A contemporary apartment in southern Chamonix, which looks out over trees to the mountains beyond. This 2nd floor apartment (with lift) sleeps 6 people and makes an ideal holiday base, at any time of year. The chic décor is stylish, with neutral colours and wooden flooring throughout. The living room has a glass door that leads out onto a private balcony, with a table and chairs, where guests can sit and enjoy the view. Back in the living room, there is a corner sofa and a Smart TV. The dining area has a table for 6 and is next to a smart, fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and toaster. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The stylish, master bedroom has a double bed and hanging rails Extra: Between the living area and the entrance hall there is a bunk bed. The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed. Bathroom The attractive bathroom has a full bath with a shower attachment and basin. There is a separate WC. Additional • Free Wifi • Electric radiators • Balcony • Shared garden • Smart TV • Smoke detector • Public Parking (paid) but car not necessary • Child-friendly • Ski storage • Close to skiing, ski lifts and shuttle bus Location The apartment is in the middle of south Chamonix, opposite the main bus station and just a 5-minute walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car station. The Chamonix Aiguille du Midi railway station, for the Mont-Blanc-Express, is also 5 minutes’ walk away. The nearby slopes are popular with skiers and snowboarders alike. The peak of Aiguille du Midi, close to Mont Blanc, is a magnet for mountaineers, rock climbing and paragliding in the summer months. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, including white water rafting, golf and horse riding. Chamonix has all the amenities visitors need throughout the year, including many bars and restaurants to suit all budgets. Chamonix Sud has a weekly market every Tuesday morning. Here you can buy all the freshest ingredients directly from the producers, to try at home. Geneva airport is a 1 hour 10 minute drive from the apartment. Due to the unique topography, location, and weather conditions in the Mont Blanc Valley, internet connectivity may be unreliable. Parking spaces are first-come, first-served, and availability is not guaranteed.

We enjoyed our stay as a family of 5. The apartment had everything we needed (including things like sharp knives in the kitchen, which is rare in apartments for rent). We arrived very late at night - the instructions from the owner for key pickup were super easy to follow. The frying pan was not in a good state, so we bought one for ourselves, which is better in some way. Thank you for an opportunity to enjoy vacation!!

Overall the apartment was great. Steps from the Midi, a grocery store, yoga studio, and a bus stop among other things. Apartment was comfortable and had everything necessary including basic cooking equipment. The bunkbeds are in the entry hall and opposite the door to the bedroom and bathroom doors which meant that that portion of the apartment could be tight even for just two which is how many we were. I could see up to 4 no problem but it would be fairly tight for 6, especially if you're skiing and have equipment spread about. What communication there needed to be was great. The booking company went out of their way to get us in early. You cannot drive to the booking company or the apartment so this was confusing to our transfer driver who was unfamiliar with the area as he was trying to deliver us to the address. Overall the apartment was clean however the floors and bottom of the bathtub were quite dirty. This may have been in part due to us being granted early access.
