Un appartement climatisé très élégant dans le centre de Lugano. Situé dans une rue secondaire, cet appartement, qui peut accueillir 4 personnes, constitue une base confortable, que vous visitiez la ville pour le travail ou pour le plaisir. Cet appartement lumineux se trouve au troisième étage (avec ascenseur) et dispose de parquet en bois clair dans tout l'appartement. Le salon spacieux avec cuisine ouverte et salle à manger est doté de fenêtres sur deux murs et d'une grande porte vitrée donnant sur un balcon avec vue sur la rue. Il y a un grand canapé (qui se transforme en lit double), une table basse et une Smart TV. La cuisine moderne et ouverte est équipée de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour votre séjour : une plaque à induction, un four, un micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur, un congélateur et une machine Nespresso. À côté de la cuisine se trouve une table à manger avec 4 chaises pour des repas détendus. Couchage Chambre 1 : La chambre principale, très lumineuse, dispose d'un lit double confortable et d'un grand espace de rangement. Chambre supplémentaire : Le canapé du salon se transforme en lit double. Salle de bains La belle salle de bains, carrelée de pierre, est équipée d'une douche moderne en verre, d'un bidet, d'un grand lavabo et d'un WC. Autres services - Wifi disponible - Chauffage central - Espace de travail adapté aux ordinateurs portables - Sèche-cheveux - Parking public payant - Adapté aux enfants - Adapté aux personnes âgées - Légèrement bruyant - Climatisation Veuillez noter que des travaux de rénovation auront lieu du 5 janvier au 15 juin 2026. Situation L'appartement se trouve dans un quartier calme mais extrêmement central de Lugano. Le bord du lac, avec sa célèbre promenade, n'est qu'à 5 minutes à pied. Une excursion d'une journée sur le Lago di Lugano, qui navigue entre la Suisse et l'Italie, s'impose, tout comme un aperitivo sur la place principale de la ville, la Piazza della Riforma (à 8 minutes de marche). La piazza est bordée de nombreux cafés et restaurants excellents. Dans le canton italophone du Tessin, à la frontière de la Suisse et de l'Italie, Lugano possède un riche patrimoine culturel. Le MASI (musée d'art de la Suisse italienne) accueille régulièrement des expositions d'art contemporain. De nombreux festivals sont organisés tout au long de l'année, notamment "Luganomusica" chaque été. Pour les personnes qui souhaitent se restaurer elles-mêmes, le marché fermier (mardi et vendredi) de la Via Carducci (à 5 minutes à pied) est l'endroit idéal pour se procurer les meilleurs ingrédients locaux. Les aéroports internationaux les plus proches se trouvent en Italie : Milan Malpensa, à 1 heure et 10 minutes en voiture, ou Milan Linate, à 1 heure et 20 minutes. Vous arrivez en train ? La gare de Lugano se trouve à 12 minutes de marche de l'appartement.

L'appartement loué était très décevant (odeur, qualité de l'aménagement, équipement disponible). J'ai donc contacté Happy Rental Lugano. Ils m'ont offert un autre appartement à proximité plus grand et plus luxueux au même prix. Excellent service un 24 décembre!

We had a mixed feeling about this apartment. Pro: - sparkling clean, which is very important when we choose an airbnb - brand new, I believe we are the first guests in this apartment - spacious, the living/dining/kitchen area is big - lots of light -location is very close to the lake and the old town Con: - next to a very busy road. If you open the windows, it's super loud. Unfortunately, we stayed here when it was very hot, and without ac, we had to choose between loudness and hotness. So we left one day earlier than we planned. Overall as an airbnb, this is very nice and clean and in a good location if you don't mind noisy or if you come here in cooler days so that you can keep the windows closed.

Wonderful facilities and excellent location. Everything worked and was well appointed. The AC was fabulous in summer. The apartment was very well kept and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Eens je zicht hebt op de stad is de ligging ideaal. De accomodatie en de faciliteiten waren erg goed, maar er zou in de ruime inkomhal een kapstok moeten komen om jassen op te hangen en eventueel een tafeltje voor tassen op te leggen. Ook in de slaapkamer zouden een paar haakjes voor kledij nuttig zijn.

Communication with Sonja from the agency was excellent. The apartment was nice and sufficiently equipped. However, what was lacking was the cleanliness of the apartment – we had to wash the dishes before using them, and the bathroom was also not properly cleaned before our arrival. If more attention were paid to the cleanliness of the apartment, it would be great. Thank you and all the best. Best regards

The place was good but we had a bad surprise when we realized there was no hot water. The WiFi was not working either. They tried to fix the hot water but it did not work. Luckily I contacted Sonja and she helped us a lot and changed to another apartment to stay. She was amazing as she solved our problem very quick as she moved us to a better location. Thanks Sonja for the help!

Wir waren auf unserer Rundreise 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft in Lugano. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen man hat schnelle Anbindung an die Promenade und zahlreiche Restaurants. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das in der Unterkunft keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Man ist gezwungen bei warmen Wetter nachts die Fenster zu öffnen. Da die Wohnung direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt ist der Verkehrslärm spät abends sehr unangenehm. Beim schlafen besser Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut.

Die Lage des Apartmentkomplexes ist hervorragend in nächster Nähe der Innenstadt. Eine Strasse führt direkt daran vorbei, die geschlossenen Fenster können das leider nicht mildern. Das Apartment ist grosszügig geschnitten. Trotz abgedrehter Heizung und winterlichen Temperaturen liess sich die Raumtemperatur aber nicht auf ein normales Mass senken, es ist viel zu warm. Die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, etc.). Wir haben uns über eine Flasche Prosecco gefreut, ansonsten befinden sich aber keinerlei Lebensmittel oder Grundlegendes (Öl, Salz, Kaffee, etc.) in der Wohnung. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir haben mit Oropax gut geschlafen.
