Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in optimaler Lage, von der aus Sie einige der besten Strände, Clubs und Wanderwege rund um Marbella genießen können. Der berühmte Nikki Beach Club und die Playa de las Cañas sind zu Fuß erreichbar; mehrere Weltklasse-Golfclubs liegen nur 10 Autominuten entfernt; die bekannten Strände Dunas de Artola und Cabopino sind von hier aus ebenfalls nur 10 Autominuten entfernt. Die Gegend ist zudem gut mit zahlreichen Restaurants verschiedener Küchen, Strandbars und – für diejenigen, die gerne selbst kochen – internationalen Supermärkten versorgt.
In 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen Gäste das Zentrum von Marbella, wo sie berühmte Sehenswürdigkeiten und Orte wie die Plaza de la Constitución, die Plaza de Los Naranjos, den Parque Alameda mit seiner üppigen mediterranen Vegetation und seinen Springbrunnen, die Dalí-Skulpturen und vieles mehr erkunden können! Darüber hinaus sind Wassersportarten wie Surfen und Kajakfahren in der Umgebung möglich, da das Meer nur wenige Schritte entfernt ist. We stayed at the property for 28 days & found the location to be ideal. We enjoyed getting up early each morning & walking the neighborhood. There were lots of trees that provided a very shaded walk. We even found a cafe that was off the beaten path that served delicious homemade breads & pastries. The apartment was very clean & the bed was so comfortable. The view from the balconies was wonderful; we enjoyed eating dinner on the balcony in the evening. For me, the kitchen was well stocked with glassware, plates, silverware, etc. The property managers were very responsive. One example, we discovered that the iron was not in working order & that afternoon a new iron was delivered. Wifi connections never failed. The pool was refreshing with many lounge chairs, so we were always able to have a place to sit. The poolside restaurant was incredible; the food being outstanding & the staff very friendly & helpful. Lastly, we were always able to find parking for our rental car on the property. We very much enjoyed our time in Elviria.

We thoroughly enjoyed tstay. This is a good apartment though better for four people than six There was noisy works going on but these no doubt have to be done so that was just our bad luck More than one key would have been useful and some instructions for the TV. Which we found difficult to operate All in all we would book again

Really lovely apartment in a well kept building with beautiful gardens and stunning sea views. I wish I had a car though as we had to use a taxi to take us around to the shops. But the beach was an easy walk and was a lovely sandy beach with great beach bars and a lovely restaurant. A beautiful holiday and I cannot wait to go back again! Anna is a fantastic host and she made everything easy for us - Highly recommended !!

Beautiful views of the sea, mountains, pool, and garden from the two balconies; two air conditioners kept things cool on hot days; the kitchen was equipped with an oven and all necessary appliances; having two bathrooms was convenient; the clean pool was a real plus; it was close to the beach and a supermarket (300 meters away), and a stunning beach with a beautiful sunset was just 800 meters away.

Anna’s place was great perfect location, nice outdoors amenities, swimming pool was outstanding, however, I will recommended her to have more kitchen products such small, blender or duvets for the covers, we got only 1 small dish soap, 1 dishwasher soap, ans no extras trash bags.. I know those things can be add it to the apartment to make it easier on the guest specially if we are staying 6 days. House manual was not found and I need it to text her few times to ask her for, check in instructions. Over all place is great and if they can add a few more touch on the apartment will be amazing
