Attrezzato per accogliere praticamente qualsiasi tipo di viaggiatore, questo appartamento con vista mare, vicino ai famosi locali notturni, è l’ideale per godersi la vita notturna di Marbella e rilassarsi sotto il piacevole sole del Mediterraneo. L’appartamento è perfetto per coppie, bambini, lavoratori da remoto e ospiti anziani! Si trova in un ampio e tranquillo complesso residenziale, con accesso a una splendida piscina comune dotata di lettini prendisole e giardini ben curati, ideali per oziare o concedersi una siesta pomeridiana.
L’appartamento si trova al terzo piano ed è raggiungibile comodamente tramite ascensore e accesso per sedie a rotelle. All’interno, il soggiorno presenta un layout spazioso e aperto con ambienti luminosi che si affacciano direttamente su una terrazza panoramica con zona pranzo all’aperto. Questa stanza dispone anche di una Smart TV, di un tavolo da pranzo e di un grande divano per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare i dintorni o una serata di festa. La cucina, invece, garantisce un soggiorno estremamente pratico grazie alla lavastoviglie, al microonde e alla macchina da caffè Nespresso, mentre la camera da letto climatizzata è perfetta per riposarsi dopo le fatiche del viaggio.

La casa vacanze si trova in una posizione ottimale da cui potrete godervi alcune delle migliori spiagge, discoteche ed escursioni nei dintorni di Marbella. Il famoso Nikki Beach Club e la Playa de las Cañas sono raggiungibili a piedi; diversi campi da golf di livello mondiale si trovano a 10 minuti di auto; le rinomate Dunas de Artola e la spiaggia di Cabopino distano solo 10 minuti di auto da qui. La zona è inoltre ben servita da numerosi ristoranti con cucina variegata, bar sulla spiaggia e, per chi ama cucinare in autonomia, supermercati internazionali.
In 15 minuti di auto, gli ospiti possono raggiungere il centro di Marbella, dove potranno esplorare monumenti e luoghi iconici come Plaza de la Constitución, Plaza de Los Naranjos, il Parque Alameda con la sua rigogliosa vegetazione mediterranea e le fontane, le sculture di Dalí e molto altro ancora! Inoltre, nei dintorni è possibile praticare sport acquatici come il surf e il kayak, dato che il mare è a pochi passi di distanza. L’aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Málaga-Costa del Sol, a circa 35 minuti di auto da questa casa vacanze a Marbella.

We stayed at the property for 28 days & found the location to be ideal. We enjoyed getting up early each morning & walking the neighborhood. There were lots of trees that provided a very shaded walk. We even found a cafe that was off the beaten path that served delicious homemade breads & pastries. The apartment was very clean & the bed was so comfortable. The view from the balconies was wonderful; we enjoyed eating dinner on the balcony in the evening. For me, the kitchen was well stocked with glassware, plates, silverware, etc. The property managers were very responsive. One example, we discovered that the iron was not in working order & that afternoon a new iron was delivered. Wifi connections never failed. The pool was refreshing with many lounge chairs, so we were always able to have a place to sit. The poolside restaurant was incredible; the food being outstanding & the staff very friendly & helpful. Lastly, we were always able to find parking for our rental car on the property. We very much enjoyed our time in Elviria.

We thoroughly enjoyed tstay. This is a good apartment though better for four people than six There was noisy works going on but these no doubt have to be done so that was just our bad luck More than one key would have been useful and some instructions for the TV. Which we found difficult to operate All in all we would book again

Really lovely apartment in a well kept building with beautiful gardens and stunning sea views. I wish I had a car though as we had to use a taxi to take us around to the shops. But the beach was an easy walk and was a lovely sandy beach with great beach bars and a lovely restaurant. A beautiful holiday and I cannot wait to go back again! Anna is a fantastic host and she made everything easy for us - Highly recommended !!

Beautiful views of the sea, mountains, pool, and garden from the two balconies; two air conditioners kept things cool on hot days; the kitchen was equipped with an oven and all necessary appliances; having two bathrooms was convenient; the clean pool was a real plus; it was close to the beach and a supermarket (300 meters away), and a stunning beach with a beautiful sunset was just 800 meters away.

Anna’s place was great perfect location, nice outdoors amenities, swimming pool was outstanding, however, I will recommended her to have more kitchen products such small, blender or duvets for the covers, we got only 1 small dish soap, 1 dishwasher soap, ans no extras trash bags.. I know those things can be add it to the apartment to make it easier on the guest specially if we are staying 6 days. House manual was not found and I need it to text her few times to ask her for, check in instructions. Over all place is great and if they can add a few more touch on the apartment will be amazing
