Het vakantieappartement is ideaal voor stellen, kinderen, telewerkers en oudere gasten! Het ligt in een groot, rustig complex, met toegang tot een prachtig gemeenschappelijk zwembad met ligstoelen en goed onderhouden tuinen om lekker te luieren of een middagslaapje te doen.
Het appartement bevindt zich op de derde verdieping en is comfortabel bereikbaar via een lift en rolstoeltoegankelijk. Binnen biedt de woonkamer een ruime, open indeling met lichte interieurs die direct uitkomen op een panoramisch terras waar je in de open lucht kunt dineren. Deze ruimte beschikt ook over een smart-tv, een eethoek en een grote bank om te ontspannen na een dag vol ontdekkingen of een avondje feesten. De vakantiewoning ligt op een uitstekende locatie van waaruit u kunt genieten van enkele van de beste stranden, clubs en wandelroutes rond Marbella. De beroemde Nikki Beach Club en Playa de las Cañas liggen op loopafstand; verschillende golfclubs van wereldklasse liggen op minder dan 10 minuten rijden; de beroemde Dunas de Artola en het strand van Cabopino liggen op slechts 10 minuten rijden hiervandaan. De omgeving biedt ook een ruim aanbod aan restaurants met diverse keukens, strandbars en, voor wie graag zelf kookt, internationale supermarkten.
Op 15 minuten rijden bereiken gasten het centrum van Marbella, waar ze iconische monumenten en bezienswaardigheden kunnen verkennen, zoals de Plaza de la Constitución, de Plaza de Los Naranjos, het Parque Alameda met weelderige mediterrane begroeiing en fonteinen, de sculpturen van Dalí en nog veel meer! Bovendien zijn watersporten zoals surfen en kajakken in de omgeving mogelijk, aangezien de zee op slechts een steenworp afstand ligt. De dichtstbijzijnde internationale luchthaven is Málaga-Costa del Sol, op ongeveer 35 minuten rijden van dit vakantiehuis in Marbella.

We stayed at the property for 28 days & found the location to be ideal. We enjoyed getting up early each morning & walking the neighborhood. There were lots of trees that provided a very shaded walk. We even found a cafe that was off the beaten path that served delicious homemade breads & pastries. The apartment was very clean & the bed was so comfortable. The view from the balconies was wonderful; we enjoyed eating dinner on the balcony in the evening. For me, the kitchen was well stocked with glassware, plates, silverware, etc. The property managers were very responsive. One example, we discovered that the iron was not in working order & that afternoon a new iron was delivered. Wifi connections never failed. The pool was refreshing with many lounge chairs, so we were always able to have a place to sit. The poolside restaurant was incredible; the food being outstanding & the staff very friendly & helpful. Lastly, we were always able to find parking for our rental car on the property. We very much enjoyed our time in Elviria.

This is a good apartment though better for four people than six There was noisy works going on but these no doubt have to be done so that was just our bad luck More than one key would have been useful and some instructions for the TV. Which we found difficult to operate All in all we would book again

Really lovely apartment in a well kept building with beautiful gardens and stunning sea views. I wish I had a car though as we had to use a taxi to take us around to the shops. But the beach was an easy walk and was a lovely sandy beach with great beach bars and a lovely restaurant. A beautiful holiday and I cannot wait to go back again! Anna is a fantastic host and she made everything easy for us - Highly recommended !!

Beautiful views of the sea, mountains, pool, and garden from the two balconies; two air conditioners kept things cool on hot days; the kitchen was equipped with an oven and all necessary appliances; having two bathrooms was convenient; the clean pool was a real plus; it was close to the beach and a supermarket (300 meters away), and a stunning beach with a beautiful sunset was just 800 meters away.

Anna’s place was great perfect location, nice outdoors amenities, swimming pool was outstanding, however, I will recommended her to have more kitchen products such small, blender or duvets for the covers, we got only 1 small dish soap, 1 dishwasher soap, ans no extras trash bags.. I know those things can be add it to the apartment to make it easier on the guest specially if we are staying 6 days. House manual was not found and I need it to text her few times to ask her for, check in instructions. Over all place is great and if they can add a few more touch on the apartment will be amazing
