L'appartement loué était très décevant (odeur, qualité de l'aménagement, équipement disponible). J'ai donc contacté Happy Rental Lugano. Ils m'ont offert un autre appartement à proximité plus grand et plus luxueux au même prix. Excellent service un 24 décembre!

Apartamento con todas las comodidades y muy céntrico. Una opción bastante buena para conocer la ciudad a pie y todo el Tesón del Ticino, o lago di Como . Hemos estado muy cómodos.

We had a mixed feeling about this apartment. Pro: - sparkling clean, which is very important when we choose an airbnb - brand new, I believe we are the first guests in this apartment - spacious, the living/dining/kitchen area is big - lots of light -location is very close to the lake and the old town Con: - next to a very busy road. If you open the windows, it's super loud. Unfortunately, we stayed here when it was very hot, and without ac, we had to choose between loudness and hotness. So we left one day earlier than we planned. Overall as an airbnb, this is very nice and clean and in a good location if you don't mind noisy or if you come here in cooler days so that you can keep the windows closed.

Wonderful facilities and excellent location. Everything worked and was well appointed. The AC was fabulous in summer. The apartment was very well kept and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Eens je zicht hebt op de stad is de ligging ideaal. De accomodatie en de faciliteiten waren erg goed, maar er zou in de ruime inkomhal een kapstok moeten komen om jassen op te hangen en eventueel een tafeltje voor tassen op te leggen. Ook in de slaapkamer zouden een paar haakjes voor kledij nuttig zijn.

Communication with Sonja from the agency was excellent. The apartment was nice and sufficiently equipped. However, what was lacking was the cleanliness of the apartment – we had to wash the dishes before using them, and the bathroom was also not properly cleaned before our arrival. If more attention were paid to the cleanliness of the apartment, it would be great. Thank you and all the best. Best regards

The place was good but we had a bad surprise when we realized there was no hot water. The WiFi was not working either. They tried to fix the hot water but it did not work. Luckily I contacted Sonja and she helped us a lot and changed to another apartment to stay. She was amazing as she solved our problem very quick as she moved us to a better location. Thanks Sonja for the help!

Wir waren auf unserer Rundreise 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft in Lugano. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen man hat schnelle Anbindung an die Promenade und zahlreiche Restaurants. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das in der Unterkunft keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Man ist gezwungen bei warmen Wetter nachts die Fenster zu öffnen. Da die Wohnung direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt ist der Verkehrslärm spät abends sehr unangenehm. Beim schlafen besser Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut.

Die Lage des Apartmentkomplexes ist hervorragend in nächster Nähe der Innenstadt. Eine Strasse führt direkt daran vorbei, die geschlossenen Fenster können das leider nicht mildern. Das Apartment ist grosszügig geschnitten. Trotz abgedrehter Heizung und winterlichen Temperaturen liess sich die Raumtemperatur aber nicht auf ein normales Mass senken, es ist viel zu warm. Die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, etc.). Wir haben uns über eine Flasche Prosecco gefreut, ansonsten befinden sich aber keinerlei Lebensmittel oder Grundlegendes (Öl, Salz, Kaffee, etc.) in der Wohnung. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir haben mit Oropax gut geschlafen.
