Dit nieuwe en duurzame vakantieappartement met 2 slaapkamers ligt op slechts 10 minuten lopen van het smaragdgroene water van Vela Beach. Van binnen is het appartement zeer stijlvol en modern ingericht. De woonkamer is open en beschikt over een comfortabele zithoek met een smart-tv. Vlak bij de zithoek bevindt zich de eethoek, aangevuld met een volledig uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser, oven, koelkast, koffiezetapparaat en kookplaat, voor een zorgeloos verblijf.
Buiten is er een gemeenschappelijk zwembad van 35 vierkante meter, evenals een gemeenschappelijke tuin en ligstoelen om te genieten van de zonnige en rustige omgeving van het appartement.

Locatie
Het vakantieappartement in de halfkelder ligt op slechts 10 minuten lopen van het 2 km lange Vela-strand, waar gasten kunnen genieten van een aantal restaurants, cafés en bars, evenals van het kristalheldere water van het eiland Krk. Er is ook een supermarkt in de buurt voor een zorgeloos verblijf.
De stad Baška telt bijna 30 stranden, dus u kunt het strand kiezen dat u het leukst vindt en daar volop van genieten. Op slechts 3 minuten rijden van het vakantieappartement ligt ook een uitkijkpunt dat u zeker moet bezoeken (ook ideaal voor een wandeling), vanwaar u kunt genieten van prachtige en adembenemende panorama’s van het landschap, de bergen en de zee. Vrbnik, bekend om zijn authentieke charme, en de hoofdstad van het eiland, Krk, liggen op minder dan 25 minuten rijden van hier. De brug naar het eiland Krk ligt op een half uur rijden en de dichtstbijzijnde internationale luchthaven bevindt zich in Rijeka, op ongeveer 40 minuten rijden van dit appartement in Baška.
Helaas zijn huisdieren in deze accommodatie niet toegestaan.

We\'ve had a wonderful stay in the apartment with a family of 5. The place is thoughtfully equipped, very clean and comfortable, and is located in a great, fairly quiet spot just a few minutes walk away from the sea. Communication with the host was easy, arrival and departure were seamless. We especially loved the pool and how easy it was to approach from the apartment. Overall, just a fantastic place: spacious, comfortable, clean, well equipped and well managed would be the keywords we\'ve come away with. Don\'t miss out on this one!

Appartement très propre, moderne, 2 salles de bain, cuisine très bien équipée. Lits confortables Piscine chauffée, top ! Propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeant. On a pu avoir l'appartement plus tôt que prévu.

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt. Handtuchwechsel nach einer Woche. Pool für Kids super. Ausstattung der Wohnung ausreichend vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Abstellraum für größere Gegenstände vorhanden. Lage sehr gut. In unmittelbarer Nähe eine Cafebar sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt. Strand ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Steilküste mit Liegeplattformen ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Everything was perfect! 🍀Location - near by sea and beaches, near by shops, center, pharmacy. Everything important was very near. 🍀Swimming pool - great for our children 🍀Comunication - can be throw Whatsapp 🍀Apartment - clean, big space for family of 5, perfect kitchen, air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, good equipment - washing machine, hairdryer, cofee maker and so on.. 🍀 TV - Netflix and YouTube aplications (but you must have own account) 🍀 We were very satisfied and we can reccomend this apartment everybody! + Moderne Ausstattung + gute und ruhige Lage, schnell im Supermarkt und in 10 Minuten am Strand + klasse Pool + großer Schrank im Flur + netter Vermieter, war sofort da wenn was nicht in Ordnung war - zu wenig Schattenplätze am Pool, weitere Sonnenschirme erwünscht - Küche nicht richtig nutzbar - wenig Stauraum in der Küche wegen zugestellter Schränke - lautes Stühle rücken fehlende Filzschoner - fehlender Abfalleimer am Pool und kleines Bad - fehlende Abstellfläche und Aufhänger im großen Bad (unpraktisches Holzregal unter Waschbecken) - quietschendes Bett - Spinnweben auf den Fensterbänken bei Anreise und an den Wänden - schmutziger Duschvorleger (wurde gleich ausgetauscht) - Schlafcouch war unbequem für Erwachsene Wäre schön wenn auch mal ein Regal oder Schrank im Wohnzimmer wäre um etwas ablegen zu können. Es lag halt alles auf der Fensterbank. Wolldecke mit Leintuch auf dem Bett wäre schön wenn man mit Klima schläft.
