Die separate Küche/Esszimmer ist mit einem Esstisch, einem Herd, einem Backofen, einem Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, einer Kaffeemaschine und einer Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Die private Terrasse verfügt über einen Tisch und Stühle für unvergessliche Mahlzeiten im Freien sowie ein Sofa, auf dem die Gäste entspannen und die Aussicht genießen können. Die Insel ist berühmt für ihre Naturschönheiten, wie den Strand von Spalmatore (7 Autominuten), den Fjord von Cala Francese (13 Minuten) und die Via Padule (8 Minuten), die zum Kehlsteinhaus und zur Punta Tegge führt. Im Norden liegen die Strände von Bassa Trinita (8 Minuten), Cala Lunga (11 Minuten) und Monti d'Arena (8 Minuten), die für ihre weißen Dünen und vom Wind geformten Felsen bekannt sind. Der Wochenmarkt am Mittwoch ist der beste Ort, um lokale Zutaten für die heimische Küche zu kaufen. Die Autofähre nach La Maddalena legt in Palau ab, das 1 Stunde und 30 Minuten vom Flughafen Olbia entfernt ist, wenn Sie vor Ort ein Auto mieten. Wenn Sie Ihr eigenes Auto mitbringen, ist der Hafen von Palau 1 Stunde und 25 Minuten vom Hafen von Olbia entfernt. Der Hafen von Santa Teresa Gallura ist nur 30 Minuten entfernt. Beide Häfen bieten regelmäßige Fährverbindungen zum italienischen Festland.

We had a wonderful two week stay at Marco's Airbnb. Sofia, our local host, was very responsive and provided clear and detailed arrival instructions for us including videos. We also had some questions along the way that she answered very quickly. The apartment itself was wonderful and spacious besides lacking some cooking equipment. We were still able to cook our meals comfortably though. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to have a quiet, peaceful stay in La Maddalena. We did rent bikes to make the trip into town shorter, but by the end of the trip we had returned the bikes and ended up walking into town which was a short trip. If we make a trip back to La Maddalena, we will definitely try to stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful place!!! Spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet and private - great location with a parking spot! And close to Acqua Sapone too. The views are quiet nice (not picturesque perfect because there are of course many other apartment buildings and what not around) - but you can see the sea from two spots and you get a great breeze from the front terrace. I also just like the calm colors and warm lights in the apartment - a very nice energy in this home. Very easy check in with perfect and helpful communication from the host’s team. Thank you so much for a really pleasant and easy stay!

The apartment was well equipped with a balcony with nice view (however, part of the view was blocked by a building) and a parking stall. It would be nice if laundry detergent, dish soap, and trash bags were also provided. A very good value for money.

A nice apartment not far from the city center (12-15 minutes of walk), with its own parking space and a pleasant view. The host was very kind and always available if anything was needed.

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt okay. Sie war sehr schön dekoriert, aber die Ausstattung war dürftig (Küche, schmutziges Sofa, …) Die Kommunikation war sehr gut mit Happy Rentals. Die Wohnung würden wir nicht wieder buchen. La Maddalena ist eine schöne Insel.

Die Lage der Wohnung war in Ordnung. Es war ruhig und man hatte einen schönen Teilblick auf die Umgebung (das Meer und Hügel) Gut war auch, dass man die Waschmaschine benutzen konnte – auch wenn kein Waschmittel vorhanden war. Das Bett war bequem, und auch die Möglichkeit, das Fenster zu verdunkeln, war sehr angenehm. Ein sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.Zum Piazza Umberto I und zum Supermarkt läuft man etwa 20 Minuten.

Bezüglich des Preises möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass die Woche um Ferragosto die am stärksten nachgefragte Zeit im Jahr ist, weshalb die Preise in diesem Zeitraum etwas höher sind als zu anderen Terminen.
