Das Wohnzimmer hat große Fenster mit direktem Blick auf die Berge. Eine Glastür führt auf einen Holzbalkon, auf dem Sie sitzen und die Aussicht genießen können. Im Innenbereich gibt es ein Sofa und einen Fernseher. Der Essbereich mit einem Holztisch für 4 Personen befindet sich neben der offenen Küche. Die Küche ist mit einer Mikrowelle, einem Kühlschrank und einer Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Schlafen Schlafzimmer 1: Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und einen Kleiderschrank. Schlafzimmer 2: Dieses gemütliche Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett. Badezimmer Das lebendige Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Zusätzliche - Wifi - Waschmaschine - Kinderfreundlich - Rauchmelder - Haustiere erlaubt - Gemeinschaftsgarten - Elektrische Heizkörper - Skiabstellraum - Kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz - Auto nicht erforderlich Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Treppe zwischen dem WC und dem Schlafzimmer im 2. Stock steil ist. Lage Die Wohnung liegt am Rande des Dorfes Argentière, in der Nähe des Waldes, aber nur wenige Gehminuten von allen Annehmlichkeiten, der Seilbahn zum Skigebiet Les Grands Montets (230 m), den Skipisten und den Pendelbussen entfernt. Die nahe gelegenen Pisten sind ideal für fortgeschrittene und erfahrene Skifahrer. Auf einigen der höher gelegenen Pisten kann man auch später in der Saison Ski fahren, manchmal sogar bis Anfang Mai. Für die jüngeren Gäste bietet der Panda Club (6 Minuten zu Fuß) das ganze Jahr über Skikurse mit Spiel und Spaß an. In den Sommermonaten ist die Auswahl an Aktivitäten endlos: atemberaubende Bergpfade zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken, Wildwasser-Rafting, Golf, Klettern, Gleitschirmfliegen und Reiten. Im Dorf gibt es einige ausgezeichnete Restaurants und Bars für jeden Geldbeutel. Für Selbstversorger bietet der Wochenmarkt von Argentière am Sonntagmorgen (in der Saison) die frischesten lokalen Produkte. Der Markt von Chamonix (12 Minuten), Place du Mont Blanc. Er findet das ganze Jahr über jeden Samstagmorgen statt. Alternativ gibt es einen Supermarkt nur 7 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Flughafen Genf ist in 1,5 Stunden zu erreichen. Wenn Sie mit dem Zug anreisen, ist der Bahnhof von Argentière in 6 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Aufgrund der einzigartigen Topographie, der Lage und der Wetterbedingungen im Mont-Blanc-Tal kann die Internetverbindung unzuverlässig sein.

We were able to meet the Happy Rentals team on our arrival and she explained everything clearly and gave us our transit card. I'll tell you, the transit card is just terrific and we used it everyday for our 3 week stay. The accommodations where great, the location is perfect, and the view was spectacular. Minor complaint that we didn't get enough dishwasher soap for our entire stay. Since we were paying for a 3 week stay I would have thought soap would be included. Other issue was an order from the fridge that we could not get rid of. We would definitely stay again, and most likely pick the same room. Thanks.

We had a fab time in Chamonix, thanks heaps for the comfy stay! The flat had all we needed, it was cosy and clean, the hosts had thought of everything! I really can´t understand the negative reviews - the place was clean, accommodated all our needs, couldn´t be better located, etc. Everything was great. True, the building is old but that has nothing to do with the hosts who were kind and helpful - and honestly, also has nothing to do with the flat itself. The views from both the living room and bedroom is to die for, the flat is furnished with style and a feeling for detail. I felt claustrophobic in the elevetor (perhaps the main reason for any negative reviews on here) so took the stairs. Otherwise: all was excellent, would book any time again!

We had a great stay. We are a family of four with two teenagers and this place was perfect for us. Kitchen equipped with all the essentials, plenty of towels, spare bed linen. Complimentary bottle of wine! Apartment is located within walking distance to ski lift, bakery & supermarket. 10min drive to Chamonix. Clear instructions to check in & check out. Great ski holiday!

Mixed feelings about this Airbnb. Go in with eyes wide open. Good: Location, river and mountains out the window, reasonably well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, mini-porch. Train passes included with keys from dropbox. Bad: Very shabby and outdated building/apartment. Unattractive. Smelly and sketchy staircase up. Very steep stairs between toilet and 2nd-floor bedroom. Disrepair throughout, like nails poking up from broken bed/floor trim. Description includes things like shampoo/conditioner and oil for the kitchen that weren't there, plus claims a smart TV that wasn't a smart TV - small-ish things but they still matter. Not great: No customized info about the apartment or area. Corporate host = no single local contact and continued attempts to communicate outside of Airbnb. Someone did change a broken door lock right away. I wouldn't stay here again but it could be an okay landing spot for someone who doesn't care much about appearance or host communication.
