Es un popular destino turístico conocido por sus hermosas playas, su vibrante paseo marítimo y su rica historia. Las playas de la ciudad son famosas por sus aguas cristalinas y sus instalaciones bien mantenidas (la más cercana está a 6 minutos a pie). Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de la natación, el snorkel, el buceo, las motos acuáticas, la vela, el esquí acuático y el voley playa. También hay un encantador casco antiguo con un museo y un bonito puerto. Desde Crikvenica parten varias excursiones en barco que permiten explorar las islas cercanas, como Krk y Rab. La ciudad costera es también un famoso balneario que aprovecha las propiedades curativas del mar. Los visitantes pueden disfrutar de diversos tratamientos de bienestar, como baños de agua de mar, paquetes de barro y masajes. El pueblo de Kotor (un museo al aire libre) y el Sendero del Amor (una zona de senderismo en la naturaleza) están a menos de 10 minutos en coche. También hay una almazara, un acuario y rutas en bicicleta al valle de Vinodol por el campo. El aeropuerto internacional de Rijeka, el más cercano, está a 20 minutos en coche del apartamento.

The accommodation is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. There are plenty of cupboards, everything can be stored away. It functions as a full-fledged apartment. It is tidy and clean. The manager is helpful and friendly. A few more hangers would be needed in the bathrooms.

Die Ferienwohnung ist toll eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht (3 Badezimmer, 4 Klimaanlagen, usw.) ist super sauber und sehr geräumig. Das Haus verfügt über einen Lift für die oberen Stockwerke. Der Hauswart vor Ort ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit, findet für jedes Anliegen eine Lösung und spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Die Lage ist zentral, man kann fußläufig alles gut erreichen. Einfach nur toll, wir kommen gerne wieder mal.

Jól felszerelt, kifejzetten komfortos és kényelmes ingatlan. Elég szekrény és tároló van, így minden jól elpakolható. Rendezett és tiszta. Teljesértékű lakásként funkcionál. A manager barátságos és segítőlész. Az elhelyezkedése is szuper: a strand 3 perc séta, a kilátás az erkélyről pedig kiváló. Néhány akasztó még szükséges lenne a fürdőszobákba.

The homeowner only tapped lightly on the car window to draw your attention, as the vehicle was parked in a non-designated area and the driver appeared to be on the phone and did not respond. The involvement of the police was a consequence of repeated and significant noise complaints from other guests and nearby residents. Unfortunately, the disturbance affected the overall tranquillity of the property, and one family even decided to leave earlier than planned as a result. Regarding the damages, please note that the apartment was carefully inspected, as is standard procedure after each stay. No charges were applied to you for the damages. Finally, we would like to remind that each apartment has only two parking spaces, positioned one behind the other, available for guests’ use.
