A stylish studio apartment for 2, on the second floor of a striking, contemporary residence in central Lugano, a 20-minute walk from the shores of Lake Lugano. This unique, luxurious development caters to people coming to Lugano for business as well as people looking for a relaxing city break. Next to a floor to ceiling window, by the dining area, is an open plan kitchen, where you will find everything you might need during your stay: a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and Nespresso machine. Sleeping There is a comfortable pull-down double bed in the living room. Bathroom The stylish stone-tiled bathroom has a glass shower, large basin and WC. It is famous for its stunning location, between the mountains and the Lago Lugano, rich cultural heritage and delicious cuisine. The city hosts many festivals throughout the year, including the “Luganomusica” festival every summer. MASI (the Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland) (20 minutes walk) hosts regular contemporary art exhibitions. A day trip to Lago Lugano is a must, as is a walk along Lugano’s famous waterfront, with breathtaking views over the lake. Or take a stroll to Piazza della Riforma, the city’s main square and home to many fine restaurants and bars. If you are inspired to cook, then the farmers market (Tuesday and Friday) in Via Carducci (20 minutes walk) is the best place to find the finest local ingredients. For business travellers, the apartment is just an 11-minute walk from the Centro Esposizioni Lugano exhibition centre and an 18-minute walk from the Palazzo Dei Congressi Lugano.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Der Zugang via App war einfach und der Support durch ICON perfekt. Die Lage ist okay, zu Fuss zum Zentrum dauert ein paar Minuten. Die Anbindung an das ÖV Netz ist sehr gut.
