerust met een kookplaat, magnetron, nespresso koffiezetapparaat en koelkast/vriezer. Slapen De bank verandert in een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed. Badkamer De nette badkamer heeft een douche, wastafel, toilet en wasmachine. Extra - Balkon - Wasmachine - Flatscreen TV - Gratis openbare parkeerplaats (parkeerplaatsen kunnen niet worden gegarandeerd) maar auto niet nodig - Skiberging - Dicht bij skiën en skilift - Dicht bij skibus - Wifi niet beschikbaar Ligging Het appartement ligt midden in het zuiden van Chamonix, op minder dan 5 minuten lopen van het kabelbaanstation Aiguille du Midi. Het treinstation Chamonix Aiguille du Midi, voor de Mont-Blanc-Express, ligt ook op 4 minuten lopen. De nabijgelegen pistes zijn populair bij zowel skiërs als snowboarders. De top van de Aiguille du Midi, dicht bij de Mont Blanc, is een magneet voor bergbeklimmers, rotsklimmers en paragliders in de zomermaanden. Alle faciliteiten van de regio Chamonix liggen voor de deur, waaronder wildwatervaren, golfen en paardrijden. Chamonix heeft alle voorzieningen die bezoekers het hele jaar door nodig hebben, waaronder veel bars en restaurants voor elk budget. Chamonix heeft elke zaterdagochtend een wekelijkse markt. Hier kun je de meest verse ingrediënten direct bij de producenten kopen, om thuis te proberen. De luchthaven van Genève ligt op 1 uur en 10 minuten rijden van het appartement.

Le logement bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, juste en face du téléphérique de l’Aiguille du Midi et à seulement quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville. La terrasse, donnant sur une place piétonne, est un vrai atout pour profiter du calme. Enfin, la place de parking en sous-sol est très appréciable à Chamonix.
