Im vierten Stock (mit Aufzug) eines neuen Gebäudes gelegen, bietet diese Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern Platz für 6 Personen. Die Zimmer gehen alle von einem geräumigen Flur ab und sind mit Holzböden ausgestattet. Das helle Wohnzimmer hat ein großes Fenster und eine Glastür, die auf einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Straße führt. Der Balkon ist mit einem Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet, damit die Gäste sich entspannen und eine Tasse Kaffee im Freien genießen können. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein großes Sofa (das sich in ein Doppelbett verwandeln lässt), einen Smart-TV und einen modernen Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen. Es gibt viel Platz, um mit Freunden zu entspannen oder bequem zu arbeiten. Die makellose, moderne Küche hat alles, was Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt benötigen: Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank und eine Nespresso-Maschine. Eine große Glastür führt hinaus auf einen weiteren Balkon. Schlafen Schlafzimmer 1: Das helle Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein bequemes Doppelbett und viel Stauraum. Schlafzimmer 2: Ein luftiges Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, einem großen Einbauschrank und Schubladen sowie einem eigenen Badezimmer. Extra: Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer kann in ein Doppelbett umgewandelt werden. Bäder Badezimmer 1: Neben dem Hauptschlafzimmer gelegen, verfügt dieses stilvolle Badezimmer über eine Glasdusche, ein großes Waschbecken, ein Bidet und ein WC. Badezimmer 2: Das steingeflieste Badezimmer, das an das zweite Schlafzimmer angrenzt, ist mit einer modernen Glasdusche, einem großen Waschbecken und einem WC ausgestattet. Januar bis zum 15. Juni 2026 stattfinden werden. Standort Lugano ist berühmt für seine atemberaubende Lage, eingebettet zwischen dem wunderschönen Lago di Lugano und den Ausläufern der Alpen. Die Stadt an der Grenze zwischen der Schweiz und Italien verfügt über ein reiches kulturelles Erbe, auf das sie zu Recht stolz ist. Im MASI (Museum für Kunst der italienischen Schweiz) finden regelmäßig Ausstellungen zeitgenössischer Kunst statt. Das ganze Jahr über finden zahlreiche Festivals statt, darunter die "Luganomusica" im Sommer. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen, aber sehr zentralen Teil von Lugano. Das Seeufer mit seiner berühmten Promenade ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ein Tagesausflug auf dem Lago di Lugano, der zwischen der Schweiz und Italien liegt, ist ein Muss, ebenso wie ein Aperitivo auf dem Hauptplatz der Stadt, der Piazza della Repubblica (8 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Piazza ist von vielen ausgezeichneten Cafés und Restaurants gesäumt. Für Gäste, die sich selbst verpflegen möchten, ist der Bauernmarkt (dienstags und freitags) in der Via Carducci (5 Minuten zu Fuß) der richtige Ort, um die besten lokalen Zutaten zu kaufen. Die nächstgelegenen internationalen Flughäfen befinden sich in Italien - Mailand Malpensa (1 Stunde und 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt) oder Mailand Linate (1 Stunde und 20 Minuten). Sie reisen mit dem Zug an? Der Bahnhof von Lugano ist nur 12 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt.

Appartamento pulito e ristrutturato, con 2 camere matrimoniali e 2 bagni, divano letto, Tapparelle elettriche, cucina a induzione, lavasciuga ecc.. tutti i comfort che servono ad una famiglia. Il parcheggio è a pagamento ovunque ma se si ha un po di fortuna, lo si può trovare proprio sotto casa gratis. Praticamente noi nel periodo natalizio abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio proprio fuori dal portone del palazzo. Consiglio di andarci anche perché si può andare in piazza in 5 minuti a piedi.

This spacious clean and well-equipped apartment is located centrally in downtown Lugano, very close to cafes, gelateria, restaurants and the waterfront. Easy to get to from the station, especially if you use the funicular! The hosts were kind, responsive and flexible and even left a welcome gift!

Die Wohnung liegt gut bis sehr gut ist zu Fuss erreichbar ab Bahnhof oder auch mit dem Auto. Unkompliziert einfach zu finden und mit der Zahlung gute Unterstützung weil ich eine neue VISA-Karte erhalten hatte. Am Telefon gut kommuniziert und abgemacht.

The free Prosecco was nice but I had a headache the next day, do not know if it was related. The property was beautiful and had all the ammenities needed. Would definitely recommend to others. The apartment is also very close to the center of the city.

Neue geräumige Wohnung, zentral gelegen, nahe beim See, Park, Downtown, Bahnhof; liegt in einem anonym anmutenden Wohnhaus und wird von einer Immobilienfirma vermietet. Nachts ist es laut - im Erdgeschoss ist eine Bar mit Musik, die Strasse ist stark befahren und die Fenster sind eher dünn verglast. Für Leichtschläfer wäre das wahrscheinlich störend. Ansonsten alles ok.

Property was new to listing and needs to add a few things to the apartment. There was no shower gel, paper towels, or hand soap and very little dishwasher liquid. After contacting the host about having trouble getting into the place, only 1 fan, and door would not open to get in the deck (which was one if the reasons we booked there) i’d say the start of was not great. The host did bring a fan over with a bottle of wine which we appreciate. The the door was never opened so we were not able to use the deck. The neighborhood is a bit nosy at night and we needed to leave the windows open because it was so hot. Place was clean and modern.

Il parcheggio è a pagamento ovunque ma se si ha un po di fortuna, lo si può trovare proprio sotto casa gratis. Praticamente noi nel periodo natalizio abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio proprio fuori dal portone del palazzo. Consiglio di andarci anche perché si può andare in piazza in 5 minuti a piedi.

This spacious clean and well-equipped apartment is located centrally in downtown Lugano, very close to cafes, gelateria, restaurants and the waterfront. Easy to get to from the station, especially if you use the funicular! The hosts were kind, responsive and flexible and even left a welcome gift!

We loved this apartment for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The team was accommodating in allowing us to drop our luggage at their office when we arrived before check in as well.

The apartment is very well located, only a couple of minutes from Lugano's central bus station and city center/station. It was well equipped, clean and perfectly functional! We were there as a family of four and had a great time!

Die Wohnung liegt gut bis sehr gut ist zu Fuss erreichbar ab Bahnhof oder auch mit dem Auto. Unkompliziert einfach zu finden und mit der Zahlung gute Unterstützung weil ich eine neue VISA-Karte erhalten hatte. Am Telefon gut kommuniziert und abgemacht.

The free Prosecco was nice but I had a headache the next day, do not know if it was related. The property was beautiful and had all the ammenities needed. Would definitely recommend to others. The apartment is also very close to the center of the city.

Neue geräumige Wohnung, zentral gelegen, nahe beim See, Park, Downtown, Bahnhof; liegt in einem anonym anmutenden Wohnhaus und wird von einer Immobilienfirma vermietet. Nachts ist es laut - im Erdgeschoss ist eine Bar mit Musik, die Strasse ist stark befahren und die Fenster sind eher dünn verglast. Für Leichtschläfer wäre das wahrscheinlich störend. Ansonsten alles ok.

Property was new to listing and needs to add a few things to the apartment. There was no shower gel, paper towels, or hand soap and very little dishwasher liquid. After contacting the host about having trouble getting into the place, only 1 fan, and door would not open to get in the deck (which was one if the reasons we booked there) i’d say the start of was not great. The host did bring a fan over with a bottle of wine which we appreciate. The the door was never opened so we were not able to use the deck. The neighborhood is a bit nosy at night and we needed to leave the windows open because it was so hot. Place was clean and modern.
