Een zeer stijlvol appartement met airconditioning in het centrum van Lugano. Dit appartement voor 4 personen ligt in een zijstraat en is een comfortabele uitvalsbasis, of je de stad nu bezoekt voor je werk of voor je plezier. Dit lichte appartement ligt op de derde verdieping (met lift) en heeft overal lichte houten vloeren. De ruime woonkamer met open keuken en eethoek heeft ramen aan twee muren en een grote glazen deur, die leidt naar een balkon met uitzicht op de straat. Er is een grote bank (die kan worden veranderd in een tweepersoonsbed), een salontafel en een Smart TV. De moderne, open keuken is uitgerust met alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben voor je verblijf: een inductiekookplaat, oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, koelkast, vriezer en een Nespresso-apparaat. Naast de keuken staat een eettafel met 4 stoelen om ontspannen te dineren. Slapen Slaapkamer 1: De lichte ouderslaapkamer heeft een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed en ruime opbergmogelijkheden. Extra: De bank in de woonkamer is om te bouwen tot een tweepersoonsbed. Badkamer De mooie, met natuursteen betegelde badkamer is uitgerust met een moderne glazen douche, bidet, grote wastafel en WC. Extra - Wifi beschikbaar - Centrale verwarming - Laptopvriendelijke werkruimte - Haardroger - Betaald parkeren - Kindvriendelijk - Geschikt voor ouderen - Enigszins gehorig - Airconditioning Houd er rekening mee dat er renovatiewerkzaamheden plaatsvinden van 5 januari tot en met 15 juni 2026. Locatie Het appartement ligt in een rustig, maar uiterst centraal deel van Lugano. De oever van het meer, met de beroemde promenade, ligt op slechts 5 minuten lopen. Een dagtocht op het Lago di Lugano, dat tussen Zwitserland en Italië vaart, is een must, net als een aperitivo op het belangrijkste plein van de stad, Piazza della Riforma (8 minuten lopen). Op het plein zijn veel uitstekende cafés en restaurants. Lugano ligt in het Italiaanssprekende kanton Ticino, op de grens van Zwitserland en Italië, en heeft een rijk cultureel erfgoed. MASI (het Kunstmuseum van Italiaans Zwitserland) organiseert regelmatig hedendaagse kunsttentoonstellingen. Er zijn het hele jaar door veel festivals, waaronder "Luganomusica" elke zomer. Voor gasten die zelf willen koken, is de boerenmarkt (dinsdag en vrijdag) in Via Carducci (5 minuten lopen) de plek om de beste lokale ingrediënten te kopen. De dichtstbijzijnde internationale luchthavens liggen in Italië - Milaan Malpensa op 1 uur en 10 minuten rijden met de auto, of Milaan Linate, een reis van 1 uur en 20 minuten. Kom je met de trein? Het treinstation van Lugano ligt op 12 minuten lopen van het appartement.

We had a mixed feeling about this apartment. Pro: - sparkling clean, which is very important when we choose an airbnb - brand new, I believe we are the first guests in this apartment - spacious, the living/dining/kitchen area is big - lots of light -location is very close to the lake and the old town Con: - next to a very busy road. If you open the windows, it's super loud. Unfortunately, we stayed here when it was very hot, and without ac, we had to choose between loudness and hotness. So we left one day earlier than we planned. Overall as an airbnb, this is very nice and clean and in a good location if you don't mind noisy or if you come here in cooler days so that you can keep the windows closed.

Eens je zicht hebt op de stad is de ligging ideaal. De accomodatie en de faciliteiten waren erg goed, maar er zou in de ruime inkomhal een kapstok moeten komen om jassen op te hangen en eventueel een tafeltje voor tassen op te leggen. Ook in de slaapkamer zouden een paar haakjes voor kledij nuttig zijn.

Communication with Sonja from the agency was excellent. The apartment was nice and sufficiently equipped. However, what was lacking was the cleanliness of the apartment – we had to wash the dishes before using them, and the bathroom was also not properly cleaned before our arrival. The place was good but we had a bad surprise when we realized there was no hot water. The WiFi was not working either. They tried to fix the hot water but it did not work. Luckily I contacted Sonja and she helped us a lot and changed to another apartment to stay. She was amazing as she solved our problem very quick as she moved us to a better location. Thanks Sonja for the help!

Wir waren auf unserer Rundreise 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft in Lugano. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen man hat schnelle Anbindung an die Promenade und zahlreiche Restaurants. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das in der Unterkunft keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Man ist gezwungen bei warmen Wetter nachts die Fenster zu öffnen. Da die Wohnung direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt ist der Verkehrslärm spät abends sehr unangenehm. Beim schlafen besser Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut.

Die Lage des Apartmentkomplexes ist hervorragend in nächster Nähe der Innenstadt. Eine Strasse führt direkt daran vorbei, die geschlossenen Fenster können das leider nicht mildern. Das Apartment ist grosszügig geschnitten. Trotz abgedrehter Heizung und winterlichen Temperaturen liess sich die Raumtemperatur aber nicht auf ein normales Mass senken, es ist viel zu warm. Die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, etc.). Wir haben uns über eine Flasche Prosecco gefreut, ansonsten befinden sich aber keinerlei Lebensmittel oder Grundlegendes (Öl, Salz, Kaffee, etc.) in der Wohnung. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir haben mit Oropax gut geschlafen.
