Esta casa, magníficamente restaurada, goza de una ubicación espectacular, con vistas panorámicas al lago de Como. Ubicada en un jardín privado y rodeada de naturaleza, la casa, con capacidad para 7 personas, es un refugio tranquilo ideal para amigos o familiares. Distribuida en tres plantas, la casa es muy luminosa y cuenta con una decoración contemporánea. La planta baja cuenta con un amplio salón-comedor diáfano con cocina integrada. La zona de estar está amueblada con un sofá contemporáneo, sillones y televisión. La zona de comedor incluye una mesa y sillas. La cocina se encuentra junto al comedor y está equipada con placa de cocción, horno, lavavajillas, nevera, congelador y cafetera. Dos juegos de puertas acristaladas se abren desde la zona de estar y el comedor hacia el encantador jardín. El jardín, a la sombra, cuenta con una pequeña terraza y césped con vistas al lago. También hay una mesa y sillas para comer al aire libre. Dormitorios Dormitorio 1: En la primera planta, el luminoso dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama doble y un armario. Las ventanas francesas dan a un balcón con magníficas vistas al lago. Dormitorio 2: Esta espaciosa habitación cuenta con 2 camas individuales, un armario y ventanas francesas que dan a un balcón compartido con el dormitorio principal. Dormitorio 3: Escondido bajo el alero, este encantador dormitorio cuenta con una cama de matrimonio y una cama individual. Baños Baño 1: El cuarto de baño alicatado de la primera planta está equipado con una bañera de tamaño estándar, además de ducha, lavabo, bidé y WC. Cuarto de baño 2: En la planta baja hay un aseo y un lavabo. Extras • Wifi gratuito • Balcón • Jardín privado vallado • Comedor exterior • Calefacción central • Ventilador • Lavadora • TV por satélite • Es imprescindible disponer de coche con aparcamiento privado • No apto para huéspedes de edad avanzada • Tasa turística a pagar in situ: 3 € por persona y día - los menores de 12 años están exentos • Gas para calefacción a pagar in situ (4 €/m3) • Fianza reembolsable de 300 € (600 € para grupos de menores de 21 años) a pagar en efectivo a la llegada • Entrada de 16:00 a 20:00. Nota: Los últimos 700 m de la carretera que lleva a la casa son estrechos y empinados, con 6 curvas cerradas en 250 m, ascendiendo hasta la propiedad. También hay un apartamento independiente en la parte trasera de la casa, con entrada independiente. Esto no afecta a la privacidad de los huéspedes que se alojan en la casa. Ubicación El apartamento se encuentra en una zona tranquila, rodeado de naturaleza, a solo 300 m de la orilla del lago, en línea recta. Aunque está situado en un entorno rural virgen, se encuentra cerca de muchas de las atracciones que rodean el lago. La encantadora localidad de Bellano (a 10 minutos) cuenta con numerosas tiendas y servicios, así como con un mercado semanal (los jueves por la mañana), que es el mejor lugar para adquirir productos locales. Dispone de preciosas playas para bañarse en el lago y de muchos restaurantes y bares para todos los bolsillos. Colico (a 20 minutos) es un destino popular para la vela, el windsurf y el kitesurf. Los visitantes más activos también pueden disfrutar de impresionantes rutas de senderismo y de bicicleta de montaña a través de los hermosos paisajes que rodean el lago. Para los niños, también está el Acquapark Dervio (a 15 minutos), un parque de aventuras acuático. Varenna (a 20 minutos), con su castillo medieval y sus elegantes villas, es un lugar encantador para pasar el día. También es un concurrido puerto de transbordadores y la mejor opción para los huéspedes que deseen explorar el lago de Como y las localidades de Bellagio y Menaggio. El aeropuerto internacional de Milán-Linate se encuentra a 1 hora y 10 minutos en coche del apartamento, y el aeropuerto de Milán-Malpensa, a 1 hora y 20 minutos.

Thank you to Happy Rentals and our host Sara for allowing us to have a great stay close to the lake. Great accomodation with stunning views of the surrounding area. Our host was very responsive with communication and made everything smooth including check in/out and any questions we had. No interruption/disruption from the nearby accomodation. Only 2 things to note are the picture of the washing machine on the posting, which was not there during our stay but did not impact our holiday and the drive up to the house, ensure your driver and car can make it up the 6 steep hairpin turns. Great stay overall!

This location has a breathtaking view of Lake Como, and was very reasonably priced for our party of seven. Close to ferry landing and other nearby villages. Peaceful and beautiful location. The drive up requires a skilled driver (and gets easier after the first trip up). The host was very helpful and responded quickly - would definitely recommend!!

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit atemberaubenden Ausblick. Es war jeden Morgen eine riesige Freude die Fenster zu öffnen und die wie gezeichnete Aussicht zu sehen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war wirklich tadellos, es war einfach nur zum wohlfühlen, deswegen sind auch längere Aufenthalte hier auf jeden Fall denkbar. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. An dem Haus hab ich wirklich nichts auszusetzen, jedoch ist der Weg zum Haus wirklich schwierig. Es ist ein sehr sehr steiler, nicht durchgehend asphaltierter Weg und wenn man es nicht gewöhnt ist mit dem Auto solche Höhen zu fahren, auch wirklich nicht einfach. Wenn man dann aber oben ist, weiss man, dass es sich zu 100% lohnt.

A wonderful house with extremely friendly and helpful hosts, Sara and Marco. The property was clean and well kept, it had everything you could want. The house is at the top of a gravel and cobbled track after 6 very sharp bends and set high on the hillside. This does mean you have amazing views of the lake. it is about 20 minute walk into Bellano and 30 minutes on the way back (all uphill!) A great find and a wonderful base for our family holiday to explore the area. Would highly recommend it. Thank you to our hosts.

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen, sie war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Anreise war beschwerlich, weil das Navi die Adresse nicht finden konnte und die Anfahrt wirklich sehr steil und mit vielen Kurven ist. Da die Unterkunft mitten in der Natur ist, hatten wir ab und an Besuch von Tausendfüßlern und Skorpionen. Die Aussicht ist aber einfach gigantisch!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist trotz den steilen und engen Kurven nicht zu toppen. Die Aussicht entschädigt den steilen und abenteuerlischen Weg nach oben. Das Haus ist geräumig und die Bäder sind zeitgemäß. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr nett, sympatisch und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen, sie war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Anreise war beschwerlich, weil das Navi die Adresse nicht finden konnte und die Anfahrt wirklich sehr steil und mit vielen Kurven ist. Da die Unterkunft mitten in der Natur ist, hatten wir ab und an Besuch von Tausendfüßlern und Skorpionen. Die Aussicht ist aber einfach gigantisch!
