Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Außenpool (unbeheizt) und eine große Sonnenterrasse zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Die Gäste haben auch die Möglichkeit, sich auf dem privaten Balkon der Wohnung zu entspannen. Dieser ist komfortabel mit einem Esstisch ausgestattet und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Im Inneren ist der geräumige, offene Wohnbereich elegant mit zwei bequemen Sofas, einem Sessel, einem großen digitalen Flachbildschirm-HDTV und einem Esstisch eingerichtet. Die moderne, gut ausgestattete Küche verfügt über ein Induktionskochfeld, einen Backofen, eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, eine Mikrowelle, einen Geschirrspüler und einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Dieser Bereich verfügt außerdem über eine große Glasschiebetür, die zu einem Essbereich im Freien führt. Schlafen Schlafzimmer 1 - 3: Alle drei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad sind mit einem Kingsize-Doppelbett und einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Crikvenica ist ein beliebtes Touristenziel, das für seine schönen Strände, seine lebhafte Promenade und seine reiche Geschichte bekannt ist. Die Strände der Stadt sind bekannt für ihr klares Wasser und die gut gepflegten Einrichtungen (der nächste ist nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt). Die Gäste können hier schwimmen, schnorcheln, tauchen, Jetski fahren, segeln, Wasserski fahren und Beachvolleyball spielen. Außerdem gibt es eine charmante Altstadt mit einem Museum und einem hübschen Hafen. Von Crikvenica aus werden verschiedene Bootsausflüge zu den nahe gelegenen Inseln wie Krk und Rab angeboten. Die Stadt am Meer ist auch ein bekannter Kurort, der sich die heilenden Eigenschaften des Meeres zunutze macht. Die Besucher können verschiedene Wellness-Behandlungen genießen, darunter Meerwasserbäder, Schlammpackungen und Massagen. Das Dorf Kotor (ein Freilichtmuseum) und der Liebespfad (ein Wandergebiet in der Natur) sind beide in weniger als 10 Autominuten zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es eine Olivenmühle, ein Aquarium und Radwege zum Tal von Vinodol durch die Landschaft. Der nächstgelegene internationale Flughafen ist der internationale Flughafen Rijeka, der 20 Autominuten von der Wohnung entfernt ist.

The accommodation is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. There are plenty of cupboards, everything can be stored away. It functions as a full-fledged apartment. It is tidy and clean. The manager is helpful and friendly. A few more hangers would be needed in the bathrooms.

Die Ferienwohnung ist toll eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht (3 Badezimmer, 4 Klimaanlagen, usw.) ist super sauber und sehr geräumig. Das Haus verfügt über einen Lift für die oberen Stockwerke. Der Hauswart vor Ort ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit, findet für jedes Anliegen eine Lösung und spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Die Lage ist zentral, man kann fußläufig alles gut erreichen. Einfach nur toll, wir kommen gerne wieder mal.

Jól felszerelt, kifejzetten komfortos és kényelmes ingatlan. Elég szekrény és tároló van, így minden jól elpakolható. Rendezett és tiszta. Teljesértékű lakásként funkcionál. A manager barátságos és segítőlész. Az elhelyezkedése is szuper: a strand 3 perc séta, a kilátás az erkélyről pedig kiváló. Néhány akasztó még szükséges lenne a fürdőszobákba.

The homeowner only tapped lightly on the car window to draw your attention, as the vehicle was parked in a non-designated area and the driver appeared to be on the phone and did not respond. The involvement of the police was a consequence of repeated and significant noise complaints from other guests and nearby residents. Unfortunately, the disturbance affected the overall tranquillity of the property, and one family even decided to leave earlier than planned as a result. Regarding the damages, please note that the apartment was carefully inspected, as is standard procedure after each stay. No charges were applied to you for the damages. Finally, we would like to remind that each apartment has only two parking spaces, positioned one behind the other, available for guests’ use.
