All’interno, l’appartamento è arredato in stile molto elegante e contemporaneo. Il soggiorno è a pianta aperta e dispone di una comoda zona relax con Smart TV. Vicino alla zona relax, la zona pranzo è affiancata da una cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, forno, frigorifero, macchina da caffè e piano cottura, per un soggiorno senza pensieri.
All’esterno è presente una piscina comune di 35 metri quadrati, oltre a un giardino in comune e sedie a sdraio per godersi l’ambiente soleggiato e tranquillo dell’appartamento.

Posizione
L’appartamento vacanze, situato al seminterrato, dista solo 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Vela, lunga 2 km, dove gli ospiti troveranno numerosi ristoranti, caffè e bar da godersi insieme alle acque cristalline dell’isola di Krk. Nelle vicinanze si trova anche un supermercato per un soggiorno senza pensieri.
La città di Baška vanta quasi 30 spiagge, quindi potrete scegliere e godervi quella che preferite. A soli 3 minuti di auto dall’appartamento si trova anche un belvedere da non perdere (ottimo anche per un’escursione), da cui potrete ammirare magnifici e mozzafiato panorami sulla terraferma, sulle montagne e sul mare. Vrbnik, nota per il suo fascino autentico, e la città principale dell’isola, Krk, distano da qui 25 minuti in auto. Il ponte dell’isola di Krk si trova a mezz’ora di distanza e l’aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Rijeka, a circa 40 minuti in auto da questo appartamento a Baška.

We\'ve had a wonderful stay in the apartment with a family of 5. The place is thoughtfully equipped, very clean and comfortable, and is located in a great, fairly quiet spot just a few minutes walk away from the sea. Communication with the host was easy, arrival and departure were seamless. We especially loved the pool and how easy it was to approach from the apartment. Overall, just a fantastic place: spacious, comfortable, clean, well equipped and well managed would be the keywords we\'ve come away with. Don\'t miss out on this one!

Appartement très propre, moderne, 2 salles de bain, cuisine très bien équipée. Lits confortables Piscine chauffée, top ! Propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeant. On a pu avoir l'appartement plus tôt que prévu.

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt. Handtuchwechsel nach einer Woche. Pool für Kids super. Ausstattung der Wohnung ausreichend vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Abstellraum für größere Gegenstände vorhanden. Lage sehr gut. In unmittelbarer Nähe eine Cafebar sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt. Strand ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Steilküste mit Liegeplattformen ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Everything was perfect! 🍀Location - near by sea and beaches, near by shops, center, pharmacy. Everything important was very near. 🍀Swimming pool - great for our children 🍀Comunication - can be throw Whatsapp 🍀Apartment - clean, big space for family of 5, perfect kitchen, air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, good equipment - washing machine, hairdryer, cofee maker and so on.. 🍀 TV - Netflix and YouTube aplications (but you must have own account) 🍀 We were very satisfied and we can reccomend this apartment everybody! + Moderne Ausstattung + gute und ruhige Lage, schnell im Supermarkt und in 10 Minuten am Strand + klasse Pool + großer Schrank im Flur + netter Vermieter, war sofort da wenn was nicht in Ordnung war - zu wenig Schattenplätze am Pool, weitere Sonnenschirme erwünscht - Küche nicht richtig nutzbar - wenig Stauraum in der Küche wegen zugestellter Schränke - lautes Stühle rücken fehlende Filzschoner - fehlender Abfalleimer am Pool und kleines Bad - fehlende Abstellfläche und Aufhänger im großen Bad (unpraktisches Holzregal unter Waschbecken) - quietschendes Bett - Spinnweben auf den Fensterbänken bei Anreise und an den Wänden - schmutziger Duschvorleger (wurde gleich ausgetauscht) - Schlafcouch war unbequem für Erwachsene Wäre schön wenn auch mal ein Regal oder Schrank im Wohnzimmer wäre um etwas ablegen zu können. Es lag halt alles auf der Fensterbank. Wolldecke mit Leintuch auf dem Bett wäre schön wenn man mit Klima schläft.
