A funky fourth-floor apartment (with lift), in the heart of Chamonix, close to everything you might want for a perfect holiday all year round. This stylishly decorated penthouse sleeps 4 people. The living area is lit by a large glass door that leads onto a private balcony, where there is a table and chairs, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the spectacular mountain views. Indoors, the sitting area, with a pitched wooden ceiling, has a comfortable sofa, coffee table, large flat-screen tv and chest of drawers. The neat dining table and chairs are next to the open-plan kitchenette, which is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster. The smart residence has a shared, indoor pool with a sauna and a well-equipped gym. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom is lit by a large skylight. It has a double bed, wardrobe and en suite shower room Bedroom 2: The cosy second bedroom, tucked under the eaves, has a single bed with a further pull-out single bed. Bathrooms Bathroom 1: The freshly tiled, independent bathroom has a full bath with shower, basin and WC. Bathroom 2: En suite to the master bedroom, this bathroom has a glass shower and a basin. Additional • Outside table & chairs • Flatscreen TV • Hair dryer • Electric radiators • Shared garden • Child friendly • Paid public parking – car not necessary Please note: The pool is open every day during the year, from 9 am to 12 pm and from 3 pm to 8 pm. It is only closed for 2 weeks in October for maintenance. WiFi is not available Location The apartment is in the heart of Chamonix, close to the ski lifts and shuttle buses. The slopes are suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, golf, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding. There is a skateboarding park and tennis courts within 15 minutes of the apartment. For self-catering, there is an excellent farmers market every Saturday in Place du Mont Blanc, just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Otherwise, Chamonix has all the amenities guests might need. Geneva airport is a 1 hour, 10 minutes drive from the apartment. Whilst Chamonix Mont Blanc railway station is just 2 minute's walk.

Awesome stay! Looked exactly like the pictures and was the perfect place to stay for 3. Only ding would be you have to pick up and drop off the keys about 15min walk away. Really great stay altogether and exceeded expectation.

Très bonne emplacement, immeuble calme , appartement agréable , le point faible c’est la 2 eme chambre avec un lit extensible tirant le 2 eme lit , alors que sur ja photo on voyait 2 lits simples bien séparés …. Et pas de wifi dans l appartement, alors que nous avons payé le supplément! J’attends mon remboursement comme prévu par Happy Rentals d’ailleurs

THe location was good and the apartment was clean and tidy. The beds were extremely comfortable. All the facilities and the linen were high quality. The apartment had been nicely decorated with some lovely touches. The apartment was good value for money in an expensive area

We are sorry that your stay was not what you completely desired. In terms of cleaning and kitchen products, we always place a new pack of cleaning products for guests, a sponge, J-cloth, tablet for the dishwasher, washing up liquid etc. There are also bathroom products provided too. For the pillows, everyone has different needs and wants when it comes to neck support, this is probably why the reception staff recommended you bring your own pillow to ensure your full comfort during your stay. The toilets are separate to help with more flexible usage and is seen by many as a big advantage. If this is a large/important part of your holiday, we recommend in future you put this highly in your research criteria or ask our team which is always available to respond to the guest's request. We have never had complaints regarding the dishwasher or other appliances and all instructions are in the apartment. The Happy Rentals office is open all week and we message our guests before their arrival. Guests are always encouraged to contact us should they need help with anything at all. Happy.Rentals team
