La propriété bénéficie de l'usage partagé d'une piscine extérieure (non chauffée) et d'une spacieuse terrasse ensoleillée. Les hôtes ont également la possibilité de se détendre sur le balcon privé de l'appartement. Ce dernier est confortablement meublé avec une table à manger extérieure et jouit d'une vue magnifique sur la mer. À l'intérieur, l'espace de vie spacieux et décloisonné est élégamment meublé de deux canapés confortables, d'un fauteuil, d'une grande télévision numérique à écran plat et d'une table à manger. Les clients trouveront également une cuisine moderne et bien équipée avec une plaque de cuisson à induction, un four, une machine à café Nespresso, un micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et un réfrigérateur-congélateur. Cette zone bénéficie également d'un grand ensemble de portes coulissantes en verre qui s'ouvrent sur une salle à manger en plein air. C'est une destination touristique populaire connue pour ses belles plages, sa promenade animée et sa riche histoire. Les plages de la ville sont réputées pour leurs eaux claires et leurs installations bien entretenues (la plus proche est à 6 minutes de marche). Vous pourrez y pratiquer la natation, la plongée avec tuba, la plongée sous-marine, le jet ski, la voile, le ski nautique et le beach volley. Il y a également une charmante vieille ville avec un musée et un joli port. Diverses excursions en bateau sont proposées à partir de Crikvenica, ce qui permet aux visiteurs d'explorer les îles voisines telles que Krk et Rab. Cette ville balnéaire est également une station thermale réputée qui utilise les propriétés curatives de la mer. Les visiteurs peuvent profiter de divers traitements de bien-être, notamment de bains d'eau de mer, d'enveloppements de boue et de massages. Le village de Kotor (un musée en plein air) et le sentier de l'amour (une zone de randonnée dans la nature) se trouvent tous deux à moins de 10 minutes de route. Un moulin à olives, un aquarium et des pistes cyclables menant à la vallée de Vinodol à travers la campagne sont également disponibles. L'aéroport international le plus proche est celui de Rijeka, à 20 minutes de route de l'appartement.

The accommodation is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. There are plenty of cupboards, everything can be stored away. It functions as a full-fledged apartment. It is tidy and clean. The manager is helpful and friendly. A few more hangers would be needed in the bathrooms.

Die Ferienwohnung ist toll eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht (3 Badezimmer, 4 Klimaanlagen, usw.) ist super sauber und sehr geräumig. Das Haus verfügt über einen Lift für die oberen Stockwerke. Der Hauswart vor Ort ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit, findet für jedes Anliegen eine Lösung und spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Die Lage ist zentral, man kann fußläufig alles gut erreichen. Einfach nur toll, wir kommen gerne wieder mal.

Jól felszerelt, kifejzetten komfortos és kényelmes ingatlan. Elég szekrény és tároló van, így minden jól elpakolható. Rendezett és tiszta. Teljesértékű lakásként funkcionál. A manager barátságos és segítőlész. Az elhelyezkedése is szuper: a strand 3 perc séta, a kilátás az erkélyről pedig kiváló. Néhány akasztó még szükséges lenne a fürdőszobákba.

Dear Stefan, We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced, and we would like to take this opportunity to clarify the situation. The homeowner only tapped lightly on the car window to draw your attention, as the vehicle was parked in a non-designated area and the driver appeared to be on the phone and did not respond. The involvement of the police was a consequence of repeated and significant noise complaints from other guests and nearby residents. Unfortunately, the disturbance affected the overall tranquillity of the property, and one family even decided to leave earlier than planned as a result. Regarding the damages, please note that the apartment was carefully inspected, as is standard procedure after each stay. No charges were applied to you for the damages. Finally, we would like to remind that each apartment has only two parking spaces, positioned one behind the other, available for guests’ use.
