Ontsnap naar dit romantische vakantieverblijf voor 4 personen op La Maddalena, een van de mooiste eilanden van Italië! Dit appartement op de eerste verdieping biedt een prachtig uitzicht over de daken naar de zee en het eiland Sardinië in de verte. Het is de perfecte keuze voor een stel dat er even helemaal tussenuit wil en de prachtige Maddalena-archipel wil verkennen.
De voordeur komt uit in een ruime woonkamer, die baadt in het licht dankzij de grote glazen deuren die uitkomen op een privéterras. De woonkamer is stijlvol ingericht met een combinatie van antieke en moderne meubels, waaronder een bank, een houtkachel en een flatscreen-tv. De aparte keuken/eetkamer is uitgerust met een eettafel, een kookplaat, oven, koelkast met vriesvak, koffiezetapparaat en magnetron.
Het privéterras beschikt over een tafel en stoelen voor onvergetelijke maaltijden in de open lucht, evenals een bank waar gasten kunnen ontspannen en van het uitzicht kunnen genieten.

Net als het woongedeelte is de slaapkamer ingericht met een mix van oude en nieuwe meubels.

Locatie
La Maddalena is een fascinerend eiland voor de noordoostkust van Sardinië en maakt deel uit van de gelijknamige archipel en het Nationaal Park van de La Maddalena-archipel. Het eiland biedt een gevarieerd landschap bestaande uit granietrotsen, kleine baaien, stranden en glooiende heuvels, evenals sprankelend helder water dat ideaal is om te snorkelen en te duiken.
Het eiland staat bekend om zijn natuurlijke schoonheid, zoals het strand van Spalmatore (7 minuten rijden), de fjord van Cala Francese (13 minuten) en de Via Padule (8 minuten), die naar het Adelaarsnest en Punta Tegge leidt. In het noorden liggen de stranden van Bassa Trinita (8 minuten), Cala Lunga (11 minuten) en Monti d’Arena (8 minuten), beroemd om hun witte duinen en door de wind gevormde rotsen.
De archipel heeft een interessante geschiedenis, waaronder het verzet tegen Napoleon en de rol als laatste verblijfplaats van de Italiaanse held Giuseppe Garibaldi, die leefde en stierf op het eiland Caprera, dat via de Passo della Moneta met La Maddalena is verbonden.
Het stadje La Maddalena, het enige in de archipel, heeft supermarkten, restaurants en bars voor elk budget. De wekelijkse woensdagmarkt is de beste plek om lokale ingrediënten in te slaan om thuis te koken.
De autoveerboot naar La Maddalena vertrekt vanuit Palau, dat op 1 uur en 30 minuten rijden van de luchthaven van Olbia ligt, mocht je ter plaatse een auto huren. Als u met uw eigen auto komt, ligt de haven van Palau op 1 uur en 25 minuten rijden van de haven van Olbia. De haven van Santa Teresa Gallura ligt op slechts 30 minuten rijden. Beide havens bieden regelmatige veerdiensten naar het Italiaanse vasteland.

We had a wonderful two week stay at Marco's Airbnb. Sofia, our local host, was very responsive and provided clear and detailed arrival instructions for us including videos. We also had some questions along the way that she answered very quickly. The apartment itself was wonderful and spacious besides lacking some cooking equipment. We were still able to cook our meals comfortably though. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to have a quiet, peaceful stay in La Maddalena. We did rent bikes to make the trip into town shorter, but by the end of the trip we had returned the bikes and ended up walking into town which was a short trip. If we make a trip back to La Maddalena, we will definitely try to stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful place!!! Spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet and private - great location with a parking spot! And close to Acqua Sapone too. The views are quiet nice (not picturesque perfect because there are of course many other apartment buildings and what not around) - but you can see the sea from two spots and you get a great breeze from the front terrace. I also just like the calm colors and warm lights in the apartment - a very nice energy in this home. Very easy check in with perfect and helpful communication from the host’s team. Thank you so much for a really pleasant and easy stay!

A nice apartment not far from the city center (12-15 minutes of walk), with its own parking space and a pleasant view. The host was very kind and always available if anything was needed.

The apartment was well equipped with a balcony with nice view (however, part of the view was blocked by a building) and a parking stall. It would be nice if laundry detergent, dish soap, and trash bags were also provided. A very good value for money.

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt okay. Sie war sehr schön dekoriert, aber die Ausstattung war dürftig (Küche, schmutziges Sofa, …) Die Kommunikation war sehr gut mit Happy Rentals. Die Wohnung würden wir nicht wieder buchen. La Maddalena ist eine schöne Insel.

Die Lage der Wohnung war in Ordnung. Es war ruhig und man hatte einen schönen Teilblick auf die Umgebung (das Meer und Hügel) Gut war auch, dass man die Waschmaschine benutzen konnte – auch wenn kein Waschmittel vorhanden war. Das Bett war bequem, und auch die Möglichkeit, das Fenster zu verdunkeln, war sehr angenehm. Ein sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.Zum Piazza Umberto I und zum Supermarkt läuft man etwa 20 Minuten.
