Un apartamento muy elegante con aire acondicionado en el centro de Lugano. En una calle lateral, este apartamento, con capacidad para 4 personas, es una base cómoda, tanto si visita la ciudad por trabajo como por placer. Este luminoso apartamento se encuentra en el tercero piso (con ascensor), y tiene suelos de madera pálida en todas partes. El amplio salón con cocina americana y comedor tiene ventanas en dos paredes y una gran puerta de cristal que da a un balcón con vistas a la calle. Hay un sofá grande (que se convierte en cama doble), mesa de centro y una Smart TV. La moderna cocina americana está equipada con todo lo necesario para su estancia: placa de inducción, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, frigorífico, congelador y cafetera Nespresso. Junto a la cocina hay una mesa de comedor con 4 sillas para comer relajadamente. Para dormir Dormitorio 1: El luminoso dormitorio principal tiene una cómoda cama de matrimonio y un espacioso armario. Extra: El sofá del salón se convierte en cama doble. Cuarto de baño El bonito cuarto de baño, con baldosas de piedra, está equipado con una moderna ducha de cristal, bidé, lavabo grande y WC. Ubicación El apartamento se encuentra en una zona tranquila pero muy céntrica de Lugano. La orilla del lago, con su famoso paseo marítimo, está a sólo 5 minutos a pie. Una excursión de un día por el Lago di Lugano, que navega entre Suiza e Italia, es imprescindible, al igual que un aperitivo en la plaza principal de la ciudad, la Piazza della Riforma (a 8 minutos a pie). La plaza está repleta de excelentes cafés y restaurantes. Lugano, en el cantón de habla italiana del Tesino, en la frontera entre Suiza e Italia, posee un rico patrimonio cultural. El MASI (Museo de Arte de la Suiza Italiana) acoge regularmente exposiciones de arte contemporáneo. A lo largo del año se celebran numerosos festivales, entre ellos "Luganomusica" todos los veranos. Para los huéspedes que deseen autoabastecerse, el mercado de agricultores (martes y viernes) de Via Carducci (a 5 minutos a pie) es el lugar al que acudir para recoger los mejores ingredientes locales. Los aeropuertos internacionales más cercanos están en Italia: Milán Malpensa, a 1 hora y 10 minutos en coche, o Milán Linate, a 1 hora y 20 minutos. ¿Llega en tren? La estación de tren de Lugano está a 12 minutos a pie del apartamento.

We had a mixed feeling about this apartment. Pro: - sparkling clean, which is very important when we choose an airbnb - brand new, I believe we are the first guests in this apartment - spacious, the living/dining/kitchen area is big - lots of light -location is very close to the lake and the old town Con: - next to a very busy road. If you open the windows, it's super loud. Unfortunately, we stayed here when it was very hot, and without ac, we had to choose between loudness and hotness. So we left one day earlier than we planned. Overall as an airbnb, this is very nice and clean and in a good location if you don't mind noisy or if you come here in cooler days so that you can keep the windows closed.

Eens je zicht hebt op de stad is de ligging ideaal. De accomodatie en de faciliteiten waren erg goed, maar er zou in de ruime inkomhal een kapstok moeten komen om jassen op te hangen en eventueel een tafeltje voor tassen op te leggen. Ook in de slaapkamer zouden een paar haakjes voor kledij nuttig zijn.

Communication with Sonja from the agency was excellent. The apartment was nice and sufficiently equipped. However, what was lacking was the cleanliness of the apartment – we had to wash the dishes before using them, and the bathroom was also not properly cleaned before our arrival. The place was good but we had a bad surprise when we realized there was no hot water. The WiFi was not working either. They tried to fix the hot water but it did not work. Luckily I contacted Sonja and she helped us a lot and changed to another apartment to stay. She was amazing as she solved our problem very quick as she moved us to a better location. Thanks Sonja for the help!

Wir waren auf unserer Rundreise 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft in Lugano. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen man hat schnelle Anbindung an die Promenade und zahlreiche Restaurants. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das in der Unterkunft keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Man ist gezwungen bei warmen Wetter nachts die Fenster zu öffnen. Da die Wohnung direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt ist der Verkehrslärm spät abends sehr unangenehm. Beim schlafen besser Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut.

Die Lage des Apartmentkomplexes ist hervorragend in nächster Nähe der Innenstadt. Eine Strasse führt direkt daran vorbei, die geschlossenen Fenster können das leider nicht mildern. Das Apartment ist grosszügig geschnitten. Trotz abgedrehter Heizung und winterlichen Temperaturen liess sich die Raumtemperatur aber nicht auf ein normales Mass senken, es ist viel zu warm. Die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, etc.). Wir haben uns über eine Flasche Prosecco gefreut, ansonsten befinden sich aber keinerlei Lebensmittel oder Grundlegendes (Öl, Salz, Kaffee, etc.) in der Wohnung. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir haben mit Oropax gut geschlafen.
