Die neue und nachhaltig gestaltete Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern liegt nur 10 Gehminuten vom smaragdgrünen Vela Beach entfernt. Im Inneren ist die Ferienwohnung sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer ist offen gestaltet und verfügt über eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit einem Smart-TV. In der Nähe der Sitzecke befindet sich der Essbereich sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Kochfeld – für einen rundum unbeschwerten Aufenthalt.
Im Außenbereich gibt es einen gemeinschaftlich genutzten, 35 Quadratmeter großen Swimmingpool sowie einen Gemeinschaftsgarten und Sonnenliegen, um die sonnige und ruhige Umgebung der Ferienwohnung zu genießen.
Für größere Gruppen können im selben Gebäude ebenso gut ausgestattete Unterkünfte mit 2 Schlafzimmern für 4 Gäste gemietet werden. Weitere Informationen finden Sie unter den ID-Nummern 5568, 5560 und 5838.

Lage
Die Ferienwohnung im Halbkeller liegt nur 10 Gehminuten vom 2 km langen Strand Vela entfernt, wo Gäste zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Bars sowie das kristallklare Wasser der Insel Krk genießen können. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe und sorgt für einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt.
Die Stadt Baška verfügt über fast 30 Strände, sodass Sie sich den Strand aussuchen können, der Ihnen am besten gefällt. Nur 3 Autominuten von der Ferienwohnung entfernt befindet sich zudem eine Aussichtsplattform, die man unbedingt besuchen sollte (auch ideal für eine Wanderung), von der aus man herrliche und atemberaubende Panoramablicke auf das Land, die Berge und das Meer genießen kann. Vrbnik, bekannt für seinen authentischen Charme, und die Hauptstadt der Insel, Krk, sind von hier aus innerhalb von 25 Autominuten zu erreichen. Die Brücke zur Insel Krk ist eine halbe Stunde entfernt, und der nächstgelegene internationale Flughafen befindet sich in Rijeka, etwa 40 Autominuten von dieser Ferienwohnung in Baška entfernt.

We\'ve had a wonderful stay in the apartment with a family of 5. The place is thoughtfully equipped, very clean and comfortable, and is located in a great, fairly quiet spot just a few minutes walk away from the sea. Communication with the host was easy, arrival and departure were seamless. We especially loved the pool and how easy it was to approach from the apartment. Overall, just a fantastic place: spacious, comfortable, clean, well equipped and well managed would be the keywords we\'ve come away with. Don\'t miss out on this one!

Appartement très propre, moderne, 2 salles de bain, cuisine très bien équipée. Lits confortables Piscine chauffée, top ! Propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeant. On a pu avoir l'appartement plus tôt que prévu.

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt. Handtuchwechsel nach einer Woche. Pool für Kids super. Ausstattung der Wohnung ausreichend vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Abstellraum für größere Gegenstände vorhanden. Lage sehr gut. In unmittelbarer Nähe eine Cafebar sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt. Strand ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Steilküste mit Liegeplattformen ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Everything was perfect! 🍀Location - near by sea and beaches, near by shops, center, pharmacy. Everything important was very near. 🍀Swimming pool - great for our children 🍀Comunication - can be throw Whatsapp 🍀Apartment - clean, big space for family of 5, perfect kitchen, air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, good equipment - washing machine, hairdryer, cofee maker and so on.. 🍀 TV - Netflix and YouTube aplications (but you must have own account) 🍀 We were very satisfied and we can reccomend this apartment everybody! + Moderne Ausstattung + gute und ruhige Lage, schnell im Supermarkt und in 10 Minuten am Strand + klasse Pool + großer Schrank im Flur + netter Vermieter, war sofort da wenn was nicht in Ordnung war - zu wenig Schattenplätze am Pool, weitere Sonnenschirme erwünscht - Küche nicht richtig nutzbar - wenig Stauraum in der Küche wegen zugestellter Schränke - lautes Stühle rücken fehlende Filzschoner - fehlender Abfalleimer am Pool und kleines Bad - fehlende Abstellfläche und Aufhänger im großen Bad (unpraktisches Holzregal unter Waschbecken) - quietschendes Bett - Spinnweben auf den Fensterbänken bei Anreise und an den Wänden - schmutziger Duschvorleger (wurde gleich ausgetauscht) - Schlafcouch war unbequem für Erwachsene Wäre schön wenn auch mal ein Regal oder Schrank im Wohnzimmer wäre um etwas ablegen zu können. Es lag halt alles auf der Fensterbank. Wolldecke mit Leintuch auf dem Bett wäre schön wenn man mit Klima schläft.
