La porta d’ingresso si apre su un ampio soggiorno, inondato di luce grazie alle grandi portefinestre che si affacciano su una terrazza privata. Il soggiorno è arredato con stile, con un mix di mobili antichi e moderni, tra cui un divano, una stufa a legna e una TV a schermo piatto. La cucina-sala da pranzo separata è attrezzata con un tavolo da pranzo, un piano cottura, un forno, un frigorifero con congelatore, una macchina per il caffè e un forno a microonde.
La terrazza privata dispone di un tavolo e sedie per pasti indimenticabili all’aperto, oltre a un divano dove gli ospiti possono rilassarsi e godersi il panorama.

Come la zona giorno, anche la camera da letto è arredata con mobili antichi e moderni.

Posizione
La Maddalena è un’affascinante isola situata al largo della costa nord-orientale della Sardegna e fa parte dell’omonimo arcipelago e del Parco Nazionale dell’Arcipelago della Maddalena. L’isola offre un paesaggio variegato composto da affioramenti granitici, piccole baie, spiagge e dolci colline, oltre a acque cristalline, ideali per lo snorkeling e le immersioni subacquee.
L’isola è famosa per le sue bellezze naturali, come la spiaggia dello Spalmatore (7 minuti in auto), il fiordo di Cala Francese (13 minuti) e la Via Padule (8 minuti) che conduce al Nido dell’Aquila e a Punta Tegge. A nord si trovano le spiagge di Bassa Trinità (8 minuti), Cala Lunga (11 minuti) e Monti d’Arena (8 minuti), famose per le loro dune bianche e le rocce scolpite dal vento.
L’arcipelago vanta una storia interessante, che comprende la resistenza opposta a Napoleone e il fatto di essere stata l’ultima dimora dell’eroe italiano Giuseppe Garibaldi, che visse e morì sull’isola di Caprera, collegata a La Maddalena da un ponte: il Passo della Moneta.
Il centro abitato di La Maddalena, l’unico dell’arcipelago, offre negozi di alimentari, ristoranti e bar per tutte le tasche. Il mercato settimanale del mercoledì è il posto migliore per procurarsi ingredienti locali da cucinare a casa.
Il traghetto per La Maddalena parte da Palau, che dista 1 ora e 30 minuti dall’aeroporto di Olbia, se si noleggia un’auto in loco. Se viaggiate con la vostra auto, il porto di Palau dista 1 ora e 25 minuti dal porto di Olbia. Il porto di Santa Teresa Gallura è a soli 30 minuti di distanza. Entrambi questi porti offrono servizi regolari di traghetto verso l’Italia continentale.

We had a wonderful two week stay at Marco's Airbnb. Sofia, our local host, was very responsive and provided clear and detailed arrival instructions for us including videos. We also had some questions along the way that she answered very quickly. The apartment itself was wonderful and spacious besides lacking some cooking equipment. We were still able to cook our meals comfortably though. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to have a quiet, peaceful stay in La Maddalena. We did rent bikes to make the trip into town shorter, but by the end of the trip we had returned the bikes and ended up walking into town which was a short trip. If we make a trip back to La Maddalena, we will definitely try to stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful place!!! Spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet and private - great location with a parking spot! And close to Acqua Sapone too. The views are quiet nice (not picturesque perfect because there are of course many other apartment buildings and what not around) - but you can see the sea from two spots and you get a great breeze from the front terrace. I also just like the calm colors and warm lights in the apartment - a very nice energy in this home. Very easy check in with perfect and helpful communication from the host’s team. Thank you so much for a really pleasant and easy stay!

A nice apartment not far from the city center (12-15 minutes of walk), with its own parking space and a pleasant view. The host was very kind and always available if anything was needed.

The apartment was well equipped with a balcony with nice view (however, part of the view was blocked by a building) and a parking stall. It would be nice if laundry detergent, dish soap, and trash bags were also provided. A very good value for money.

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt okay. Sie war sehr schön dekoriert, aber die Ausstattung war dürftig (Küche, schmutziges Sofa, …) Die Kommunikation war sehr gut mit Happy Rentals. Die Wohnung würden wir nicht wieder buchen. La Maddalena ist eine schöne Insel.

Die Lage der Wohnung war in Ordnung. Es war ruhig und man hatte einen schönen Teilblick auf die Umgebung (das Meer und Hügel) Gut war auch, dass man die Waschmaschine benutzen konnte – auch wenn kein Waschmittel vorhanden war. Das Bett war bequem, und auch die Möglichkeit, das Fenster zu verdunkeln, war sehr angenehm. Ein sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.Zum Piazza Umberto I und zum Supermarkt läuft man etwa 20 Minuten.
