Cet élégant appartement en duplex, qui offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes, constitue une destination de vacances idéale tout au long de l'année. Situé au troisième étage (avec ascenseur), dans de vastes jardins communs, cet appartement peut accueillir 4 personnes. Le décor est alpin mais avec une touche contemporaine. Le salon dispose de grandes fenêtres qui donnent directement sur les montagnes. Une porte vitrée donne sur un balcon en bois où vous pouvez vous asseoir et profiter de la vue. À l'intérieur, vous trouverez un canapé et une télévision. Le coin repas, avec une table en bois pouvant accueillir 4 personnes, se trouve à côté de la cuisine ouverte. La cuisine est équipée d'un four à micro-ondes, d'un réfrigérateur et d'une machine à café. Couchage Chambre 1 : La chambre principale dispose d'un lit double et d'une armoire. Chambre 2 : Cette chambre confortable dispose d'un lit superposé. Salle de bains La salle de bain vibrante est équipée d'une baignoire avec douche complète, d'un lavabo et de WC. Autres services - Wifi - Lave-linge - Enfants admis - Détecteur de fumée - Animaux admis - Jardins partagés - Radiateurs électriques - Local à skis - Parking public gratuit - voiture non nécessaire Veuillez noter que l'escalier reliant les WC et la chambre du 2ème étage est raide. Situation L'appartement est situé à l'orée du village d'Argentière, à proximité de la forêt, mais à quelques pas de toutes les commodités, du téléphérique pour le domaine skiable des Grands Montets (230 mètres), des pistes de ski et des navettes. Les pistes à proximité sont idéales pour les skieurs intermédiaires et expérimentés. Certaines des pistes les plus élevées permettent de skier plus tard dans la saison, parfois jusqu'au début du mois de mai. Pour les plus jeunes, le Panda Club (6 minutes à pied) propose des cours de ski et des jeux et divertissements tout au long de l'année. Pendant les mois d'été, le choix d'activités est infini : sentiers de montagne magnifiques pour la randonnée ou le VTT, rafting, golf, escalade, parapente et équitation. Le village abrite d'excellents restaurants et bars pour tous les budgets. Pour la restauration, le marché hebdomadaire d'Argentière se tient le dimanche matin (en saison) et propose les produits locaux les plus frais. Marché de Chamonix (12 minutes), Place du Mont Blanc. Il a lieu tous les samedis matin, tout au long de l'année. Un supermarché se trouve également à 7 minutes à pied de l'appartement. L'aéroport de Genève est à 1,5 heure de route. Si vous arrivez en train, la gare d'Argentière est à 6 minutes à pied. En raison de la topographie, de l'emplacement et des conditions météorologiques uniques de la vallée du Mont-Blanc, la connectivité Internet peut ne pas être fiable.

We were able to meet the Happy Rentals team on our arrival and she explained everything clearly and gave us our transit card. I'll tell you, the transit card is just terrific and we used it everyday for our 3 week stay. The accommodations where great, the location is perfect, and the view was spectacular. Minor complaint that we didn't get enough dishwasher soap for our entire stay. Since we were paying for a 3 week stay I would have thought soap would be included. Other issue was an order from the fridge that we could not get rid of. We would definitely stay again, and most likely pick the same room. Thanks.

We had a fab time in Chamonix, thanks heaps for the comfy stay! The flat had all we needed, it was cosy and clean, the hosts had thought of everything! I really can´t understand the negative reviews - the place was clean, accommodated all our needs, couldn´t be better located, etc. Everything was great. True, the building is old but that has nothing to do with the hosts who were kind and helpful - and honestly, also has nothing to do with the flat itself. The views from both the living room and bedroom is to die for, the flat is furnished with style and a feeling for detail. I felt claustrophobic in the elevetor (perhaps the main reason for any negative reviews on here) so took the stairs. Otherwise: all was excellent, would book any time again!

We had a great stay. We are a family of four with two teenagers and this place was perfect for us. Kitchen equipped with all the essentials, plenty of towels, spare bed linen. Complimentary bottle of wine! Apartment is located within walking distance to ski lift, bakery & supermarket. 10min drive to Chamonix. Clear instructions to check in & check out. Great ski holiday!

Bonjour, le site est magnifique nous avons bien profité. L’accueil est excellent à notre arrivée tout était prêt. Nous avons été bien dirigés pendant le trajet jusqu’à l’obtention des clés de l’appartement. Par rapport aux photos elles correspondent parfaitement à l’annonce. Je recommande!

Les + Très bien équipé Bien agencé Spacieux Plutôt propre Jolie vue Wifi ++++ Les moins - odeur à notre arrivée (parfum mélangés à une autre odeur difficile à décrire qui n’ont incommodé qu’une personne sur 3 - wc et salle de bain dans son jus - jet douche très fort sans possibilité de régler - quelques poussières sous les lits - manque de place de parking par rapport au nombre d’appartement, parfois difficulté pour stationner

房間相對平宜，而且露台風景實在太棒了，但清潔程度有進步空間，而且空間較細，較適合二人居住。 因為是公司性質，非個人房源，所提供的鎖匙指引過時，使找鎖匙發生了一點阻礙，在airbnb apps上詢問亦未能得到及時回覆。

The flat is very cute and comfortable. It has everything a family needs, including a kitchen witg dishwasher and a washing machine.

Mixed feelings about this Airbnb. Go in with eyes wide open. Good: Location, river and mountains out the window, reasonably well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, mini-porch. Train passes included with keys from dropbox. Bad: Very shabby and outdated building/apartment. Unattractive. Smelly and sketchy staircase up. Very steep stairs between toilet and 2nd-floor bedroom. Disrepair throughout, like nails poking up from broken bed/floor trim. Description includes things like shampoo/conditioner and oil for the kitchen that weren't there, plus claims a smart TV that wasn't a smart TV - small-ish things but they still matter. Not great: No customized info about the apartment or area. Corporate host = no single local contact and continued attempts to communicate outside of Airbnb. Someone did change a broken door lock right away. I wouldn't stay here again but it could be an okay landing spot for someone who doesn't care much about appearance or host communication.
