Een luchtig, modern appartement met airconditioning in een straat in het centrum van Lugano, de ideale uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip of zakenreis. Dit appartement met 2 slaapkamers ligt op de vierde verdieping (met lift) van een recent project en is geschikt voor 6 personen. De kamers komen allemaal uit op een ruime hal en er liggen overal houten vloeren. De lichte woonkamer heeft een groot raam en een glazen deur die uitkomt op een balkon met uitzicht op de straat. Het balkon heeft een tafel en stoelen, zodat gasten kunnen ontspannen en genieten van een kopje koffie al fresco. In de woonkamer staat een grote bank (die kan worden omgetoverd tot een tweepersoonsbed), een Smart TV en een moderne eettafel met 6 stoelen. Er is genoeg ruimte om te ontspannen met vrienden of om comfortabel te werken. De smetteloze, moderne keuken heeft alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben voor je verblijf: een inductiekookplaat, oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, koelkast, vriezer en een Nespresso-apparaat. Een grote glazen deur leidt naar een ander balkon. Slapen Slaapkamer 1: De lichte grote slaapkamer heeft een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed en ruime opbergruimte. Slaapkamer 2: Een luchtige slaapkamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden, een grote inbouwkast en laden en een eigen badkamer. Extra: De bank in de woonkamer verandert in een tweepersoonsbed. Badkamers Badkamer 1: Naast de hoofdslaapkamer heeft deze stijlvolle badkamer een glazen douche, grote wastafel, bidet en WC. Badkamer 2: De stenen badkamer, en suite bij de tweede slaapkamer, is uitgerust met een moderne glazen douche, grote wastafel en WC. Locatie Lugano staat bekend om zijn prachtige locatie, genesteld tussen het prachtige Lago Lugano en de uitlopers van de Alpen. Het ligt op de grens van Zwitserland en Italië en heeft een rijk cultureel erfgoed waar het terecht trots op is. MASI (het Museum of Art Of Italian Switzerland) organiseert regelmatig hedendaagse kunsttentoonstellingen. Er zijn het hele jaar door veel festivals, waaronder "Luganomusica" elke zomer. Het appartement ligt in een rustig, maar uiterst centraal deel van Lugano. De oever van het meer, met de beroemde promenade, ligt op slechts 5 minuten lopen. Een dagtocht op het Lago di Lugano, dat tussen Zwitserland en Italië vaart, is een must, net als een aperitivo op het belangrijkste plein van de stad, Piazza della Repubblica (8 minuten lopen). Op het plein vind je vele uitstekende cafés en restaurants. Voor gasten die zelf willen koken is de boerenmarkt (dinsdag en vrijdag) in Via Carducci (5 minuten lopen) de plek om de beste lokale ingrediënten te kopen. De dichtstbijzijnde internationale luchthavens liggen in Italië - Milaan Malpensa op 1 uur en 10 minuten rijden met de auto, of Milaan Linate, een reis van 1 uur en 20 minuten. Kom je met de trein? Het treinstation van Lugano ligt op 12 minuten lopen van het appartement.

Appartamento pulito e ristrutturato, con 2 camere matrimoniali e 2 bagni, divano letto, Tapparelle elettriche, cucina a induzione, lavasciuga ecc.. tutti i comfort che servono ad una famiglia. Il parcheggio è a pagamento ovunque ma se si ha un po di fortuna, lo si può trovare proprio sotto casa gratis. Praticamente noi nel periodo natalizio abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio proprio fuori dal portone del palazzo. Consiglio di andarci anche perché si può andare in piazza in 5 minuti a piedi.

This spacious clean and well-equipped apartment is located centrally in downtown Lugano, very close to cafes, gelateria, restaurants and the waterfront. Easy to get to from the station, especially if you use the funicular! The hosts were kind, responsive and flexible and even left a welcome gift!

Die Wohnung liegt gut bis sehr gut ist zu Fuss erreichbar ab Bahnhof oder auch mit dem Auto. Unkompliziert einfach zu finden und mit der Zahlung gute Unterstützung weil ich eine neue VISA-Karte erhalten hatte. Am Telefon gut kommuniziert und abgemacht.

The free Prosecco was nice but I had a headache the next day, do not know if it was related. The property was beautiful and had all the ammenities needed. Would definitely recommend to others. The apartment is also very close to the center of the city.

Neue geräumige Wohnung, zentral gelegen, nahe beim See, Park, Downtown, Bahnhof; liegt in einem anonym anmutenden Wohnhaus und wird von einer Immobilienfirma vermietet. Nachts ist es laut - im Erdgeschoss ist eine Bar mit Musik, die Strasse ist stark befahren und die Fenster sind eher dünn verglast. Für Leichtschläfer wäre das wahrscheinlich störend. Ansonsten alles ok.

Property was new to listing and needs to add a few things to the apartment. There was no shower gel, paper towels, or hand soap and very little dishwasher liquid. After contacting the host about having trouble getting into the place, only 1 fan, and door would not open to get in the deck (which was one if the reasons we booked there) i’d say the start of was not great. The host did bring a fan over with a bottle of wine which we appreciate. The the door was never opened so we were not able to use the deck. The neighborhood is a bit nosy at night and we needed to leave the windows open because it was so hot. Place was clean and modern.

Appartamento pulito e ristrutturato, con 2 camere matrimoniali e 2 bagni, divano letto, Tapparelle elettriche, cucina a induzione, lavasciuga ecc.. tutti i comfort che servono ad una famiglia. Il parcheggio è a pagamento ovunque ma se si ha un po di fortuna, lo si può trovare proprio sotto casa gratis. Praticamente noi nel periodo natalizio abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio proprio fuori dal portone del palazzo. Consiglio di andarci anche perché si può andare in piazza in 5 minuti a piedi.

This spacious clean and well-equipped apartment is located centrally in downtown Lugano, very close to cafes, gelateria, restaurants and the waterfront. Easy to get to from the station, especially if you use the funicular! The hosts were kind, responsive and flexible and even left a welcome gift!

Die Wohnung liegt gut bis sehr gut ist zu Fuss erreichbar ab Bahnhof oder auch mit dem Auto. Unkompliziert einfach zu finden und mit der Zahlung gute Unterstützung weil ich eine neue VISA-Karte erhalten hatte. Am Telefon gut kommuniziert und abgemacht.

The free Prosecco was nice but I had a headache the next day, do not know if it was related. The property was beautiful and had all the ammenities needed. Would definitely recommend to others. The apartment is also very close to the center of the city.

Neue geräumige Wohnung, zentral gelegen, nahe beim See, Park, Downtown, Bahnhof; liegt in einem anonym anmutenden Wohnhaus und wird von einer Immobilienfirma vermietet. Nachts ist es laut - im Erdgeschoss ist eine Bar mit Musik, die Strasse ist stark befahren und die Fenster sind eher dünn verglast. Für Leichtschläfer wäre das wahrscheinlich störend. Ansonsten alles ok.

Property was new to listing and needs to add a few things to the apartment. There was no shower gel, paper towels, or hand soap and very little dishwasher liquid. After contacting the host about having trouble getting into the place, only 1 fan, and door would not open to get in the deck (which was one if the reasons we booked there) i’d say the start of was not great. The host did bring a fan over with a bottle of wine which we appreciate. The the door was never opened so we were not able to use the deck. The neighborhood is a bit nosy at night and we needed to leave the windows open because it was so hot. Place was clean and modern.
