Un amplio y moderno apartamento con aire acondicionado en una calle del centro de Lugano, la base ideal para una escapada urbana o un viaje de negocios. Situado en la cuarta planta (con ascensor) de un edificio reciente, este apartamento de 2 dormitorios tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Todas las habitaciones dan a un amplio vestíbulo y tienen suelos de madera. El luminoso salón tiene una gran ventana y una puerta de cristal que da a un balcón con vistas a la calle. El balcón tiene una mesa y sillas, para que los huéspedes puedan relajarse y disfrutar de una taza de café al aire libre. En el salón hay un sofá grande (que se convierte en cama doble), una Smart TV y una mesa de comedor contemporánea con 6 sillas. Hay mucho espacio para relajarse con los amigos o trabajar cómodamente. La cocina, impecable y moderna, tiene todo lo necesario para su estancia: placa de inducción, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, frigorífico, congelador y cafetera Nespresso. Una gran puerta de cristal da a otro balcón. Para dormir Dormitorio 1: El luminoso dormitorio principal tiene una cómoda cama de matrimonio y un amplio espacio de almacenamiento. Dormitorio 2: Un amplio dormitorio que tiene 2 camas individuales, un gran armario empotrado y cajones y un baño en suite. Extra: El sofá del salón se convierte en cama doble. Baños Cuarto de baño 1: Junto al dormitorio principal, este elegante cuarto de baño dispone de ducha de cristal, lavabo grande, bidé y WC. Cuarto de baño 2: El cuarto de baño con azulejos de piedra, en suite con el segundo dormitorio, está equipado con una moderna ducha de cristal, lavabo grande y WC. Ubicación Lugano es famosa por su impresionante ubicación, enclavada entre el hermoso Lago Lugano y las estribaciones de los Alpes. En la frontera entre Suiza e Italia, cuenta con un rico patrimonio cultural del que está justificadamente orgullosa. El MASI (Museo de Arte de la Suiza Italiana) acoge regularmente exposiciones de arte contemporáneo. A lo largo del año se celebran numerosos festivales, entre ellos "Luganomusica" todos los veranos. El apartamento está en una zona tranquila pero muy céntrica de Lugano. La orilla del lago, con su famoso paseo marítimo, está a sólo 5 minutos a pie. Una excursión de un día por el Lago di Lugano, que navega entre Suiza e Italia, es imprescindible, al igual que un aperitivo en la plaza principal de la ciudad, la Piazza della Repubblica (8 minutos a pie). La plaza está repleta de excelentes cafés y restaurantes. Para los huéspedes que deseen cocinar por su cuenta, el mercado de los agricultores (martes y viernes) en Via Carducci (5 minutos a pie) es el lugar para ir a recoger los mejores ingredientes locales. Los aeropuertos internacionales más cercanos están en Italia: Milán Malpensa, a 1 hora y 10 minutos en coche, o Milán Linate, a 1 hora y 20 minutos. ¿Llega en tren? La estación de tren de Lugano está a 12 minutos a pie del apartamento.

Appartamento pulito e ristrutturato, con 2 camere matrimoniali e 2 bagni, divano letto, Tapparelle elettriche, cucina a induzione, lavasciuga ecc.. tutti i comfort che servono ad una famiglia. Il parcheggio è a pagamento ovunque ma se si ha un po di fortuna, lo si può trovare proprio sotto casa gratis. Praticamente noi nel periodo natalizio abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio proprio fuori dal portone del palazzo. Consiglio di andarci anche perché si può andare in piazza in 5 minuti a piedi.

This spacious clean and well-equipped apartment is located centrally in downtown Lugano, very close to cafes, gelateria, restaurants and the waterfront. Easy to get to from the station, especially if you use the funicular! The hosts were kind, responsive and flexible and even left a welcome gift!

Die Wohnung liegt gut bis sehr gut ist zu Fuss erreichbar ab Bahnhof oder auch mit dem Auto. Unkompliziert einfach zu finden und mit der Zahlung gute Unterstützung weil ich eine neue VISA-Karte erhalten hatte. Am Telefon gut kommuniziert und abgemacht.

The free Prosecco was nice but I had a headache the next day, do not know if it was related. The property was beautiful and had all the ammenities needed. Would definitely recommend to others. The apartment is also very close to the center of the city.

Neue geräumige Wohnung, zentral gelegen, nahe beim See, Park, Downtown, Bahnhof; liegt in einem anonym anmutenden Wohnhaus und wird von einer Immobilienfirma vermietet. Nachts ist es laut - im Erdgeschoss ist eine Bar mit Musik, die Strasse ist stark befahren und die Fenster sind eher dünn verglast. Für Leichtschläfer wäre das wahrscheinlich störend. Ansonsten alles ok.

Property was new to listing and needs to add a few things to the apartment. There was no shower gel, paper towels, or hand soap and very little dishwasher liquid. After contacting the host about having trouble getting into the place, only 1 fan, and door would not open to get in the deck (which was one if the reasons we booked there) i’d say the start of was not great. The host did bring a fan over with a bottle of wine which we appreciate. The the door was never opened so we were not able to use the deck. The neighborhood is a bit nosy at night and we needed to leave the windows open because it was so hot. Place was clean and modern.

Very beautiful apartment in the heart of Lugano. Very walkable to bus station, nice restaurants, and sights like the lake and other historic sites. Would recommend.

This spacious clean and well-equipped apartment is located centrally in downtown Lugano, very close to cafes, gelateria, restaurants and the waterfront. Easy to get to from the station, especially if you use the funicular! The hosts were kind, responsive and flexible and even left a welcome gift!

We loved this apartment for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The team was accommodating in allowing us to drop our luggage at their office when we arrived before check in as well.

The apartment is very well located, only a couple of minutes from Lugano's central bus station and city center/station. It was well equipped, clean and perfectly functional! We were there as a family of four and had a great time!

Die Wohnung liegt gut bis sehr gut ist zu Fuss erreichbar ab Bahnhof oder auch mit dem Auto. Unkompliziert einfach zu finden und mit der Zahlung gute Unterstützung weil ich eine neue VISA-Karte erhalten hatte. Am Telefon gut kommuniziert und abgemacht.

The free Prosecco was nice but I had a headache the next day, do not know if it was related. The property was beautiful and had all the ammenities needed. Would definitely recommend to others. The apartment is also very close to the center of the city.

Neue geräumige Wohnung, zentral gelegen, nahe beim See, Park, Downtown, Bahnhof; liegt in einem anonym anmutenden Wohnhaus und wird von einer Immobilienfirma vermietet. Nachts ist es laut - im Erdgeschoss ist eine Bar mit Musik, die Strasse ist stark befahren und die Fenster sind eher dünn verglast. Für Leichtschläfer wäre das wahrscheinlich störend. Ansonsten alles ok.

Property was new to listing and needs to add a few things to the apartment. There was no shower gel, paper towels, or hand soap and very little dishwasher liquid. After contacting the host about having trouble getting into the place, only 1 fan, and door would not open to get in the deck (which was one if the reasons we booked there) i’d say the start of was not great. The host did bring a fan over with a bottle of wine which we appreciate. The the door was never opened so we were not able to use the deck. The neighborhood is a bit nosy at night and we needed to leave the windows open because it was so hot. Place was clean and modern.
