The property enjoys shared use of an outdoor swimming pool (unheated) and a spacious sun terrace. Guests also have the option of relaxing on the apartment’s private balcony. This is comfortably furnished with an outside dining table and enjoys a gorgeous view of the sea. Inside, the spacious, open-plan living space is elegantly furnished with two comfortable sofas, an armchair, a large digital flatscreen HDTV and a dining table, guests will also find the modern, well-equipped kitchen fitted with; an induction hob, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. This area also enjoys a large set of sliding glass doors that open out to an alfresco dining area. It is a popular tourist destination known for its beautiful beaches, vibrant promenade and rich history. The town’s beaches are renowned for their clear waters and well-maintained facilities (the closest is a 6-minute walk). Guests can enjoy swimming, snorkelling, diving, jet skiing, sailing, water skiing and beach volleyball. There is also a charming old town with a museum and a pretty harbour. Various boat trips are available from Crikvenica, allowing visitors to explore nearby islands such as Krk and Rab. The seaside town is also a renowned health resort that utilises the healing properties of the sea. Visitors can enjoy various wellness treatments, including seawater baths, mud packs and massages. The Kotor Village (an open-air museum) and the Love Path (a hiking area in nature) are both less than a 10-minute drive away. There is also an olive mill, an Aquarium and biking trails to the valley of Vinodol through the countryside. The nearest international airport is Rijeka International Airport which is a 20-minute drive from the apartment.

The accommodation is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. There are plenty of cupboards, everything can be stored away. It functions as a full-fledged apartment. It is tidy and clean. The manager is helpful and friendly. A few more hangers would be needed in the bathrooms.

Die Ferienwohnung ist toll eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht (3 Badezimmer, 4 Klimaanlagen, usw.) ist super sauber und sehr geräumig. Das Haus verfügt über einen Lift für die oberen Stockwerke. Der Hauswart vor Ort ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit, findet für jedes Anliegen eine Lösung und spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Die Lage ist zentral, man kann fußläufig alles gut erreichen. Einfach nur toll, wir kommen gerne wieder mal.

Jól felszerelt, kifejzetten komfortos és kényelmes ingatlan. Elég szekrény és tároló van, így minden jól elpakolható. Rendezett és tiszta. Teljesértékű lakásként funkcionál. A manager barátságos és segítőlész. Az elhelyezkedése is szuper: a strand 3 perc séta, a kilátás az erkélyről pedig kiváló. Néhány akasztó még szükséges lenne a fürdőszobákba.

The homeowner only tapped lightly on the car window to draw your attention, as the vehicle was parked in a non-designated area and the driver appeared to be on the phone and did not respond. The involvement of the police was a consequence of repeated and significant noise complaints from other guests and nearby residents. Unfortunately, the disturbance affected the overall tranquillity of the property, and one family even decided to leave earlier than planned as a result. Regarding the damages, please note that the apartment was carefully inspected, as is standard procedure after each stay. No charges were applied to you for the damages. Finally, we would like to remind that each apartment has only two parking spaces, positioned one behind the other, available for guests’ use.
