Este nuevo y sostenible apartamento vacacional de 2 dormitorios se encuentra a solo 10 minutos a pie de las aguas esmeralda de la playa de Vela. En el interior, el apartamento está amueblado con un estilo muy elegante y contemporáneo. El salón es diáfano y cuenta con una cómoda zona de descanso con un Smart TV. Cerca de la zona de descanso, el comedor está junto a una cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, horno, nevera, cafetera y placa de cocina para que disfrutes de una estancia sin complicaciones.
En el exterior, hay una piscina compartida de 35 metros cuadrados, así como un jardín compartido y tumbonas para disfrutar del entorno soleado y tranquilo del apartamento.

Ubicación
El apartamento vacacional, situado en el semisótano, se encuentra a solo 10 minutos a pie de la playa de Vela, de 2 km de longitud, donde los huéspedes encontrarán numerosos restaurantes, cafeterías y bares para disfrutar, además de las aguas cristalinas de la isla de Krk. También hay un supermercado cerca para que tu estancia sea de lo más relajada.
La localidad de Baška cuenta con casi 30 playas, por lo que podrás elegir y disfrutar de la que más te guste. A solo 3 minutos en coche del apartamento de vacaciones se encuentra también un mirador de visita obligada (ideal también para hacer senderismo), desde donde podrás contemplar magníficas e impresionantes vistas panorámicas de la tierra, las montañas y el mar. Vrbnik, conocida por su encanto auténtico, y la capital de la isla, Krk, se encuentran a menos de 25 minutos en coche de aquí. El puente de la isla de Krk está a media hora y el aeropuerto internacional más cercano se encuentra en Rijeka, a unos 40 minutos en coche de este apartamento en Baška.

We\'ve had a wonderful stay in the apartment with a family of 5. The place is thoughtfully equipped, very clean and comfortable, and is located in a great, fairly quiet spot just a few minutes walk away from the sea. Communication with the host was easy, arrival and departure were seamless. We especially loved the pool and how easy it was to approach from the apartment. Overall, just a fantastic place: spacious, comfortable, clean, well equipped and well managed would be the keywords we\'ve come away with. Don\'t miss out on this one!

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt. Handtuchwechsel nach einer Woche. Pool für Kids super. Ausstattung der Wohnung ausreichend vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Abstellraum für größere Gegenstände vorhanden. Lage sehr gut. In unmittelbarer Nähe eine Cafebar sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt. Strand ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Steilküste mit Liegeplattformen ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Everything was perfect! 🍀Location - near by sea and beaches, near by shops, center, pharmacy. Everything important was very near. 🍀Swimming pool - great for our children 🍀Comunication - can be throw Whatsapp 🍀Apartment - clean, big space for family of 5, perfect kitchen, air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, good equipment - washing machine, hairdryer, cofee maker and so on.. 🍀 TV - Netflix and YouTube aplications (but you must have own account) 🍀 We were very satisfied and we can reccomend this apartment everybody! + Moderne Ausstattung + gute und ruhige Lage, schnell im Supermarkt und in 10 Minuten am Strand + klasse Pool + großer Schrank im Flur + netter Vermieter, war sofort da wenn was nicht in Ordnung war - zu wenig Schattenplätze am Pool, weitere Sonnenschirme erwünscht - Küche nicht richtig nutzbar - wenig Stauraum in der Küche wegen zugestellter Schränke - lautes Stühle rücken fehlende Filzschoner - fehlender Abfalleimer am Pool und kleines Bad - fehlende Abstellfläche und Aufhänger im großen Bad (unpraktisches Holzregal unter Waschbecken) - quietschendes Bett - Spinnweben auf den Fensterbänken bei Anreise und an den Wänden - schmutziger Duschvorleger (wurde gleich ausgetauscht) - Schlafcouch war unbequem für Erwachsene Wäre schön wenn auch mal ein Regal oder Schrank im Wohnzimmer wäre um etwas ablegen zu können. Es lag halt alles auf der Fensterbank. Wolldecke mit Leintuch auf dem Bett wäre schön wenn man mit Klima schläft.
