Cet appartement climatisé, moderne et aéré, situé dans une rue du centre de Lugano, constitue le point de départ idéal pour un séjour en ville ou un voyage d'affaires. Situé au quatrième étage (avec ascenseur) d'un immeuble récent, cet appartement de deux chambres peut accueillir 6 personnes. Les chambres donnent toutes sur un couloir spacieux et il y a du parquet dans tout l'appartement. Le salon lumineux est doté d'une grande fenêtre et d'une porte vitrée donnant sur un balcon qui surplombe la rue. Le balcon est équipé d'une table et de chaises qui permettent de se détendre et de prendre une tasse de café à l'extérieur. Dans le salon, il y a un grand canapé (qui se transforme en lit double), une télévision intelligente et une table à manger contemporaine avec 6 chaises. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre avec des amis ou travailler confortablement. La cuisine moderne et impeccable dispose de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour : une plaque à induction, un four, un micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur, un congélateur et une machine Nespresso. Une grande porte vitrée donne sur un autre balcon. Couchage Chambre 1 : La chambre principale, très lumineuse, dispose d'un lit double confortable et d'un grand espace de rangement. Chambre 2 : Une chambre aérée avec 2 lits simples, une grande armoire et des tiroirs et une salle de bain attenante. Extra : Le canapé du salon se transforme en lit double. Salle de bains Salle de bains 1 : A côté de la chambre principale, cette salle de bains élégante dispose d'une douche en verre, d'un grand lavabo, d'un bidet et d'un WC. Salle de bains 2 : La salle de bains en pierre, en suite de la deuxième chambre, est équipée d'une douche moderne en verre, d'un grand lavabo et d'un WC. Situation Lugano est célèbre pour sa situation exceptionnelle, nichée entre le magnifique Lago Lugano et les contreforts des Alpes. Située aux frontières de la Suisse et de l'Italie, elle possède un riche patrimoine culturel dont elle est fière à juste titre. Le MASI (musée d'art de la Suisse italienne) accueille régulièrement des expositions d'art contemporain. De nombreux festivals sont organisés tout au long de l'année, dont "Luganomusica" chaque été. L'appartement se trouve dans un quartier calme mais extrêmement central de Lugano. Le bord du lac, avec sa célèbre promenade, n'est qu'à 5 minutes de marche. Une excursion d'une journée sur le Lago di Lugano, qui navigue entre la Suisse et l'Italie, s'impose, tout comme un aperitivo sur la place principale de la ville, la Piazza della Repubblica (8 minutes de marche). La piazza est bordée de nombreux cafés et restaurants excellents. Pour ceux qui souhaitent se restaurer eux-mêmes, le marché fermier (mardi et vendredi) de la Via Carducci (à 5 minutes de marche) est l'endroit idéal pour se procurer les meilleurs ingrédients locaux. Les aéroports internationaux les plus proches se trouvent en Italie : Milan Malpensa, à 1 heure et 10 minutes en voiture, ou Milan Linate, à 1 heure et 20 minutes. Vous arrivez en train ? La gare de Lugano se trouve à 12 minutes de marche de l'appartement.

Appartamento pulito e ristrutturato, con 2 camere matrimoniali e 2 bagni, divano letto, Tapparelle elettriche, cucina a induzione, lavasciuga ecc.. tutti i comfort che servono ad una famiglia. Il parcheggio è a pagamento ovunque ma se si ha un po di fortuna, lo si può trovare proprio sotto casa gratis. Praticamente noi nel periodo natalizio abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio proprio fuori dal portone del palazzo. Consiglio di andarci anche perché si può andare in piazza in 5 minuti a piedi.

This spacious clean and well-equipped apartment is located centrally in downtown Lugano, very close to cafes, gelateria, restaurants and the waterfront. Easy to get to from the station, especially if you use the funicular! The hosts were kind, responsive and flexible and even left a welcome gift!

We loved this apartment for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The team was accommodating in allowing us to drop our luggage at their office when we arrived before check in as well.

