Un elegante appartamento duplex, con vista ininterrotta sulle montagne, è una meta perfetta per le vacanze in ogni periodo dell'anno. Al terzo piano (con ascensore), immerso in ampi giardini comuni, questo appartamento può ospitare 4 persone. L'arredamento è alpino ma con un tocco contemporaneo. Il soggiorno ha grandi finestre che si affacciano direttamente sulle montagne. Una porta a vetri conduce a un balcone in legno dove ci si può sedere e godere della vista. All'interno si trovano un divano e una TV. La zona pranzo, con un tavolo in legno per 4 persone, si trova accanto alla cucina a pianta aperta. La cucina è dotata di microonde, frigorifero e macchina da caffè. Posti letto Camera da letto 1: La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un armadio. Camera da letto 2: Questa accogliente camera da letto ha un letto a castello. Bagno Il bagno vibrante è dotato di vasca con doccia completa, lavabo e WC. Accessori - Wifi - Lavatrice - Adatto ai bambini - Rilevatore di fumo - Animali ammessi - Giardini in comune - Radiatori elettrici - Deposito sci - Parcheggio pubblico gratuito - L'auto non è necessaria Si prega di notare che le scale che collegano il WC e la camera da letto al 2° piano sono ripide. Posizione L'appartamento si trova ai margini del villaggio di Argentière, vicino alla foresta, ma a pochi passi da tutti i servizi; dalla funivia per il comprensorio sciistico di Les Grands Montets (230 metri); dalle piste da sci e dai bus navetta. Le piste vicine sono ideali per sciatori intermedi ed esperti. Alcune delle piste più alte offrono la possibilità di sciare più tardi nella stagione, a volte fino all'inizio di maggio. Per gli ospiti più giovani, il Panda Club (6 minuti a piedi) offre lezioni di sci con giochi e divertimento senza fine durante tutto l'anno. Durante i mesi estivi, la scelta di attività è infinita: splendidi sentieri di montagna per escursioni a piedi o in mountain bike, rafting, golf, arrampicata, parapendio ed equitazione. Il villaggio ospita alcuni eccellenti ristoranti e bar per tutte le tasche. Per gli amanti del self-catering, il mercato settimanale di Argentière si tiene la domenica mattina (in stagione) per acquistare i prodotti locali più freschi. Mercato di Chamonix (12 minuti), Place du Mont Blanc. Si svolge ogni sabato mattina durante tutto l'anno. In alternativa, c'è un supermercato a soli 7 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. L'aeroporto di Ginevra dista 1,5 ore di auto. Se arrivate in treno, la stazione ferroviaria di Argentière è a 6 minuti a piedi. A causa della topografia, della posizione e delle condizioni meteorologiche uniche della Valle del Monte Bianco, la connessione internet potrebbe essere inaffidabile.

We were able to meet the Happy Rentals team on our arrival and she explained everything clearly and gave us our transit card. I'll tell you, the transit card is just terrific and we used it everyday for our 3 week stay. The accommodations where great, the location is perfect, and the view was spectacular. Minor complaint that we didn't get enough dishwasher soap for our entire stay. Since we were paying for a 3 week stay I would have thought soap would be included. Other issue was an order from the fridge that we could not get rid of. We would definitely stay again, and most likely pick the same room. Thanks.

We had a fab time in Chamonix, thanks heaps for the comfy stay! The flat had all we needed, it was cosy and clean, the hosts had thought of everything! I really can´t understand the negative reviews - the place was clean, accommodated all our needs, couldn´t be better located, etc. Everything was great. True, the building is old but that has nothing to do with the hosts who were kind and helpful - and honestly, also has nothing to do with the flat itself. The views from both the living room and bedroom is to die for, the flat is furnished with style and a feeling for detail. I felt claustrophobic in the elevetor (perhaps the main reason for any negative reviews on here) so took the stairs. Otherwise: all was excellent, would book any time again!

We had a great stay. We are a family of four with two teenagers and this place was perfect for us. Kitchen equipped with all the essentials, plenty of towels, spare bed linen. Complimentary bottle of wine! Apartment is located within walking distance to ski lift, bakery & supermarket. 10min drive to Chamonix. Clear instructions to check in & check out. Great ski holiday!

Les + Très bien équipé Bien agencé Spacieux Plutôt propre Jolie vue Wifi ++++ Les moins - odeur à notre arrivée (parfum mélangés à une autre odeur difficile à décrire qui n’ont incommodé qu’une personne sur 3 - wc et salle de bain dans son jus - jet douche très fort sans possibilité de régler - quelques poussières sous les lits - manque de place de parking par rapport au nombre d’appartement, parfois difficulté pour stationner

Mixed feelings about this Airbnb. Go in with eyes wide open. Good: Location, river and mountains out the window, reasonably well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, mini-porch. Train passes included with keys from dropbox. Bad: Very shabby and outdated building/apartment. Unattractive. Smelly and sketchy staircase up. Very steep stairs between toilet and 2nd-floor bedroom. Disrepair throughout, like nails poking up from broken bed/floor trim. Description includes things like shampoo/conditioner and oil for the kitchen that weren't there, plus claims a smart TV that wasn't a smart TV - small-ish things but they still matter. Not great: No customized info about the apartment or area. Corporate host = no single local contact and continued attempts to communicate outside of Airbnb. Someone did change a broken door lock right away. I wouldn't stay here again but it could be an okay landing spot for someone who doesn't care much about appearance or host communication.