The apartment is very well located, only a couple of minutes from Lugano's central bus station and city center/station. It was well equipped, clean and perfectly functional! We were there as a family of four and had a great time!

Die Wohnung liegt gut bis sehr gut ist zu Fuss erreichbar ab Bahnhof oder auch mit dem Auto. Unkompliziert einfach zu finden und mit der Zahlung gute Unterstützung weil ich eine neue VISA-Karte erhalten hatte. Am Telefon gut kommuniziert und abgemacht.

The free Prosecco was nice but I had a headache the next day, do not know if it was related. The property was beautiful and had all the ammenities needed. Would definitely recommend to others. The apartment is also very close to the center of the city.

Neue geräumige Wohnung, zentral gelegen, nahe beim See, Park, Downtown, Bahnhof; liegt in einem anonym anmutenden Wohnhaus und wird von einer Immobilienfirma vermietet. Nachts ist es laut - im Erdgeschoss ist eine Bar mit Musik, die Strasse ist stark befahren und die Fenster sind eher dünn verglast. Für Leichtschläfer wäre das wahrscheinlich störend. Ansonsten alles ok.

Property was new to listing and needs to add a few things to the apartment. There was no shower gel, paper towels, or hand soap and very little dishwasher liquid. After contacting the host about having trouble getting into the place, only 1 fan, and door would not open to get in the deck (which was one if the reasons we booked there) i’d say the start of was not great. The host did bring a fan over with a bottle of wine which we appreciate. The the door was never opened so we were not able to use the deck. The neighborhood is a bit nosy at night and we needed to leave the windows open because it was so hot. Place was clean and modern.

Very beautiful apartment in the heart of Lugano. Very walkable to bus station, nice restaurants, and sights like the lake and other historic sites. Would recommend.

This spacious clean and well-equipped apartment is located centrally in downtown Lugano, very close to cafes, gelateria, restaurants and the waterfront. Easy to get to from the station, especially if you use the funicular! The hosts were kind, responsive and flexible and even left a welcome gift!

We loved this apartment for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The team was accommodating in allowing us to drop our luggage at their office when we arrived before check in as well.

The apartment is very well located, only a couple of minutes from Lugano's central bus station and city center/station. It was well equipped, clean and perfectly functional! We were there as a family of four and had a great time!

Die Wohnung liegt gut bis sehr gut ist zu Fuss erreichbar ab Bahnhof oder auch mit dem Auto. Unkompliziert einfach zu finden und mit der Zahlung gute Unterstützung weil ich eine neue VISA-Karte erhalten hatte. Am Telefon gut kommuniziert und abgemacht.

The free Prosecco was nice but I had a headache the next day, do not know if it was related. The property was beautiful and had all the ammenities needed. Would definitely recommend to others. The apartment is also very close to the center of the city.

Neue geräumige Wohnung, zentral gelegen, nahe beim See, Park, Downtown, Bahnhof; liegt in einem anonym anmutenden Wohnhaus und wird von einer Immobilienfirma vermietet. Nachts ist es laut - im Erdgeschoss ist eine Bar mit Musik, die Strasse ist stark befahren und die Fenster sind eher dünn verglast. Für Leichtschläfer wäre das wahrscheinlich störend. Ansonsten alles ok.

Could not contact host through AirB&B. Directed to contact local agency. Wi-Fi difficult to access. Took 30 minutes talking to local agent. Very convenient but noisy location.

Property was new to listing and needs to add a few things to the apartment. There was no shower gel, paper towels, or hand soap and very little dishwasher liquid. After contacting the host about having trouble getting into the place, only 1 fan, and door would not open to get in the deck (which was one if the reasons we booked there) i’d say the start of was not great. The host did bring a fan over with a bottle of wine which we appreciate. The the door was never opened so we were not able to use the deck. The neighborhood is a bit nosy at night and we needed to leave the windows open because it was so hot. Place was clean and modern.
